My car battery failed suddenly and my lower back issues wont allow me to change it myself. Called one of the highly rated battery places and was told rhere would be a service charge for changing and I would have to place the cables on terminals and tighten them nyself......OK...Then called Interstate and after they checked that the battery I needed was in stock said bring it in anytime we will change it out no charge. Not a simple, straightforward job on my vehicle but could tell that Alejandro (sp) was very experienced, knew what he was doing and got it done quickly. Very satisfied.

We were waited on by Patrick, he attended to us as though we were the only customer he was going to have today. Patricks sharing of knowledge came easily and without reservation. Having issues with my truck battery and I had just made it to Interstate before they closed. Thinking they would turn me away, the gentleman stayed to help and put me with a new battery. My truck ran great again.The technician was very professional and willing to assist. As he change out my battery in the parking lot, he was able to help and advise others as they drove in. I was in and out of there in a timely manner. Great service. Awesome employee. Decent battery price but the warranty isnt much. The warranty was the only disappointment. But overall a good experience. Thanks for being there Interstate!

We thought we needed a new battery cable, but Patrick came out to our car and cleaned up all posts and cables and put protecting spray on everything and determined we didnt need a new cable. He spent quite a bit of time on the clean up and didnt even charge us! A big thanks to Patrick for making our travels safe!

Service is good and very clean. Only issue I was they took awhile attending the customers at the time I was there. A older lady ask for someone that spoke Spanish and she almost walked it for how long they took. Besides that good place.

Interstate makes high quality batteries for nearly any application you can imagine. When I needed a battery for my F-150, I called these guys. They had it in stock, I ran over & picked it right up. No fooling around, no high pressure upsell like you get at the local auto parts store. Id definitely buy from here again!

Patrick at Interstate is a gem! I really understand my system better after he checked my batteries. He should be a teacher! He didnt talk down to me or just try and sell me something he really explained how my system works! I would highly recommend anyone having battery problems check this business out! Three separate applications for me with this terrific depot over a few years. Motorcycle battery, truck battery and 6V rv batteries. Each time has been more rewarding than anticipated. Fair pricing. The staff is great, very helpful. Fees are very competitive with high quality batteries that last in our Yuma heat. Been using Interstate Batteries for years, they never disappoint us.

My opinion has dropped several points in recent days.I have had 2 out of 3 batteries go bad in very short service periods. My must recent 5 year battery stated leaking at the post connection and left me stranded in the heat 23 months after I purchased it. They didnt have any problem replacing it but not with another 5 year but a 2 year. Why spend the extra money for a long warranty if you are going to be screwed when you need the warranty.Being stranded and the damages caused by the leaking acid are not bad enough? Lets just lose a year of warranty time in the process. For this kind of service and quality I can go back to Walmart batteries.

10/10. Hands down, best Walmart Ive ever been to. They didnt have what I needed on any of the shelves, but after asking an employee they got me just what I needed! A box of cinnamon ChexMix cereal and a half used bottle of Hazelnut coffee creamer. Great and fast service for a reasonable price.

Very pleasant place to do business. I was mistaken about the age of my battery, due to a different business that sold it to me. They pointed out the date of manufacture on the battery, and treated me with respect. I ended up buying a replacement battery, and after a through test of the old one, they installed the one I bought. They will definently get my business when I need another battery.

If I could I would give Interstate Batteries of Desert Cities TEN STARS!! For many years I have known of the high quality of Interstate batteries, including the outstanding value of Econo (used) ones, so when a local garage told me I needed an isolator for my makeshift 12v inverter set up, I went to Interstate for pricing on the required equipment. After taking a look at my system, Patrick explained to me that an isolator system was not only much more complicated than what I needed, but was actually not even appropriate. So instead of trying to sell me something fairly expensive that they carried, he went on Amazon and printed out the item that would be more simple, appropriate and cheaper, then told me where I might also be able to find it here in Yuma!Did you follow that? He discouraged me from buying one of their fairly expensive systems that I had cluelessly been referred there to buy, and then explained to me and showed me what and where to get the cheaper product that I really needed!! Such honesty, integrity, and decency is beyond commendable-- its almost saintly! And going anywhere else 1st for any automotive battery or electrical needs would be just about foolish!

I flew into Yuma to pick up my Aunts car from Yuma. When I got there on a Saturday the battery was shot and wouldnt even take a jump. Right now towing got me there at 11:35 and the store closed at noon. I was stuck for the weekend if I didnt get help. This was a difficult battery change too because you had to about tear the car apart to get to the battery. The guys jumped right on it for me and had me on the road in a half hour. These guys rock. I really appreciate their help and I would give them my business anytime.

Went there expecting to pay at least $100 for a battery. I got one for $60. I also expected to replace it myself and bring the old one back but the guy offered to replace then and there. Im completely satisfied with the service and Im definitely going back for a battery for my Honda. I did not know this place existed, sadly.

Well I got another great deal on a new battery $20.00 for a blem ..for those who dont know what a blem is each manufacturer usally offers their products under different labels and if you can get one direct you can save anywhere from $40.00 on up to $100.00 in my case it saved me $50.00 for one that I wanted for my side x side work horse .so give them a call and ask for a blem and if they dont have one ask when they might get them ..and always ask if they can discount or adjust the price .blend dont always come with a long warranty but a well made Battery that is maintained even blem last like other labels .Great service ..great people work there I recommend them for all your connections and other items thet carry in house check them out in person .

My car needed a new battery and the shop was about to close and I called them and they said they would wait 15 mins after closing so I can buy a battery the guy that helped us I didnt get his name but he was really nice and gave us Gatorade for our kids since it was hot out and he even put the battery in my car for me I would go there again if I ever need a new battery :)
