Second time customer due to no fault of my own. I won’t take my truck or trust anyone else except for Jorge at Kaizen. Never had an issue. Vehicle always ready on time, and great customer service and communication. If your insurance tries to send you elsewhere, request kaizen. They are one of the only shops that have a frame and body straightener In Yuma. Get it done right the first time so you don’t have to go back.

I stopped by to get an estimate after someone had backed into my grill and failed to leave a note or anything… damage was minimal, but something I wanted fixed. The manager, George, looked at it and said that he would see what he could do. Rather than just give me an estimate to see if it would reach my deductible of $1k, he personally buffed away the damage on the grill and headlight. In 5 minutes, he had it looking like new. When I offered to pay because he had saved me so much money, he wouldn’t take a penny. Very impressed with their integrity and professionalism. I will definitely bring any work to them in the future. They were very attentive about my car. It took them about 1 week for them to fix my rear end damage. They called me for any update and I appreciated that. Very friendly staff too!

Horrible customer service/communication. Was called 7 days ago, and was told that all parts were already in and my car should be ready next week. Fast forward a week later, I’m called again but was told now that they are still waiting for a part to come in, and there is now no longer an expected date for my vehicle to be finished. Would not recommend at all

Kaizen took over repairs from another shop after having to take the vehicle back to the other shop 6 other times. Let me just say this, Kaizen by far exceeded my expectations and got the job done right the first time in a timely manner. Kaizen found so much stuff that the other shop missed. Kaizen has equipment that no other shop has here in town which is why there work stands out. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend!!!!! When i scheduled over 2 weeks prior and they took pictures. I asked since it was just rear the bumper if they could order one in. So when I brought it in it would be quick.They lied to me when they said that they had pre ordered the rear bumper on Friday. I had a Monday drop off. Was hoping for it back the same day, but they said it was scheduled for 3 days and it should be ready on Wednesday. They did not pre order as the parts did not come in till 2 days after I was supposed to get my truck back. On Friday 12:30 and it was finished by 4pm. Total labor time was 1.2 hr. Very disappointed.

I was given a list of shops from my insurance and encouraged to do my research before selecting a shop for the repairs. I was also able to pick any shop in my area not just from the 5 on my list. I read the reviews for each of the 5 shops on my list and picked Kaizen Collision center because of the number of reviews & the resolutions mentioned in the 40+ cases that were reviewed by previous customers.Samantha was my point of contact and kept me in the loop during the process. The staff at Kaizen & Samantha made the process so easy. They understood my concern for the duration I would not have my car and even offered me a solution for the holiday weekend, they got my car back to even though it was pending 1 part for my repair to be completed. They could have easily kept my car the entire weekend since it was not their job to worry about my transportation but they did. I appreciate that they viewed me as a real person and not just an insurance paid job.Samantha called me on Wednesday to let me know the part was in and i took my car back on Thursday and they replaced as I waited in the lobby. I was there for a total of 30 min. if that and on my way.I have had nothing but a pleasant experience at Kaizen Collision center and would take my car back to them if I ever needed their services in the future. From the professional service, the personal consideration, turn around time, & even the thank you letter I was given for taking my business there I appreciate how I was treated at Kaizen Collision center.

First off I hardly ever post reviews but this was needed..I went to 3 other places before I went to Kaizen and those places either didn’t have time to see my car or I just had an uneasy feeling. I walked into Kaizen and immediately felt calm and relaxed. The staff was wonderful and professional. They made the whole process very easy and quick even with my schedule. They never once pressured me to bring my car in or pick it up. I was kept in the loop if they noticed extra parts needed to be put on instead of just either not putting them on or surprising me later.I told them they could take as much time as they needed and there was no rush, however my car was done within a week which I thought would take a couple weeks. When I picked it up they had even cleaned it out and washed it for me, not to mention I was given a year warrantee for the parts/paint they did. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend anyone take your vehicles to them you won’t be sorry at all!

I had extensive damage done to my vehicle by rocks and boulders in a storm. Here they basically replaced the entire right side of my car, windows, and windshield. It totaled about $5,000 of work done and they did a great job! My car looks like new. Danny was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process

I was a paint and body man for twenty years. I just got my car back from having body work done. I am very impressed. Quality work. Paint matching was perfect. Cannot even tell where the damage was. My experience with Kaizen Collision and Repair in Yuma Arizona was excellent. I went to several auto collision repair companies in Yuma to get estimates. Kaizen was the only one that indicated that they could repair my bumper rather than replacing it, saving me well over $1500.The work they did was beautiful. Everything looked like new. They did the work exactly in the time frame they indicated, and communicated with me during the process to update me. Not only did they repair the damage to the outside of my vehicle, but they also cleaned the inside of the vehicle so well that it looked like a new car. In addition they drove me to a car rental service after I dropped off the car with them, and send an Uber to pick me up at the rental service when my car was finished.They were extremely friendly and customer-oriented. I think I must have had 50 questions and they were very patient in answering every single one of them. I could not have been more pleased!

