Selection of products is good but could be improved. No iPhone 6S cases for instance. Store seems clean and staff is helpful.BEWARE, do NOT order from their online store unless you plan on being home the entire day when the package is scheduled for delivery! Else, risk having to speak multiple times with their customer service to discover your only hope is to go pick up your online order.
Staff were friendly and effective. Had a very easy time picking up my online order (which was ready in less than an hour after I placed it) - in the door, turn right to the customer service desk, and done.I also really appreciate Best Buys electronics recycling program - its a major reason why I will continue to give them my business.
I like to see and try tech before buying. Best Buy will price match (fair) competition, which is a big plus. I have even had associates tell me about a competitors price to get me the better deal. That is amazing. The only thing I dont like is that the sales associates can seem a bit pushy at times. That is why I gave one star less than perfect.
Went here to buy new phones and not only did the person I worked with help.me pick the best phone in my price range. But he found me the best deal, a case and set up the service for me right over. The spot!!! Definitely the place to go when u need a little help with technology.

This is my favorite Best Buy store in my local area. I have found the sales people to be knowledgeable and helpful. The sales people I have encountered didnt try to steer me to the most expensive thing but rather listened to what I was searching for and directed me to the items that would be meet my needs. Their Geek Squad is great and really investigate if there is a problem that is not readily apparent.

It took us a bit longer than I liked to find help, as it wasnt clear which employees covered the area where my son and I were shopping. However, once we got an employee to come over, he was very helpful. He answered my sons questions about the VR device he wanted to buy, explained the return policy and warranty clearly, and after apologies for not having a demonstration unit available, further explained how the return policy allowed for a home evaluation. He also answered my sons questions about gaming headsets and the pros and cons of headsets at various price points. A very good experience.

The parking garage is amazing. It actually feels safe. I didnt gamble but it was fun watching others. Food court and sports bar are fun. Although food is not the best. Sad for a sports bar to serve a bad burger and fries. Everything must come frozen on a truck. Still I recommend the place. Worth the trip.
Everyone in here was super helpful. Picked out an open box tv. They wrapped it super safe and helped me put it in my vehicle. Its still nice to get things from the box stores instead of Amazon.

More employees than customers. Seems that over the years, the sales pressure at Best buy has really increased. I cant walk around in this Best Buy without three employees asking me if I need help, what I came looking for, etc. Per usual, unless youre hunting a specific current deal, the prices are higher than almost everywhere else.
I brought my computer to GeekSquad at the Greendale Mall in Worcester this morning because I thought it had been hacked. The gentleman at the desk did not take his break so that he could help me. Best Buy provides a great in store experience! They have tons of electronics on display so you can play with the latest and greatest gadgets. I absolutely could not of gotten the hands on experience on Amazon

Sold me an empty box when i purchased a switch.Failed to deliver replacement for something else within a reasonable amount of time. It was under a warranty so i guess they are fine with wasting your time as long as they already have your money. Try to avoid these guys.
Went to Best Buy several times to get car stereo installation work done, the service was good up till when two locations stopped performing this type of work. Now you can only get it done at their Blackstone Valley shop, they are booked out over a month. Managed to get an appointment and was all set to have the work done, even spent over $400 on speakers and wiring in advance, then the day before my appointment they canceled my appointment saying that they had over booked. Really? Now I would have to wait another month or more. So, I returned the hardware and canceled my Best Buy service plan, what good is it if you cant get an appointment within a reasonable time period?Time to move on and look for a new shop to perform the work, too bad for all concerned.
The mecca for gadget lovers! You can get almost anything that smells like gadget. Staff are very friendly, price match guarantee and easy return policy are some of the coolest attractions. Being a physical store it offers the unique advantage of the touch and feel of the product. A must go for geeks.

This place is so bad, poor in customer service.we wanted a dishwasher urgently. We priced one at 800.But delivery of it would take about two weeks+.So Best buy had another one for $900 which could be delivered in two days.The night before delivery we didnt receive a call for our delivery window.Next morning, no call still.Went to the store and found out delivery was a week later than the salesman told us. So, now we have no dishwasher for what would be for two weeks, and we paid an extra $100 for earlier delivery than the original one we wanted.Store management response was, these things happen. What, really? Thats managements, customer response?They cheated us out off $100.Id like to talk to a district manager of I can get the contact info.DONT SPEND YOU HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!
Went in for a power cord for my laptop. Thought I was going to pay a crazy amount but it was really reasonable. In all fairness, this is one of my favorite stores.
Had a new stereo unit installed in my truck to replace the horrid GM Am/Fm receiver that came stock. Nelson in installation did an awesome job. You would think the radio came with the truck. He walked me through connectivity and features, and was helpful the entire step of the way. Very impressed with the customer service that I received.
The store is good, lots of everything from electronics to household items. I went there for a controller and the check out was great. These guys are super pollite. Too bad the store at greendale mall is closing, it was close to my home.
I went to Best Buy shopping for a gaming PC for my Grandson for Xmas. They had an excellent selection of systems and monitord. The sales person was a gamer who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I picked up a gaming PC and monitor, both on sale. Cant wait till Xmas when he opens them.
I dont like how the sales lady kept following me around. Ive had a Best Buy card for the last 10 years, all I do is buy electronics. I dont know if she thought me and my kids were stealing or if she was trying to to make a sale.

My husband and I have found that Best Buy is great for buying Major Appliances. We have never had any problems with our Washer and dryer, (both Maytag) Top loaders. And our Refrigerator, Glass Top Stove and Over the Stove Microwave, all Samsung. We also have bought XBOX ONE Games for our son. The Associates are very knowledgeable. The store is always clean.

