I am a service advisor at a different shop in a different town. Ive been in the business for 20+ years and know how important it is to gain a customers trust. Johnny had a customer of his come to my shop for some additional repairs needed. The transaction was smooth as silk and he put so much emphasis around how important it was that himself and I together provide a great customer experience for his client. The Body Shop was awesome. My wife got into a hit and run situation damaging my driver side finder, my door, bending my frame, tires and so on. The Body shop helped me when no other collision centers would. Other collision centers told me it was too much of a liability for them to work on my vehicle, because I had prior damage to my front end. The Body Shop fought with my insurance company to get the whole front end worked on. I was honestly shocked that they even painted my grey bumper and my black passenger side finder to the original stock color. I 100% recommend going to The Body Shop.

If there were 10 stars, I would have given all 10! I have a pretty low front end and the bumper tends to hit the driveway and hang onto parking spots after I back out. The body shop fixed my issue for just over cost. What??? Even better, it was fast, easy, with friendly informative service. Good service is not always easy to find and these guys exemplify good service. No question. Finally, my bumper is in place and staying where it belongs.

Thank goodness for Johnny and The Body Shop! I had a series of unfortunate events in January that included a break in on my car and 2 accidents with my truck. It was such a blessing to have Johnny deal with all the insurance mess for the 3 claims so I could focus on the loss stuff for the theft. I got my car back and it was beautiful. The paint matches perfectly and everything was clean and like new. Then I got my truck back today and I am so thrilled with how great it looks - even better than it did before! You can’t beat the professionalism and workmanship you will get from them!

I would highly recommend the body shop for any automotive repair work. I had bad damage to the drivers side door of my 1999 Chevy Tahoe. Other body shops wanted to just bondo the damage and when I got an estimate with Johnny, he suggested we use an undamaged used door replacement instead - which I agreed. They repainted the entire side of the car so that I would not have one door panel looking different. They were courteous and answered any questions I had. Thank you for a smooth repair. I was pleased with how personable Johnny and his crew were and their quality of work.They got my car done without me having to do much of anything. Having a car in the shop is stressful, but they way Johnny handled it, took a lot of the stress out of it. My only complaint was The Body Shop’s communication with me. They did an outstanding job of keeping my insurance company and rental car company informed of their progress, but not me. My car was done for two days before I heard from The Body Shop. Normally this would warrant a much lower star rating, but given the current conditions, I feel its only fair to be a little more understanding. Overall, great job, just need to make sure customer is a little better informed.

I was in a terrible spot with my vehicle being in an accident on a family vacation and was out of town. My first call to The Body Shop trying to figure out next steps made me feel like I made the right choice. Johnny was extremely helpful and comforting in walking me through next steps. When I returned a few weeks later to wrap up my business with them the owner Curtis couldnt have been more pleasant to work with as well. They both truly had my best interest at heart and I would refer anyone to them on the spot. Walked out of there with a hat as well and a renewed feeling that there are still a few good ones out there just trying to help out one another when they find them in a bad spot.

I was rear ended on Thanksgiving Day with my children in the car. The car was towed to their shop, ended up being totaled. All their staff were absolutely amazing! A++ customer service.They made a very stressful time for me as easy as possible! Very compassionate and knowledgeable people, gave me loads of information about the process/what to expect, insurance and welcome advice. I was clueless walking in, but left their office with a wealth of information and options. They even helped me after the fact, offering an inspection on a potential new vehicle, checking up on myself and my childrens wellbeing, etc. They truly care about their customers. I actually had my van repaired, after an accident in 2010. The work took longer than expected and my insurance only paid for about a week on a rental car. So the shops owner paid for last three days that we needed a car. I thought that was exceptional service. Plus, he repaired the van for under the totalled price. Which was a blessing because we could not afford to buy another similar vehicle for the price our insurance offered.

