My Husband brought his 2013 Chevy Silverado in for a oil change with the multi point inspection to the dealership last week. On his way home, he noticed the truck wouldn’t shift past 3rd gear ( automatic transmission). He pulled over and checked the fluids and found out there was zero transmission fluid! He had to buy fluid and fill it up on the spot! Apparently Chevy does a half a** job when doing oil changes! They didn’t add any transmission fluid and now we had to take our vehicle into our mechanic because he probably drove the 100 miles to work without fluid! I’m not sure what happened but I do know that they should have checked it and topped It off! We rely on oil changes and proper maintenance of our vehicles so they will last!!! We take it to the dealership and pay the 60 bucks so that we don’t run into problems like this!!!!! They should have added transmission fluid when the did the oil change period! Good luck complaining because they do not care!!!

After the campfire we needed to replace our vehicle. The Ford Edge that we bought their broke down with a transmission problem just months after purchasing it. I made an appointment online for a recall service on my vehicle. They emailed me to request the VIN so they could check to see if the parts were available (they were). They completed the repair in less than half a day. They offered me a free ride home while I was waiting and picked me up when it was done; they also washed and detailed my car at no charge. I received excellent service- I think some of the other people leaving one star reviews are unaware of the difference between dealer service and jiffy lube.

Took my cruze in for an oil change today at wheeler Chevrolet. They broke my window visor that was less then a year old. the service rep came out to let me know what had happened and stated he was going to take care of it for me, then moments later the owners son came over and informed me they wont be responsible for an aftermarket part and he was sorry. He made no attempt at customer service or fixing the problem just a not our problem have a good day. If thats the kinda service your after then wheeler Chevrolet is perfect for you if not i would suggest somewhere else where they attempt to value customers or at least there vehicles.

I have 7 claim numbers.needs almost $8000 rebuild. Warranty up. No one will help anymore. Not safe for my 19 year old son to drive for diabetic specialist appointments. Fought dow 2 1/2 years. Wheeler ripped me off for almost $1700.00 on a repair that was made up and not even the problem. I have notified the BBB as well lodged a formal complaint. This dealership is not to be trusted and are scam artists. Right now I will do whatever it takes to expose their lies and Ill fight for my refund. My car was never fixed by them even after having it owed there twice. My car was eventually fixed by myself for a $19 dollar part. I WILL ALSO Write General Motors and file a complaint with them, and I will publicly expose them through my social media platforms as well.

Hello,I just want to make a suggestion regarding your service department. Your employees are very courteous and as efficient as your system allows them to be. You could use a new business model for processing your intake of customers for service. The whole process seems a little antiquated and slow. Get with the 21st century with your computer system, just a suggestion.

This is regarding the service department. I recently moved here from Oregon and took my Cadillac in thinking I would get superior service from a recognized dealer. Boy was I wrong. I was quoted an amount for my oil change, car wash and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and didnt receive a call until almost 5 pm. Which is way too long for an oil change. When I arrived back at the dealership I realized that they had not completed the tire rotation as promised. I spoke with Brent and he apologized and made me an appointment for Monday morning to have it completed. I was fine with that. Almost as soon as I left my check engine light came on. So I drove right back. Only the service people were all gone for the day. I spoke with a salesman. He gave me the name of the service manager and told me to call in the morning. I and my boyfriend called several times without a call back. I still had my appointment. I took my vehicle back in at my scheduled time for my tire rotation. I asked for the service manager. He came out and was very apologetic. He promised he would get everything taken care of in a timely matter and offered a car wash as well. I again left my car for almost 7 hours. I get a call again stating it was ready. I arrive again, to see that the tires were not rotated. I was informed that my car, which has stock tires and Cadillac rims can not be rotated because the back tires are slightly larger than the front. They also decided to just give me a coupon for a free car wash instead of running it through themselves. What a disappointment! I left my vehicle all day and absolutely nothing was done. Not even the car wash. They did however hook it up to the computer to find out why my check engine light had been on even though it was more off. Im pretty sure that takes just a few minutes. Also, the service manager promised that he would personally see over my vehicle while it was there. Which also did not happen. I dont think they have any idea what they are doing there. They of all people should have known that my tires couldnt be rotated. I will never return there for any service ever!!! Just a bunch of empty promises and shotty work. Dont risk your vehicle with these people! I wish I could give them a Zero! I will make sure all my friends and family know not to take there vehicles here. Shame on you.