The store manager Greg at this store is extremely helpful. He worked with me on my sound issue until the matter was resolved. Overall I would say that he really went above and beyond to figure out the issue and genuenly seemed to care about resolving the complicated issues that numerous other stores couldnt seem to figure out. I will definitely continue shopping at this location. Keep up the good work!
They never have what you need in stock. Also I saw the TV I wanted, it was on sales 100$ off. I told the sales associate that I would back tomorrow to buy it. Well the next day it was no longer on sale. The sales associate failed tell me the sale on the TV ended that day. A little transparency would of been nice. I would of bought it that day.

Located in a mall with very little options. This isnt the nicest Best Buy I have been in but its the closest thing to what I would expect to find in an electronic store located inside a ghost town. Saturday evening, no crowds, no lines, and mediocre customer service because I waited there at the desk for 5 minutes and nobody came to help. Half the display products I tried also had missing parts or didnt work correctly. So, that happened too.
I was interested in an open box receiver at the store. I called and they told me it was missing the remote. I specifically asked two times if they had the setup mic, and customer service replied yes both times.I drove 50mins only to find they didnt have it. Most poorly managed best buy Ive been in.

My first experience with this store was 50-50. I bought 2 TVs & sound bars to put together a TV system at my church. The downside was the young techs didnt know their back side from their elbow. They sold me things I didnt need & tried to tell me things that were inaccurate.Against my better judgment, I went back to get an appliance. unfortunately the washer/dryer unit was too big and I had to have it exchanged w/ a smaller unit. Delivery person was awesome and knew his stuff so he was able to recommend what to do. from there, everything spiraled into a dark abyss.it took two days to do the exchange. the new one would take three weeks to come in. I was told by department manager, Alex Ford, that I would receive a call 24-48 hours ahead and schedule my delivery and all would be well considering I needed it to be late I the day. the new delivery day was a Wednesday and I explained I could not get out of work in time for a day delivery but could be home for 5PM.All I received was an automated call saying when they would be there. But they called on my home phone when I gave instruction to call my cell since I am AT WORK ALL DAY.I spent two days on the phone before the delivery and went through 5 employees before getting the store manager. She claimed she could not change the delivery day since it was the day before and there were no notes in the file about a call to my cell phone.upon getting to the store, she made me wait to have an audience with her. While she did call the warehouse, she said that it was impossible to change the delivery time of a 1-3PM window to a 5-7PM window because it was already programmed by a GPS route. She also said she could force a change of day but it would cost me $70.00 because of me inconveniencing the delivery.She would not back down and after a standoff she said she had other customers to deal with and I was on my own.Customer service phone service worked better and they had me rescheduled within 30 minutes and no extra cost.Their lack of customer service and knowledge is terrible.
This is probably the worst Best Buy location Ive ever shopped at. The workers there have enough brain function to follow you around like a helicopter mom that cant cut the umbilical cord and annoy you every three seconds, but when it comes to ringing out a trained parrot could do a better job.The crux of the issue is that more than a few of the employees have mentally checked out and cant be bothered to actually think.On roughly six occasions in the past years amount of time, Ive had an issue ranging from an employee quite literally not listening to me when I tell them that the corrected address on my drivers license is on the back of my ID, to the latest idiots completely forgetting to look up and apply BB reward points after asking them not to forget multiple times. On my last visit yesterday, the latter is exactly what happened again (and it was with an employee that has made this mistake twice before).After this latest incident I had enough and complained to a manager about it. It fell on deaf ears; the manager (Greg) quite obviously has checked out mentally too. Instead of acknowledging the situation he chose to downplay and marginalize my complaint, followed by attempting to perform a jedi mind trick and whitewash the situation by claiming that the store ranked around 11 out of 1000 BB locations for customer service excellence. Just like in the movies the jedi mind trick only works on the feeble minded, so I wasnt buying what he was selling.Do yourself a favor and go to either their Milford or Marlborough locations instead. The aggravation youll experience at the Worcester location is not worth it.

Waited over an hr for store to open after getting out of work before going home. When they did open I waited in the geek line only to be told I dont have an appointment and they could not help me for 3 hrs. I told them I only was picking up my laptop. And I was told you can do that in 3 hrs. All this was after they left me a message my laptop was ready for pickup.

As The Greendale Mall is currently up for sale- this place is pretty sad. Theres a decent stock of things but nothing really extensive. Its dank and dark and feels like theyre going out...but the staff are friendly and its nice to go for a last minute thing.
Terrible customer service. Got a call to pick up my computer. Went to the store, but the clerk would not turn around and pick it up off the shelf to give to me. Said we had to make an appointment, with the earliest one being in a half hour. They apparently want you to walk around the store so you buy something you dont need. And they rarely have the best buy. My advice--save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop elsewhere.

The manager was rude!! I went in to ask a question about my new tablet to the geek squad and they told me you have to make a appointment which I did not know. I asked to speak with the manager and he said to transfer my information to my new tablet I would have to pay $100. He also asked my name and phone number and said you havent made a purchase here for a couple years. He said you purchased a tv but you returned it!! YES because the picture quality was extremely poor not to mention I purchased both my tablets there. I am referring to the worcester best buy.

Worst experience I have ever encountered. If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. The communication between their employees who are trying to resolve your issue is absolutely unacceptable. My refrigerator which was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday, never made it onto the truck so they showed up to my house without one. Was told I need to now wait until Saturday, and they have YET to return a phone call to confirm this. All I keep getting is the runaround and I will be cancelling my 900$ order immediately. I would NEVER recommend this store to anybody. Spend a little extra money and get ACTUAL professional help people.
