Always an amazing place to go but this one was totally different and bigger. This one had baby clothes to dishes... Never saw one like that before... great selection on food and more...

Nice selection, fair prices and store is clean. However, they are too focused on their online shoppers. Their online shopping staff is ALWAYS taking over complete isles and making it difficult to navigate the store. Kroger will also regularly have 15-20 employees working the floor but only 2-3 cashiers during prime business hours. People have to spend 20 minutes in the checkout lines behind 6-10 other carts/customers. Start focusing on your in-store customers more or you will lose them, Kroger.

This is my go to store for fresh foods and meats. The thing they need to consider is it’s a busy store any time of day, that being said they really should move all the displays that sit in front of the checkout lanes. There isn’t even enough room for people to move without almost running over each other. Also the huge rolling carts that they push around and leave in the worst places all over the store that are being filled for pickup. And the associates that just are in no hurry to get out of the way. There a few that apologize and move along quickly. But most just sit in the way!

I love this Kroger, it’s by far the biggest and nicest one I’ve ever been to. They have so much stuff other locations don’t, like clothes for example, and so much more. It’s amazing. And the employees I’ve talked to were really nice too.

The fresh meat area had two workers. I was asked if I needed help in less than a minute. Took care of my selections FAST! Best I’ve seen in the area.

Jun 2018: This place is clean and always very helpful. The people are helpful and I love the size of this place. They have 2 lanes (with 5 a side) of self checkout and they have tap-to-pay so I was able to use my phone.This is one of the big Krogers with the groceries and department store. Nice and clean. Very big and friendly staff. Two different people saw me lost (LOL, I think I looked lost) and asked if I needed help then they walked me all the way to the aisle I needed.

We’ve had some not so great experience with Clicklist selections and especially regarding moldy fruit. 3/5 times we have to go back to store to pick our own fruit.

I recently lost my debit card here and the customer service desk has yet to answer any of my calls and it’s been 2 days. Other departments have hung up on me when I asked for help. They even told me they have no store manager I could speak too. Absolute horrible and incompetent employees running this store 🤗

I love this store, but I wish I could create a List that tells me what aisle the product I seek is on. I am disabled and it would be great to make my list match the store aisles. I am particular when it comes to what brands or store brands I purchase and cannot go back and forth very well.

No complaints other and for the customers. No need for a mask. Texas and Florida is already proven it. So has New York Michigan and California

We’re deeply disappointed at the Kroger pharmacy in Wylie. We’ve lived in Wylie for 20 years and Kroger store costumers since they opened. Pharmacy used to be great. Now both the store and pharmacy in specific, have gone down hill.We’re not sure if this $15 min wage caused the problem, but oh dear Lord, they need some help.They don’t hear their voice messages for doctors prescriptions, or they hire the least experienced people on earth, or they just don’t care.We’ll be moving our business somewhere else.I bet this review won’t be read by anyone in Kroger Coorporate anyway.Wish you good luck.

The inconsistency of the drive thru pharmacy being open and anyone working in there knowing when or if it will be open is absurd. Whoever does scheduling should take into account not everyone can walk into a store or pharmacy easily and that is why they pick a pharmacy that has drive thru. To have hours posted that are not followed and told I need to call ahead to see if its open is ridiculous.

Worst customer service . Pretty much a lack of anyone in Managment who cares about anything after 5pm

I initially had a very positive experience my first visit last week. Employees were helpful and considerate. I bought sets of dinner plates that were on sale and took whatever they had, thinking I would come back when they had more inventory to complete my set.I called an associate yesterday (super nice, even sent me pictures to make sure they had the items I was looking for!), and saw that the set was back in stock.However, this time the plates/bowls were now twice the cost, so I asked customer service if they would be able to honor the price from a few days prior, since I only needed a few more items which they did not have on my initial visit. I kept my receipt for reference as well. I did not feel that this was this was something any other reasonable person wouldn’t ask for before purchasing the same item at double the price.I went in person and spoke to the customer service associate, and explained my situation. He then called someone on the phone and told me to speak to a man named Chris B. the next day about it. I called the next day as instructed, and Chris was incredibly rude throughout the entire 30 seconds of speaking to me. I felt I spoke clearly and politely, but was met with utter confusion and downright mean demeanor at my request. “Prices change there’s nothing I can do about it”, without so much as a simple “sorry about that”. Chris could not have cared less about me as a customer or person. I’m still not entirely sure why they had me call him in the first place because he did not even try to help me.It’s okay if the answer is no! I’ve worked in customer service, and I understand that sometimes things are out of our hands.“I can’t honor last weeks prices” was the last thing he said. Fine, but just say it nicely? I bought $100 of your inventory, and just wanted to ask if you could help me out when you had some more available literally days later. I will definitely think twice before visiting this location again.

