Professionalism at its best! Brought in my car and received service appointment sooner than anyone else within 50 miles. My car was done on time! Feel brands new again 👍🏽

I am 100% disappointed and dissatisfied with the job they did on my car. I brought in my car in hopes of repairing the front of my car and I brought in my own part but they left it even worst. (they said it was okay if I brought in my own part)I took my car in for an evaluation and I specifically told Cesar that i want my bumper replaced and the grill to be aligned correctly bc it was coming off, and to close the gap between the headlights and the bumper. (I told the manager this and he said “well that was a conversation you had with him not with me” in other words saying I don’t care)I dropped off my car June 2 and picked it up June 4 and the grill was still not placed right (seems like they didn’t even touch that part) and I could still see the gap between the bumper and the headlights. I told the manager and he said since it was an aftermarket bumper it wasn’t going to fit in well (if that was the case they should’ve told me that in first place before I paid) . I said okay and I left and kept my car under observations.I brought it back Monday the following week bc the bumper was popping off from one side. I told him about the grill coming off and he didn’t bother in checking it out. They took like 30 mins, Got it back and the manager told me that was “the best I could do”. Once he said that I felt limited in the way that there’s nothing else I can do about it and accept the fact is has to stay like that. I got it back and the grill was still off and the bumper was still not placed right.Fast forward today, I took my car in the morning so they could see the job they had done and he said he didn’t know why it looked like that. It’s clear they did not even bother to fix the grill in right or even attempt to align the pieces together. The paint is coming off. The lower bottom grill was that easy to take off bc it had not a single screw. The manager said that wasn’t possible bc they did put in screws. I told him as the manager you should’ve checked before giving me my car and he said “there was no need for me to check bc it wasnt coming off”. Well obviously bc the car wasn’t on the road going 65mph. Every time it popped off I would fix it and when I was on the road, again it come off (what if it went flying off on the freeway then it would have been my fault and my responsibility). It turns They didn’t put a single screw to keep it in place. He then had the audacity to say “i know we didn’t do our job correctly but third time is the charm”. He even had the audacity to laugh a few times when we tried to get an explanation to what they exactly did they work on.He told me to bring it back for a third time somewhere next week so they could do the “job right”. My point is why didn’t they do that in the first place when I clearly stated the whole situation to how it got to where it was and what I wanted them to fix. If they would’ve done their job right there wouldn’t have been no need for me to have gone back the second time and today.The pictures from the bottom is how my car looks like 5 weeks after they worked on my car. I removed the lower bottom grill bc it just wasn’t staying on anymore.I would hate for someone else to go through the same situation that I went through, in all honesty it’s very upsetting. I read the other people’s reviews saying their cars came out nice (I’m happy for them) and to know mine didn’t come out as expected is very upsetting.UPDATE (7/14/21): I ended up taking my car to Nor Cal Autobody and they were able to do the job right! And I got my car back that same day! They told me that the reason why the bumper wasn’t staying on was bc there were screws missing and they (golden valley) forced the bumper in, which caused the clips to break that attached the bumper to the bracket. My headlight lights were also placed wrong by golden valley and NorCal fixed them. Overall they (golden valley) didn’t do anything to fix my car and they were not honest when I went back on 7/9/21. If I could give 0 stars I would.Go to Nor Cal autobody 10/10 recommend! They go above and beyond !

The Reason why I took my car there again,The lady that used to work there before made the process super easy, if I had any questions she would explain it to me and when my car was ready she had someone show me what they did and made sure that I was happy with the results then I signed the paperwork.The reason I will not take my car there againEmily had an attitude every time I talked to her over the phone. After I dropped off my car she called me to let me know that the bumper came in damaged so they had to get another on. I was confused because the bumper was not part of the repairs but I just didn’t want to deal with her so I said ok. Then she called me again and said that they had to charge more because something else they had to change again. I was confused because she didn’t tell me what it was and I was at work so I couldn’t talk for very long. I just ask led if I had to contact my insurance or what was the problem because my adjuster told me if there was any extras the auto repair will contact them and they will take care of it. Then finally my car was ready to be picked up the next day, again I was at work and by the time I was off they were closed. When I stopped by I ask led her what they did to the car and her answer was read the paperwork that I just gave you like I understand every part of the car and I should know her job and understand everything. Most of the stuff that was on the estimate I have no idea what it is. Again why should she explain anything I mean regular people should know and understand the estimates and not ask anything. If you don’t mind taking you car there and having no answers 👍🏼