I’ve had a really excellent experience here from start to finish. The team was very courteous and informative. From the beginning estimate to the pickup I can say I am happy I chose them for my car repair needs. I did call one other place before I chose Kaizen but they weren’t near as capable. Osiris at the front desk, the customer service rep Stephanie and also Danny the estimator all gave wonderful service. I feel extremely grateful to have come across this autobody shop. I am a travel physical therapist and my car sustained major hail damage while I was working in Montana. The repairs done to my car ended up being quite faulty, so I brought my car to Kaizen when I took my next job in Yuma. They supported me through the entire process, including the rental car, communicating with the shop in Montana / my insurance company, etc and seemed to have done a quality job in fixing the faulty repairs initially done to my car. They were invested in making sure I had a safe car to drive, so I can’t thank them enough!

This is a great place to send your vehicle very good on the communication with you and they do all the talking with the insurance on your end. Jorge is really good on his word and his your go to guy! Which he handles mostly everything for you! The turn around time is great as well no delays nor a 2 to 3 week wait like other places in yuma and it took a good 7 days for me and it was all worth it.***The paint is a 5 star and as a courtesy they wash and do a interior wipe down in your vehicle as well.Id recommend it. While on vacation life as it sometimes happens, left me needing the services of collision repair and Kaizen stepped up to the plate, took care of my needs, worked with me in every way. They have a very pleasant staff and they were always available for communication which I found very important being that i live a few hours away. I chose Kaizen because of the various reviews online about the quality of work, friendliness of staff and because they warranty the work they do.I just picked up took my highlander from Kaizen for a pretty extensive collision repair(11k in damage). The paint looks beautiful, the car drives great and I was able to open the hood and see almost all the repaired areas done to satisfaction. The owner Jake is the reason I gave 5 stars. I spoke to him about a week before the repairs were done and he advised they would try to get repairs done on a certain date but they needed to do an extensive quality inspection on completed repairs. Come to find out, they found a few things that had to be fixed from his inspection. I did not mind the extra few days and appreciated the attention to quality work. On top of that, Jake paid for a rental for us while they finished the job for 6 more days.I will recommend kaizen to my friends and family and will take my other car there in the future for some dents and cosmetic repairs. Well done Kaizen.

The awesome staff definitely took some stress off my shoulders by providing me with constant information on my vehicle every Tuesday and Thursday. This shop truly makes you forget youve had a disastrous collision by the way they restore your vehicle and make you smile. If youre going through insurance all you got to do is file your claim and hand it over to them; no long, stressful, unnecessary insurance calls YAY! Id recommend Kaizen Auto Care to anyone despite if they live out of town because theyre that great. You can tell the body men put their heart into their work great place overall. The Boss assures you leave with no doubt in their work and does whatever he can if you feel otherwise.

Tami Griggs spoke highly of her great service. After almost of month of not repairing my car, I went over to their lot to discover my car had had the two side passenger doors removed and had been left out in a rain and sand storm. The car with only exterior damage to the back passenger side turned into a car that should have been put in the junk yard. Now they owe me money and have not returned it. Sad dont take your car there. You will wait forever to get it back and they will blame everyone except themselves.

Friendly staff but did a rushed job on reassembly. The front grill wasnt properly inserted and the front bumper cover was missing a screw causing it to sag a bit from one side. Also, high prices for out of insurance repairs.

I brought my car in for a estimate price on my problem and tbh the price was a little to high for me but then the owner walked out and introduced himself. He asked for about 15-30 minutes of my time and took my car in the back and did what he could to help me out with no cost. That was the nicest thing anyone could’ve done for me! I brought some auto parts from my off road vehicle so they could be painted and I explained how I wanted it too look, and when i came to see how they turned out I was in Awe! Well I own a 2016 challenger and when I got in to the accident I was so heart broken... So you can imagine once it happen I was being super picky about getting it done by the right people. I searched around and found Kaizen Auto Care, looked through a few of their reviews and saw they were well respected and had a few people to back them up, So I gave them a call and I immediately was greeted by one of the front desk ladies. They told me that I could bring my car in that day so I did. Walking in I just had a calm and relaxing vibe that came from the place, talked to one of the desk ladies and they told me that Miss Tamie would be out to talk to me in a minute. It took only a few seconds for Miss Tamie to see it in my face how upset I was about my car and gave me reassurance that my car was in good hands. She came looked at my car and treated it like how I treat it, like my child! She told me that Jacob could fix it all up and called him outside to check it out, Jacob came out and I could tell just from talking to him for those few minutes that he was more than confident that he could have it repaired and looking better that before. Miss Tamie and I went inside to start the paperwork (This was my first accident and I never have been through insurance before) but she helped me every step of the way, before long we were picking out new decal to put on my car and I was out within 2 hours. They gave me a call every Tuesday and Thursday to make sure I was updated on progress made on my car. They even let me come up when ever I wanted to check on it from time to time. It only took them 2 1/2 weeks to finish and like Jacob said it looked way better then before, No lie it almost brought tears to my eyes lol. They did a great job and the time I’m in Arizona these will be the only people that I go to and I would recommend this place to anyone that cares about their car and wants it done by people you can trust. I wouldn’t write this if I wasn’t confident in the work they do. Thank you again Jacob, Miss Tamie, and everyone else in the Kaizen Auto Care team for helping get my baby looking good again.