Super crowded and not enough lines open. I know, a very common complaint, but much worse this time. The three open checkout lines had people lined up back into the aisles, as were the two self checkout. No excuse, it being a Saturday before a holiday. No excuse except too cheap to schedule enough folks, or poor management that doesnt know how to schedule.

Always picked over. Quite often rotting and moldy produce. Garlic is old and dried up. Other items throughout the store are picked over and empty shelves.

I love Kroger for their quality products, selection, and prices! I just moved to Wylie a month ago and being pregnant i use pick up services at this Kroger about 2X a week. The pick up crew is AMAZING. They are so polite, efficient, and just really go beyond expectations. I have been a regular customer of many different Krogers but this is the best experience I have had. I am so glad I live in this area now, I feel spoiled! Keep up the great work everyone! :)

Just moved up here and am so thankful for the friendly and helpful service that I have consistently received at every visit. Tama, Rosa and Jules always are efficient when checking me out and bagging my groceries. They are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in you as they are expeditiously checking you out.Even when the team members are shipping for an online order and you ask them for help, they aren’t bothered by the request and are willing to help!One tip Tama gave me: Get the Kroger app for additional coupons that get automatically loaded to your account when you add the to the app. Genius!

Kroger is awesome in general with great products and prices. This location is my favorite! They always have an amazing selection of fresh produce and a great meat department. I drive past several grocery stores to get to this location.

I got to customer service at 7:55 and told me to come back tomorrow since they close at 8.

It has a lot of great deals all the time. I get in I get out no issues its not that crowded. The only problem I have is some of their fruit thats pre-made is not good tasted horrible look beat up and mushy where some were ripe and not ready to even be cut yet. But overall the store is excellent and that was the only complaint I have.

This is the worst krogers location of all locations.Let me start by saying Im a lifelong Kroger shopper. Lets go krogering!This locations click list is a complete joke. I tried it 4 times and on all occasions I was ask to come back after my pickup time. The last time took 4 hours, 3 phone calls to the manager and a trip inside to talk with the manager. After all that I was told my bill would be comped and the next day the entire bill was charged to my account, so I didnt even get to use the few coupons I had for the order.This store is always out of stock of a large mount of items. Always! If its a sale item, forget about it, they dont have it. Anything listed in their circular, you have to get a rain check. This is on meats of course, if a steak or seafood item is on sale you will need a rain check. Also on common items like microwavable rice or ice tea or yogurt. I am at the point now, where I expect the shelves to be empty.Kroger upper management, I really hope you read this since you have ignored the emails Ive sent you. For christ sake please hire a management team that cares. I have never seen a signature store ran into the ground like this one. You would be better off if a tornado destroyed this location and you start over.Today of course started with no carts at the entrance. I guess managers forgot to tell the staff to collect carts from the parking lot? Then the out of stocks started. So many items just not there. So then my trip to the service counter started to collect all the rain checks.Kroger has become more Walmart than Walmart! If that statement doesnt discourage people from this shopping experience, I dont know what will.Do yourself a favor and skip this store. Walmart of all places does a much better job!

OK kroger you just lost my business You DO BOT sanitize your carts I have watched! Also Im sick and tired of seeing people running around the store without their masks on. If you cant make them wear a mask then make them use curbside pick up or go else where PLEASE to protect all the rest of us... then Im done with you! This Signature Kroger is a really nice store. It is a training site for other Kroger stores and you can tell by the meticulous attention to detail. Everything is laid out beautifully. As a Signature store there are extra items. You can find Clothing, Fred Meyer Jewelry and a Starbucks. The aisles are spacious and everything is clean.