I was involved in an accident in October and AAA provided me a list of places to go. I was skeptical to take my car to any shop in Yuba City and thought I should just look for places in Sacramento just because it is a big city and they probably get high volume of cars compared to this town - hence more experienced. At Golden Valley Auto, my car took little longer to repair than the estimated timeline, but they kept me informed and were being professional about it. Past the repairs, there were some issues around the repaired wheel and I had to take the car back to the shop because they guarantee the repairs. They quickly fixed the issue and got me my car back the same day. They also arranged me a rental for the hassle. The paint job and the overall aesthetics of the car look well. I really dont care about how the car look from outside and I am more worried about the engine and transmission quality -- so far that has been great. I feel like my car is in the same condition as it was before. I would recommend Golden Valley because because of their friendly customer service and professional manner of conducting business. Golden Valley tries to accommodate you in every manner.The only thing for which I took a star off is....well...no one had a mask on at work - that includes the front desk attendant. I know people have different opinions about it and I respect that, but some customers may not feel so good about it given the Covid situation in our State and Country.

I got in an accident and it was the other drivers fault, insurance got involved and sent me here. I thought I wouldn’t get my car back for months, and it would be forever. However I was wrong and very pleased! The customer service was spot on, they communicated with me every step of the way, if there was a change in plans or there were ahead of schedule they let me know ASAP! Very happy with everything, and only took about two weeks.

We picked my wifes camry up today one week late due to parts needing to be reordered. It has been three weeks since we dropped it off. The body work turned out very good. My issue is not with the body work just the time it took to complete the work. We discovered that the car would stall when the gas pedal was released. The car was not doing that when we dropped it off, so we need to take it to a mechanic to have it troubleshoot now. Not happy.

My insurance provides a rental car during my repairs and I was able to just leave my rental with Golden Valley to return for me, they provided the tow for my car, and kept me in the loop of where we were at during the repairs. Excellent service by the office and repair team. Our vehicle sustained rear end damage in an accident. The paint, body work and under carriage repairs were top notch. Additional damage behind the bumper was discovered upon disassembly. Golden State was able to work seamlessly with the insurance company to hav these items replaced and still completed all work in 4 days. Golden State was also able to coordinate with the rental car company to have our rental onsite for pick up and drop off.

I am extremely happy with the work done on my car. I asked them if they would replace my fog light since they already had my bumper off if I brought the lights to them since mine had been burnt out for 2 years. They did that for free. I told them I would pay them if they would fix my headlights because they were so fogged. They did that for free as well. My car was T boned and it looks fantastic. I will definitely be back they went out of their way for me and I appreciate it so much.

Everything about my experience was excellent. I got a scratch in a parking lot on one of my doors. I made the appointment online, came in for the estimate and Kelly took a look and said it could be buffed out. I left the car there for an hour and came back to the scratch being completely gone. They are amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was driving through Yuba City on a cross-country trip and had a problem with a splash shield underneath my car. It had come loose and was flapping around and scraping the road as I drive. I brought it to Golden Valley Auto Body. They took a look and advised that it be removed and that it could be replaced when I completed my trip. They removed it for me and didnt charge me anything! I want to thank Allen and all the staff at Golden Valley Auto Body (GVAB) for bringing my 1969 Ford Mustang back to life after it was t-boned. The passenger side door, front and rear fenders all had extensive damage as well as one wheel destroyed. The staff at GVAB always treated me with professionalism and took extreme care in restoring my Mustang back to its original condition.They understood and supported my desire to use original parts rather than reproductions and took the extra time to locate original 69 fenders and a door to replace/repair the damaged units. As part of the repair process, they anticipated issues and contacted me to get direction on how I wanted them to proceed and they were always happy to take time to discuss progress. During the repair and reassembly, staff went above and beyond the call of duty in polishing chrome, spraying brackets and doing all the little things that show they care.The end result went from superb to outstanding because of them going that extra mile. They clearly demonstrated that they cared about me as a person and that they took pride in the work they performed. Now that my Mustang is back on the road, it is getting lots of attention and has already brought home a trophy from a local car show. Dan at Golden Valley Auto Body gave me an estimate that day and even assisted me with wrestling the insurance company. I received a call about a week later, Golden Valley had the check and had ordered the parts.During the month of February I was able to get my car in for the repairs! I dropped off my car off and the rental car company picked me up curbside. During the week that my car was in the shop, also happened to be the week Oroville Dam forced the evacuation of 188,000 people in our community. Obviously this would delay the return of my car.
