Dont know why they are getting such bad reviews. From the moment I walked in, they greeted my boyfriend and I with smiling faces plenty of staff to help you find anything you are looking for, Very knowledgeable about there products. Same products you would get at a department store but better prices.

The employees at this location drives the customers away. There very rude, judgmental and not helpful at all.. I went in today looking for a very expensive specific product. No one would help me. My husband stood by the door watching the faces and rolled eyes at the annoyance that I was in there. There was one young lady trying to help but ERIN wouldnt let her show me the product and assist me with pricing.. My husband couldnt believe what he was seeing...The District manager is being notified of the service that was provided today..NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER LADIES. YOU SHOULD TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME.

Very educational experience!Lesson one, some products are exempted from discount. Doesn’t matter what the coupon says. Customer’s solo responsibility to figure out. You miss it, you take it. Lesson two, no communication is provided by the staff, until you want to return something. Lesson three, all deals are final and NO RETURN. Even if the product never leaves the counter. Doesn’t matter, the rule is well defined and kept.Just extra $20 for such rich experience! Appreciate all the teaching, and all customers should be cautious with sneaky rules in every corner. Sure, we won’t return!

I went in on Tuesday August 18,2020 purchased a perfume I come back 3 days later today and the perfume is $50 cheaper asking for a price adjustment doesn’t exist! They are pretty much ripping people off and the customer service is horrible!!!

Great great great deal. I never found those prices anywhere else. Love it!!

I bought a Naked urban decay Smoky palette from them and at the time I was exctatic because I bought it for 17$ and it retails for 54$. Well I got home and opened the palette and it looked great! Then I looked closer at the names and the one labeled “armor” on the box was labeled “armop” in the palette! It is either a fake or a messed up palette. I hope that the name was all they messed up! When I return to Wrentham I will bring this to their attention! I recommend going to the other beauty stores they have there though. This was my first visit to that store but I’ve had a much more pleasant experience at Bare+beauty and The Cosmetics Company!

I had a visit at one of your store in wrentham village premium outlets, MA. I bought two Lancome toners in the morning, then continue shopping. Before we left outlets, we decide to buy one more this toner. But the salesclerk told me I could not buy it, cause I cant buy it for my wife who is standing out side the store. Then I asked my wife come inside, and they still refused to let us buy it. Said we already bought three of that toners. She refused to check my receipt and view my shopping history. Her attitude is really terrible and dont let us explain. Finally the other salesclerk checked our receipt and let us check out the third one.We are really unhappy with the services we received in that store.

They dont accept Sumsung pay, even it was already went throgh. They refund it and let us use cash....

When walking through the outlet we find a store with better service and prices. We went back to exchange our purchases, because we had regretted it.
