Love the parking options at this location. One of the nicest looking locations Ive visited too.

Ive worked in customer service my whole life and have both been trained and trained many people in lots of different customer service related fields and this store has excellent service from every employee I came across. Its also well stocked with a great selection and is very clean but its definitely the service for me that makes this a great location.

I just went for fun. I did find a cool green spatula for my pancake maker. Nobody looks at these, but thats okay.

Ms. Geraldine that works here is by far my favorite employee of anywhere. She knows how to balance between checking peopl out in a timely manner, while still giving excellent customer service. She knows when its good to have a little chat, or when to just have people on their way. She makes it very welcoming. I want to come to dollar tree for the sole purpose of seeing her. Thank you Ms. Geraldine!

Good store to get small items just for a dollar. Surprisingly clean and well organized. Food items tend to be overpriced as well as a number of other things so you need to know your prices and shop around. At the same time you can easily get some stuff for 10 dollars instead of paying 30 in other places. Watch for quality, however. Some things fall apart after the first use... There could be a line at check out.

Very bad experience, no customers services, store look terrible. Never go there again.

I’ve been going to this store for years, and they always keep it clean and nice. The employees are also sweet and have good customer service. The lines are usually somewhat long, but that’s expected from a dollar store.

Alot of the things I was looking for were not there....

Ok location except that the heavy-handed Southern drawl, always looking resentful cashier, always slams my bag down and breaks my glassware then swears that you did it.

We like the variety of items they sell at great prices.

Wow! This Dollar Tree store is way bigger than the ones Ive been to and they have more options per item giving their customers a wider range of options. The staff are quite helpful too. Dollar Tree has always been my go-to store for household and a lot of grocery items. Its a store Id recommend to family and friends anytime!

I go to many Dollar Tree stores in my area at least once a week. Most are very good and what you expect. Today at the Murphy store I was very impressed by an employee. I cant remember his name but it started with an A. He was busy stocking on the last row at back of store.He noticed I had several items in my arms and said Maam would you like for me to get you a basket?. Honestly, I was kind of shocked. Little things like that are what Customer Service is all about and keep people coming back. Thank you A.

DT staff are the best! So friendly and helpful. Tonight my cashier (shame on me for not looking at her name tag) but she was so festive in her Christmas sweater and hat!! Happy Holidays!

Extremly Long line with one employee stocking the shelf and 1 employee checking out. Almost 25 minutes in line.

I always have positive experiences at this store: from staff to stuff; I am often times pleasantly surprised by the quality of stuff sold here!The staff has always treated me friendly and politely. Quite a blessing for which Im grateful.

Went to load up my green dot card employees had no idea wat to do they need to train everyone so they know wat to do next time. They were also shouting for register to register about who or how to do it

Service was amazing! They were taking precautions and the store was very clean and everyone was so nice. I would recommend coming here!

All items are pretty cheap, as expected, nothing too fancy but you can find some good deals. This store is very clean and organized, especially when compared to other stores in the chain. The staff was nice and courteous; our cashier was a very nice and we had some entertaining conversation with her. She didnt seem irritated at all despite us buying approximately 50 small items that she had to scan individually and in 4 separate purchases. Yes, it is her job, but Ive had some cashiers make faces when Ive tried to make similar purchases. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and the store wasnt too busy.

Location is on the smaller side, making the aisles narrow and easily crowded. Same items as other locations, just not as roomy as other Dollar Trees in the area.

Very good service. Paid 1.00 for a hardback book that normally would have cost $12.99

Today i was disappointed after always shopping at this location. i had to wait 20 minutes to be cashed out. My cashier Michael was calm and great. He explained his Mgr was out on break, and Asst Mgr was in the back. He paged her (Tyndall) 6 times, and she never surfaced. It just shows a POOR support syatem. This just questions the corporation overall. Especially, when Texas is limiting all Dollar stores in general. So disappointed.

This isnt the hugest Dollar Tree Ive ever been to; but its well lit and well stocked. The staff there is always nice and will help you find something youre looking for. Dollar Tree is always a great place to go if you need some quick birthday balloons.

Very few selection available. I went to buy acrylic paint, canvas and paint brush for my nephew who is in high school but they didnt have anything available m except for little kids or toddlers. Ive found better selection in Canadian dollar tree than here.

This is one of the best Dollar Trees I have shopped at, this store usually have items other stores dont! And, you are greeted by staff immediately when entering the store.But I must say the Store Manager helped pay for my items after I couldnt find my debit card and I am so grateful!

The best place to pick up seasonal flowers and decorations. Valentine items were used to decorate at the cemetery.

Stopped in tonight an Hour before the store closed as I decided to pick up a few items.Paid for my item with a large bill as I had cashed my check @ WELSFARGO Bank on 78.I finished my shopping & made my payment with another large bill, the nice cashier called for the manager to Authorize accepting the payment.When the Manager made her way up to the front of the store the cashier told her, I need change this is the only bills she has.The RUDE manager said, Were not suppose to take these. Then she took out some marker & marked across the front of the bill I paid with & then heald it up to the light & said, See this looks funny to meI took out a newer bill & told her here give me back that bill thats what I used for my 1st payment.I asked her, Exactly what are you seeing that looks Weird to you?& she said something about a line isnt going down the sude of the bill.I heald the SAME bill up & could see a line going down the side of the bill & even took out ither bills from my wallet to compair them all & saw the line going down the side of the bills.I then turned to her & said,I just cadhed my chevh @ WELSFARGO Bank I doubt they pass Counterfit bill to tjeir account houlders!!!Then the manager heald up the large bill I just gave her & said to me, See even this one looks funny the Real onez when you touch them you should beable to fill ridges.You mught want to go back to your bank & talk to them about the bills you have.I couldnt Believe her actions & the words she was accusing me of!!I WILL be giving Corprate off a call tomorrow & making a COMPLAINT against her!!!!!!

You can get things at a third to a quarter of there price at a grocery store. The exact same thing.

The customer service was poor. The cashier was unfriendly and unwelcoming. She seemed uninterested and annoyed with me for no reason. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. That type of behavior is just unnecessary.