My mom stopped by for groceries with her service animal. Shes got a Chihuahua who provides support for her heart condition and anxiety. She brings the dog everywhere and has a special blanket for her. We have lived in wylie for 20 yrs and since having Baby(for the last few yrs) shes never had an issue with people denying the dog.Today she stopped in for some groceries and the district manager mark came up to her and told her Baby cant be in the cart- that its against store policy. When she got home she called me up really upset and told me what happened. I called up to file a complaint and was told by Mark that its against store policy. He refused to tell me the number to corporate or tell me where i can get the policy. I googled kroger policy and cant find anything on service animals. I called a few other stores and was told that they have other people bring in their animals and put them on a blanket in the cart. This is against the ADA and i hope he gets fired. A** hole

This is my No.1 place to shop for groceries! They are always fully stocked and have an Awesome Team working here. I do my best at eating healthy so having my fruits/veggies fresh is important for me. I’m an every other day type of shopper; having a consistent and fresh inventory truly makes my day. Doesn’t matter if your a single mom working over 40hrs a week or a young fella running late with the snacks for that football game, it TRULY sucks having to make more than (1) stop for your grocery needs! With that said, THE TEAM at THIS Kroger’s location are on top of their game! I Always leave with a smile and what I went in for!!!

I like the produce and meats. The store is clean and large. Unless items are on sale it is more expensive than Wal-Mart. But sometimes you get what you pay for...I would give a much higher review but I did receive very rude customer service by two associates at the help desk. Unfortunate because I have had very nice conversations with other associates there.

Wow! I visited for the first time today and was amazed! I had no idea Kroger had a Marketplace! I was ecstatic as Kroger is where I usually shop but at a much smaller store. Im happy to say this is my new store! Not only do they sell a great variety of produce the meat selection is fantastic. I had no idea they sold clothes and a variety of other things. I love it and I will spread the news!

I received a delivery today. They did a VERY POOR job. I pretty much begged for substitutions on everything I needed. They replaced only 3 things. I cannot believe there was absolutely no bread to sub in the bread and deli aile. Anything... anything at all. Dont waste your money.

Great store. Great prices on their store brands which are good quality... amounting to some very good values. The pharmacy at this store delivers exceptional service; usually very prompt. Combined with online account the Rx experience is very good. Prices are so much better than the nearby alternatives.

Not only when your kroger app tells you error when checking out, but theyll charge you that $117 check out price each time it tells you to try again. Kroger has stolen $240 for an order they said was never placed. Kroger was refunding it back. Never did. Was suppose to be refunded July 13th, called on July 10th for the info. Called again on the 13th to ask where its at. Customer support said I was suppose to be given a case number on the 10th. I wasnt. So Im holding for her while she makes a case number for when if I dont get my refund in 7 days. WELL. I GOT HUNG UP ON WHILE WAITING FOR A CASE NUMBER. Seems like Kroger is just milking and scamming during a pandemic. Thanks for no groceries and stealing my $240!

Very nice grocery store with good prices, selection, and even home goods. Friendly employees and convenient grocery pick up options. Sometimes the store has a weird smell though.

I loved this store. It is huge. Has everything that you want and need. The aisles are wide so theres plenty of room to get around people. They have clothes, dishes, great kitchen supplies, jewelry shop and fresh meat and seafood. I will definitely go back there instead of Walmart.

I like the grocery side of this Kroger. Its clean, well laid out and well lit. Customer service is great!What I dont like is the addition of clothing and even a jewelry store. Lets stick to what you do best and leave the rest to the big box stores that cant touch the quality of your groceries and service.

Bought a single piece of bread, was very good and changed my life for the better

I have shopped at the hwy 544 location since it opened and I have watched this once great store deteriorate into something intolerable.First was the psycho pharmacy crew who would go off on you if you got too close to the counter.Then came closing and barricading half of the self check machines causing a totally unnecessary wait time.The final straw came when, last week I watched some store employee accost some poor elderly man, demanding to look in his bag. The poor old man was extremely frightened not to mentioned bullied.Don’t shop here. Especially if you are a person of color or elderly.

Ice cream should be frozen. If you let it melt, it probably should not be partially refrozen and then sold.

Large grocery store with a pretty good selection of food items. A big area full of clothing. All types of miscellaneous items in the very back including a pharmacy and a jewelry store. Young people from the high school were rushing in to get coffee at Starbucks and deep-fried Deli items. I enjoyed my visit at the store in Wylie Texas.

Wife went in looking for canning supplies. They were out of stock.