We purchased a 2013 subaru wrx from these guys with only 60k miles on it. Not even 3 days later my fiance was driving on the freeway when the car suffered complete motor failure she was barely able to get to to the side of the freeway as the car died. So first thing we do is call them, they tell us to bring the car in so they can look at. So we have it towed there and make the 3 hour journey in our own car to make sure this is dealt with properly. Once they get the car they spend 10 minutes diagnosing it. They then come back saying they cant see anything wrong with it to which I reply I can go pull out the dipstick and show you metal flakes in the oil if you dont believe me. So we leave the car there for them to diagnose it over night. The next morning they call explaining they will help us out by doing the repair for half price being $4000 out of our own pocket for a car that they very well knew was a lemon. So I got extremely frustrated and started doing my research. The first thing I did was call subaru who eventually were gracious enough to let me know there was an extended warranty on our engine. So called wheeler back and told them to have our car ready to be picked up. We arrive and there is dirty engine parts crudely left in our passenger seat, they didnt even put the car back together. We finally got the car to Subaru who did the repair free of charge and guess how much the estimate was $8000. Hmm thats funny thats exactly double of what wheeler quoted us. Id also like to mention how incredibly rude and non helpful the employees at wheeler were about this whole situation. If you value your money, time, and emotional well being. I strongly urge you to never step foot in this dealership. Extremely shady business and I cant believe theyre still in business with the way theyve treated us. Just glad we got out of this mess by doing our research and standing our ground. Dont let this happen to you.

They needed to order parts to service my car, so I prepaid for the parts and waited for their call. When the parts arrived I gave them a call and they told me to go ahead and have the car towed to the service department.Once I got there the service adviser immediately told me that the parts department didnt order the right parts, so now I need to pay twice and wait for the new parts to come in, leaving me stranded in the waiting room over something that would have only taken a few hours to fix if not for their scatterbrained incompetence.If their parts people dont even know which parts to order, the one thing their supposed to know, then I would hate to think about whats going on in the rest of the organization. Make this place your last resort for service.

Andrew in service was so helpful and the lady that drove the shuttle cant quite remember her name was one of the nicest people Ive ever met I would recommend them highly wasnt buying so dont know anything about the sales people

Updating my review after 1 month of dealing with this dealership. Below are my experiences:1. I came in for a detailing of the car and was expecting a rental vehicle to get back home. (Dealership: Oops, sorry about that, come back again from Sacramento)2. Dealership was going to give me fuel for last time (Dealership: Oops we forgot about that)3. I was suppose to receive a car detailing kit (Dealership: Oops, we meant to give you that, come back in from Sacramento)3. Im missing the floor mats for the car, in order to check if they came with the car the dealership needs to check the MSRP Sticker(Dealership: We will let you know)4. The review mirror accessory is an aftermarket part that is not from Mazda (Dealership: We will let you know what we can do)5. I spent an entire week calling for an update on the mirror accessory. Each time I would leave a msg and no one would call back (Dealership: We will let you know)6. The MRSP (Monroney) sticker is missing from my paperwork (Dealership: We will let you know)I am still waiting on them to provide updates 1 MONTH AFTER PURCHASE and as of right now I am potential out $500 due to them.

Got a recall fixed from them and the didnt give me the appropriate paperwork for the DMV. when I called them, they said theyd have the paperwork here when I get there. They didnt and they moved slow. If they had the paperwork done when I got the work done then I wouldnt have to wait forever at the DMV again. Thanks William Livingston for not doing the paper for me.

So I stopped at 3 Chevy dealership and al 3 turned down my offer on a Tahoe. I was so down that I called Elk Grove Subaru and reserved the new Subaru ascent, but my heart was still in the Tahoe. I looked all over northern cal and the Bay Area and there were only a handful of dealership that had the color and the features I wanted. A few days before the arrival of the ascent, I decided to look up wheeler auto center in Yuba City. I figure I give it a glance and sure enough I found one that had everything I was looking for. I shot randy a text and gave him my offer knowing for sure he’ll come back and tell me no. To my surprise they accepted my offer and was willing to drive the vehicle to me to complete the sale. Well the next day I got off work, drove there and drove my new Tahoe home. I was very surprise bc 3 other dealership turned me down except wheeler. They are very easy to work with. Wet honest, and willing to help out customers. They accepted my offer over texting. How easy is that? Highly recommend wheeler very your next experienceGary
