If you enjoy being treated rudely on the rare occasion you are not on hold, I would recommend LKQ. from your initial phone call, to delivery and accounting (heaven forbid you have a core to return), they act like theyre the only place in the world who sells parts and could care less about anything. not every experience with them has been bad, but they are no longer the first place I call.shop around for a company who values their customers.

I ordered a Rear Differential and before I ran there I called to confirm it was in. Spoke with Junior and he confirmed it has arrived and was available for pickup. Well it easy to figure out where this story is going. They shipped in a Power Steering Pump and not a Rear Differential. How that error happened is beyond me. The other issue is the service. It was 15 min before anyone acknowledged I was there and once the issue with my order was discovered it was like they didnt care. Maybe because this is a frequent occurance.

Keystone always has the parts I need and if they dont have the part then they can get the part to me within 2 days through their internal shipping. The parts are not OEM but they do have licenses with manufacturers to make sure you get the emblems youre supposed to have. Any issues with the parts they are always quick to make it right for the customer.

Ok place to work pay could be better especially when co workers do not share a get it done work ethic.....but you get what you pay for....