This particular Kroger Marketplace is better than most. Because it is a new building the quality is especially high. They have a Starbucks inside, a great bakery a cheesery (is that a word). They used to sell furniture here but not anymore. Half of the store has a wooden floor that looks really nice. The clearance rack has surprisingly nice things for a very cheap price. Gas prices are lower than most through there rewards points. Overall has low prices. Staff is always ready to help.

With the exception of grocery stores that aim to be pretentious, this is one of the nicest places I have ever picked parsley. The staff is super friendly and the selection of unique and alternative foods is on par with other store chains like Sprouts.PRO TIP: The online grocery shopping is a huge time saver if you can input your order a day ahead of time.PRO TIP: John in the wine and beer area is amazingly knowledgeable. He will not steer you wrong through their fairly extensive wine selection and keeps a display dedicated to his weekly top picks.

Its a young lady there name Destiny Williams. She Always has a smile on her face. I think she works Click List. I love this place; it is my favorite grocery store because of the great sales they come up with and the good bread they bake. Bread prices are sometimes $ 2.99 for Artisan, not that exorbitant as in other places. Its clean inside and out and produce is fresh.

Huge, clear properly stocked market. Even had Shock Top beer samples. Yes I had two. Also had two crab crunch sushi rolls on deli patio. Very fresh. It is an island in a dessert of ordinary.

This is a good place to do all your shopping with the convenience of their own gasoline station. Depending on the items you are looking to buy such as produce, you may pay a little more than you would at WalMart or Aldis (Just being real) but the payoff is better selection and even fresher items.Take advantage of signing up for a Kroger Rewards card so you can save more on items. You will accumulate fuel points which will lead to more savings in Kroger brand gasoline. Enjoy!

Great fresh seafood and meats. Moderately priced and a large selection of groceries. Theres also a bulk section that sells spices, coffees, nuts and honey. The service is great, which seems to be rare nowadays.

This is the best Kroger store in the area. Great service & specialized departments . Love the Ready made salads in the deli and the Bakerys fresh items. Also the seafood and meat departments are fresh and inviting. The florist department has a lot to choose from and is very inviting. Well be shopping here for years to come.

I have done all grocery shopping at Kroger ever since they open. But today was the last day I will ever go back. I was speaking to an employee in Spanish about seafood and when the employee returned back to the meat department a manager/ supervisor (idk which one) yelled to the employee “We only speak English here!!!” in front of me and 2 other managers/supervisors and none of them did nothing or say anything. (Mind you two of them are Caucasian and one is African American)They just looked at each other and me. I felt targeted for speaking Spanish. And felt disrespected.

My home grocery store. Everyone is encountered here is friendly, and I love getting to know the staff. Mike is the man! This kroger seems to be very consistent and stocks everything very well. If theres something out of stock, theyve gone out of their way to substitute for me multiple times.

Great store, awesome produce, if you are or were a regular, they just re-mapped the store and its largely confusing, hence the 4 stars and not 5.. They do have maps hanging at every isle, if that tells how confusing it really is.. Hopefully they tweak it to make it as pleasureful to shop there as it used to be about 2-3 months ago.. I still have to go grocery shopping, but I dread it much, much more now because of what has been done to this store.. The 4 stars are because of the quality that cannot be taken away from the products that Kroger provides which are exceptional.. The customer service is very sub-par to say the most, Ive never had anything close to good customer service at this store, actually Ive only had pretty much crappy to horrible customer service at this store..

I worked late and my daughter wanted some sushi. Krogers has some yummy, ready to go packs that hit the spot. Picked up a fresh pineapple too. Quick, easy and friendly service.

I love their ClickList service. Well worth the extra few dollars when you dont have the time to shop. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this service at the Wylie location.

Update: 4/24/2021 - Things have fallen a lot here since the pandemic. The pharmacy isnt as well run. Prescription items are too often out. Communication with physician offices seems too frequently broken. I definitely couldnt recommend the pharmacy though I like the staff.But, the thing that really matters is their unwillingness to abide by their posted policies: masks are required it says on the front doors. But, they tolerate people walking through the store without any mask nor even one thats visibly available. If you have a policy, everyone should need expected to live with it. Even Home Goods just down the roads enforces their policy. They arent even a food service business. AND, they are regularly cleans their carts. Those who work in health care know that even if cases are tapering down, were arent out of the woods. Come on, Kroger. Be a reliable food service provider!Original review: This is a pretty well-kept store with personable staff. They could do a better job policing shopping cart in the parking lot. Overall, a reliably pleasant shopping experience.

