Product are in good price. If you ask questions about the product, they will answer with patience. I come to this store almost every time I come to the outlet mallBut today it took me 50 minutes to check out on Tuesday! 😭I arrived at 6, picked up my items in 10 mins. and left the store at 7 pm.In the past, even if Im in the middle of checkout, but I bought a lot of things and it would take a long time to check out, the manager usually let others to checkout first, which I totally understand and didn’t mind. So in future I really hope when I come across this situation again I will be treated the same way like other customers.

Visited yesterday, 16Feb21. Employees were super helpful and nice. They made me feel welcome and were knowledgeable on their sales and products.I love going to Cosmetic Company stores in general because they have such amazing deals, but knowing the customer service is good makes it even better.

Visited the cosmetic company store in Clinton Connecticut. Awesome products. Perfume that normally cost twice what they charge. Can’t wait to go back

I had a wonderful experience there yesterday with the staff! Since we are in times of no longer being able to use testers she helped me find a foundation shade matcher tool to figure out what my shade would be in the brands they carry! I appreciated the time that they took on me like that! You can tell that customer service is valuable to them at this store and they did it with excellence!

Great place for a visit and friendly staff

Really rude. We spent over 200 bucks there but those ladies were like: no purchase no touch. We were only trying to look up the package labels or so. Very INTERESTING. Hope they sensitize their hands frequently before handling the customers items.

It closed at 7:50 but its supposed to be closed at 8:00. I had a pretty bad experience there.

Huge shout out to Jasmin! My friend and I visited last week, and had the BEST experience with Jasmin. She was so kind, knowledgeable and made sure everyone was following the COVID guidelines (which we appreciate so much!) and although it was so hard not to touch anything, she was their to explain product every step of the way. She made sure we got then eat deals, and that we left with what we needed. I hope next time I come In she is working! Estée Lauder, you have a real keeper!

It felt that the workers couldnt be bothered. We waited because of the sign and eventually they let us in. While we walked around no one really attended us and then others came after us and were asked if they needed help. Eventually a worker noticed us and helped us with smelling some colonge. During check out they finished it fairly quickly before i could access my coupon. The worker stated they could not honor the coupon as all sales are final. I had a better experience with the store in lee outlet and that made me decide to look at the wrentham store however with this negative experience im not sure i want to shop the wrentham one again.

Love the selection, definitely has more than a few other CCOs Ive been to. The staff were very friendly but did not press too much or intrude while I looked around. Clearance section was fun and 75% off already discounted prices. They had more choices within each brand as well, with many nice MAC lipsticks, Tom ford face products, makeup brushes, perfumes, and skincare products than I am used to. Ended up buying a wonderful perfume for half the price I would but it in store!!

Jasmins super helpful! From me saying I bought this blue white eyeshadow pigment and I didn’t know which one it was she picked out all four you had - she immediately was like I think it’s this one you bought since it was a year ago and I couldn’t decide between the colors...she was right she very knowledgeable

I purchased clinique moisturizers that Ive been buying for years, opened them up to find that all were a completely different color and consistency. I am flabbergasted that this store is allowed to put authentic clinique labels on clearly incorrect items.

The prices are lower than most of other places but the service is really bad. They treated customers like thefts. They are rude at questions. The manager of the store needs to work on it.
