Jennifer was very helpful and went out of her way to help us with the insurance company to authorize our claim. The work was exceptional and completely thorough. There were some secondary issues on top of the original issue and they were addressed. the staff really went out of their way to get it 110% correct and they did. The only draw back from the entire experience is that due to covid-19 it seems they were understaffed and the technician that was servicing our car had some health issues and instead of putting the car next in line with the technicians that were at the shop we waited about 10 working days on the technician to even return to work to provide the services. Dont get me wrong ! The work was exemplary and complete with all the extra issue completed also. I appreciate that Jennifer was determined to have the car 110% before they returned it and they did. Thanks again Jennifer and staff for a excellent repair.

I had a great experience here. The staff was nice, they met the timeline they told me and my drive home was successful. I did not give 5 stars yet because I want to make sure I have no issues within the warranty period of my transmission and brake flush. All in all, great experience and Jeep friendly 😀.

Told me it would be done within a certain amount of time then they changed the date twice. While my car was parked on the street waiting its turn it was left unlocked over night with no security.

Beware! This place will scam you!!! They had my car a WHOLE week (they were only supposed to have it for one day), and still managed to make me late for work when I came to pick up my car, because it was supposed to be ready, but it wasnt. I used to work on cars, it does NOT take this long. All they did was make excuses of why they needed it for another day. Now Im getting chewed out for being late to work, because they needed my car for another two hours (also, wanted to keep it for another day on top of that), when it was supposed to be ready a week ago. Save yourself time, and go somewhere else. I will never come to this aamco location again.Edit: they did not fix any of the issues, and caused more of them that needs to be fixed. I have to take it to another mechanic who knows what theyre doing

These folks are legit!! Took my car to several other places, all of whom could not figure out where the loud noise was coming from. Techs at AAMCO found the problem (right front wheel bearing) fast and solved the problem. The inspection was free and they gave me a great price on the repairs. I highly recommend them!!

Several years ago, I bought an old Toyota Corona that had quite a few mechanical issues with it. The major thing was the transmission and it turned out that it needed to be rebuilt. I let the mechanics at AAMCO rebuild it and even though it took some time to do and a bit of trial and error, they seemed to have resolved the issues it was having. And like most of the other reviews here, they also mentioned some other issues with my car that they could fix as well. There was no pressure, but I definitely took note of it for the future. I dont think they do this to rip people off or get more money, but they do it out of genuine concern and honesty. I appreciate that.

I Was In Town For The Holidays & My Thermostat Went Out. I Went To Multiple Shops Around Town That Gave Me A Hard Time, But I Ended Up Finding This One. They Did An Excellent Job & Had My Car Running. Very Nice & Friendly Staff. Highly Recommend.

Took my truck in to have a leak repaired, quoted $240.00 and approximately 2.5 hours. I made an appointment for 8:30am as I had no other vehicle or anyone to pick me up. At approximately 10:00 am they took it for a test drive and the upselling began. Long story short $420.00 and 6 hours later I leave and head east to my next destination of 285 miles and my transmission is leaking again and now having other issues.Update:I called your office today to see what my options were, I was given the option of traveling over 50 miles to another AAmco or have another transmission shop do the work and get parts shipped to them and get up to $50 hour reimbursement for labor. Either way Im out of pocket more money and time!!!I forgot to mention the transmission fluid that was spilled all over my $90 cold air intake filter which I now have to replace. Ugh

Dont go here they will try to rip you off really bad. I went in for one thing and they said my car had 8 things wrong with it. Even tho it should of been a cheap fix, but they wanted me to pay 3,000.

Jennifer and the mechanics were very nice and patient with me. They not only fixed my transmission but fixed a few other things that were wrong with my truck.

Customer service was great, but mechanical service was very poor. I got a new starter, an oil change, and a trans fluid flush. Transmission cover was inappropriately installed and leaked transmission fluid; starter failed within three days.

Very Very bad place to take ur cars i dont recommend this place to no one.. i took my van to have some work done and they left it worst then what i had it .. they installed new breaks .. rotors.. break drums.. rear breaks.. whole complete cooling system... tune up.. and a/c system... i had to take my van back 4x to have them work on my breaks n water pump. Now my abs anti lock break lite is on and i dnt have anti lock breaks.. they did a terrible job and i think they should give back half or all of my money i spent 4,000 dlls on this place my van should be running great but thats not even happening. . Very disappointed with ammco.. >:/

///////////BEWARE BEWARE////// I personally wouldnt trust this shop with a push lawn mower to work on. they break and strip the drain plugs and leave stuff missing they got in my automobile with oil on there shoes they did not use paper floor mats. thats my honest experience recently with aamco transmissions. i dont recommend this place to my worst enemyi allready spoken to you guys Armando is the same owner that ownsGriggs autobody he wanted to fight me over the ordeal so ya this place is a real joke a video is a thousand words.

Horrible people, they tried to say that a coolant resevoir cost $133.00 plus labor which amounts to $244.00. I went elsewhere and got it Don for $137 taxes included. If you dont know about cars they will try to take advantage of you. Avoid this place

I took my F-350 service vessel to fix the transmission, after three weeks, I had to turn it on below the starter, another week in the shop they deliver it to me and the alarm system did not work, after two months the truck He leaves me lying in Atascadero California, having to pay 600 dollars to pull him to Ammco Transmissions in Sea Side California, another week, it was finally fixed, thanks this was my experience, 😁😁

Aamco trans I can not say anything about it because it is my 25-year job, but as everything is feasible, places and people recommend themselves, it is my opinion, thank you Miguel bonilla for serving you.