I went into this store this morning with my brother. We were shopping for Valentines gifts for my little ones. We were stopped by one of three managers (the store manager and another manager blocked the aisle we were in) and accused of theft. The “proof” they had was say no we drove a Rav 4 (we don’t) and video footage of us leaving the store with unpaid for merchandise. They gave us two choices, leave and never come back. Or they would call the police.We demanded they show us their proof. He went up to queue up the footage. We talked to the store manager and he was apologetic but standing by his manager and the associates how pointed the finger at us. The manager came back and wouldn’t you know. Oops. “The people on the camera looked like you.” He apologized several more times, offered us $25 in gift cards and sheepishly walked away.I was so angry, embarrassed, mortified, scared (what if they called the police? How do I get my babies from school?!), and just disrespected.I’m hard pressed, frankly will probably never, to return to this store. And it’s my favorite grocery store. I’ll just funnel my business elsewhere.I’d give zero stars, but one is only for the previous enjoyment I had here.

Horrible! This store wouldnt honor the prices they advertised. After speaking to management (which by the way was very very rude) he said that he could honor the price, but he wouldnt?!?! Why? Because they were being donated to kids with cancer? Kroger makes the impression theyre here for our families, but really just another big business with absolutely no heart. We went grocery shopping for back to school on 8/19/2018. It was crazy busy, but staff were pleasant and helpful.We went to checkout and none of our bank cards or my check would go through. Weve never had that happen and i was so embarrassed. Julie D came over and said it may be a fraud alert and kindly took our cart aside whike we called our bank. It was just as she said and they fixed everything so we could checkout. Julie D was so understanding and it made the whole situation easier to deal with

Premium products, very reasonable prices, beats the Walmart rush. One of the few stores that carries prime cuts all through the year. Beer section also has a make your own six pack option. Kiddie push carts so the kids can either ride or push.

Now that they got done remodeling things are a little harder to find. They have a great selection of preprepared foods. I like the bulk food section as well. Whole coffee beans and chocolate covered raisins yum. They also have home goods and clothing which is super convenient.

Excellent store. Clean, well-lighted, with an amazing selection of quality food items. We purchased freshly made sushi, which was as good as any first-class sushi restaurant.

Today we went to Kroger for chicken. When I got home I opened the package and it smelled. I check the date, I was surprised when I was it was out of date. I had to drive back to Kroger to return the rotten Chicken. NEVER once did they say I am sorry you had to come back, or I cant believe it happen. Another employee came up and was told to take the chicken away because it was bad, she then replied I wander what that smell was. I got my money back walked out the door and went to Sprouts and even got it cheaper. I stopped shopping at Kroger several months ago because I didnt like the taste of their meat.

Best grocery store Ive ever been to bar none. They make their own tortillas and bread, excellent Seafood choices, excellent meet choices, Floral, and anything else you could want. They and have clothes and shoes and towels and stuff!

Pros: The thing I like about this store the most is how helpful the employees are in helping me find an item.The fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious and worth the price.Cons: I gave three stars because the produce section needs some serious help. There have been gnats in the onion section for almost two years and the fruit is usually bruised or damaged in some way.The baggers have no training in bagging groceries - cherries/grapes placed under canned goods, smashed bread or pastries.The microwave in the cafe area is disgustingly dirty.Unique: There is a jewelry store inside this grocery store.

I am so glad I found this place. I have been going to sprouts and Wal-Mart but Kroger is the best of both worlds!!! Really good prices that almost always beat Wal-Mart especially if you have the Kroger shopper card that is free. The quality is great and right up there with sprouts and it goes without saying that Kroger beats their prices. Fruit is just as fresh and meats are fantastic. Make this your main store and the others just for a few things every now and then.

Be very careful while checking out the items. They always overcharge you! The most unusual thing about this store is the cashier employees. They always try to ring up overprice for the items. They do not care about the sale price and try to ring the regular price. Its not the first time, it has been 5th times with me, and with my family!When I try to correct them, they becomes so rude and annoyed. Management has to do something with this.
