Bought an engine there recently, was told it was tested prior to purchase. Come to find out engine had bad timing AFTER mechanic had already installed it in vehicle & it wouldnt start.Luckily mechanic was able to fix, but did charge more for doing it. Always have your mechanic inspect the parts carefully before installing even if you are told it was tested & working.

Great customer service, very friendly and helped me through the process. Also let me see the parts and the car, hand me have my own testing, ensuring me that the part is usable.

This place was great. Very helpful staff. Quick service, and you just cant beat the prices. I miss the old pick your own parts places but since Americans cant stop suing eachother to get easy money the liability of having folks grab their own parts isnt really worth it. I was visiting from outta town in a tight deadline to get some work done on an early 2000s truck and these guys came through for me. Will be back in the future!

The people who work there are very knowledgeable and are very helpful and respectful. I bought tail lights a couple days ago and they were in very good condition and I definitely will be going back. Parts are definitely cheaper than autozone or OReilly.

I called to inquire about a part, they hung up on me twice. Once when I asked to talk to someone in spanish, and a second time as I was midway through a question after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, the part I was looking for only cost $85 dollars which is a gas pump and they told me they couldnt sell it to me. Unless I spend 250 $ or wait from 2 weeks to 2 months depending of the time they put the hand on the piece !!!!!

Great big selection in the junk yard. Garrett was real professional and gives you all the info into what they do so you can make an informed decision. I had to let my Ford Taurus go but couldnt ask for better folks to take it.

Tried to buy an engine. I was quoted a price, I asked if they could do better, she said they probably could if she asked someone. The next day the quoted price was now $100 more. When I told her I could not handle that she laughed, and told me they paid more in Tuscon and places. I live here, not there. I said thanks and hung up. She called me back ...told me she did not like getting hanged up on ...and would not do business with me again. Weird. I dont like someone laughing at me when I am trying to buy something, at what point can I say, thanks, but no, enough times and hang up?22 years me and my family and friends have done business with them. It is a different generation running things now ...not for the better. If she does not want our business...that is just fine by us. Just motivated me and mine to buy new parts and rebuild ...for less.

These guys did a great job for me! I ordered a Jeep top to be shipped to Utah. They did exactly what they said theyd do. They helped me through a claim for some freight damage when the shipper ran a forklift through the back glass. Great service!

I had never been to this place until today, I went in looking for some parts for my 2003 navigator, they had it available at what I believed was a reasonable offer, it beats the wait for online purchase, so I decided to get the part, I had no idea how to replace the part, but I was going to try it anyways, but not only did they have the part, they offered to install for additional service price, I didnt think it was bad for something done in one day, I am truly a satisfied customer. Had my replacement part ordered and it was available next day. They have an awesome inventory of new and older vehicles for replacement used parts.

WE just moved here from Wisconsin to the foothills. My alternator went out on my car. priced them around the auto shops they wanted 129 or more for one. I went to Reliable Auto parts, and got one AND they put it in for me right away. took 20mins cost 108.00 total. Very happy I will always use them for parts. (the alternator did come with a warranty)

I called Reliable Auto Parts in Yuma, AZ. I talked to a gentleman by the name of Garrett. I told him I needed a 1 ton dually rear end because I was going to convert my 2005 Ford F250 to a F350 1 ton Dually. This man was very honest, friendly, accommodating and spent a lot of his time talking about the parts I needed for this job. He also had ALL the parts I needed!!! He put new ( not recon) rotors and disc brake pads on for me at no extra charge, I didnt ask for it, he just did it!!! He said he did not like the rust that was on the rotors that were on the rear end. He did not feel good about letting the rear end go to a customer in that condition. I drove to Yuma from Tucson and saved a bunch of $$ on shipping. When I got to Yuma, the rear end was inspected and painted and ready to go when I got there!!!! When I got home, I pulled the diff cover to inspect it myself. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!, The bearings were greased, (The outer wheel bearings that is) the rear end was very clean. the gears and bearings in the diff were perfect. New seals had been put in. This Man was 100% great!!!! I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN ANYTIME I CAN!!! I HAVE BEEN DRIVING MY TRUCK FOR AWHILE NOW. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT AND AS A MATTER OF FACT, THE PARKING BRAKES WORK MUCH BETTER THAN THE ONES THAT WERE ON MY 3/4 TON AXLE!!!! In this day and age, I it rare to find a business that really is based off of honesty and customer service. I wish Reliable Auto Parts was here in Tucson!!! It was a true pleasure to do business with Garrett!!! If anyone out there is reading this, you will really be doing yourself a huge favor by dealing with this company and this man Garrett!!!!! I just can not say enough good things, he truly helped me and saved me alot of $$ and time and frustration ect, ect... Thank you Garrett!!