From my first phone call to picking up my car, my opinion has never changed. These are professionals that mean what they say. They don’t make false promises. They explain every detail in plain & easy to understand terms. They 100% stand by their amazing work. They’re honest & take extreme pride in getting the job not just done, but making sure it’s perfect! I was beyond happy to see my car clean inside and out! What a bonus! Five stars for excellent customer service at The Body Shop. I had minor damage - but Johnny made every bit of it easy. He dealt with the corporate insurance company regarding my claim since a local store manager caused the damage to my car while loading an item into it. He called and handled everything for my rental car and even drove me over to get the car. The staff treated me like a close friend from the moment I initially called the office until the moment I left with the car repaired.

Im pretty cautious when it come to shops but when I was involved in a car accident I took my car here. What a great crew. They repaired everything the estimate asked for on time and on budget. They didnt charge me my full deductible and allowed me to make payments. I know all cases are different but this shop really works with you, makes you feel welcomed and the crew is really friendly. My car turned out perfect. They even did a couple of extras at no charge like taking and picking me up at the car rental place. Like I said Above and Beyond. The have a lifetime customer in me and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this car repair shop. ✌🇺🇸

I was in a car accident in my 2015 Subaru WRX STI, The Body Shop was one of the first options i had, and not a single regret followed my decision. From the first day it was dropped off, to the day the car was ready to take off with, Johnny and Curt provided amazing service, and always explained everything thoroughly. Along with their team, they know what theyre doing, and they will do it right the first time. They wont only speak to you as a valued customer, but also as a friend, yet very professional. Within the first week, they got a head start on working on the car so when parts arrived, they were ready for em. Every week i went to check up on the car just to see the progress, and every week that always had a great amount done each time. I highly recommend The Body Shop if you are looking to get your vehicle fixed like new! It took about a month total to have the car fixed, but it was highly worth the wait, with these guys, you need to just Trust The Process. P.S. These really are the No Deductible guys!!

I had an emergency and I stopped by The Body Shop on Thursday. They were very quick to attend to me. They fixed the problem with my car in 10 minutes. They did not charge me for fixing a small clip on the plastic fender that was rubbing on the ground after coming loose. I was really impressed with their service and I will continue to come back for future business. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!I am still in shock at the way I was just treated by an employee or owner of this business. I dont know his name, but he has blonde hair and it was in a bun. I had called earlier in the day to ask how late they are open as I work in Sacramento. I was told they stay open until 5:00 and as long as I was there before that time, I would be fine. I arrived at 4:50. No one was around, but then I saw someone leaving and I inquired if he worked there. He said he did and I said I was there for an estimate. He brushed me off saying the computers were shut down and that the people were already working on them because they work on them everyday at 5:00, and since it was... (looks at his watch, sees it was before 5), and then says nothing. Then he says, Well I dont know what you want me to do? I wasnt sure how to answer that, so I said I was just looking for an estimate. He said he cant do anything without the computers. He was so brusque and rude, and clearly in a hurry to leave, and did not seem to care that it was not yet 5:00. If he had told me that he was sorry, but he had to be somewhere and could I come back the next day, I would have been totally fine, but he was treating me like the dirt under his shoe. I finally just said to never mind, since he obviously did not want my business. He then walked away and that was that. There are so many other places you can go where you will be well treated. Dont waste your time and money on a business who just doesnt care if you give them your business. It was a sad way to end the afternoon. I will go elsewhere. I hope you will too. That is the only way people with that attitude will learn.

I rarely write reviews and let me just say Amazing!! Honestly Ive never experience such wonderful service from the automotive repair services. I had expected a lengthy wait time fill with appts and what not but was suprisingly delighted to be greeted by Kurt. Within seconds he looked at my car and explain the problem to me and not 2 minutes later he fixed my door which was damage from the people that help you when you lock yourself out of the car. -_- After that Kurt help me with my other problem. The plastic covering under the car was falling off and damage. It took a little longer but they fix that too! I had call several places only to be told they could not help me about these issues. I was happy to pay the bill, which seem more than fair to me, however cash was generally not accepted and he did not have correct change. I didnt mind but he rounded the dollar amount in my favor. That was just to much and made me feel all fuzzy inside lol. I also love the fact that they showed me what exactly was the problem and allowed me to see what they did under the car. If you have any issues with your car dont hesitate to check these guys out they are freaking awesome. To everyone at The Body Shop, thank you so much and i wish you all the best.
