I have been using Target Optical for years. This time I went for my daughter. David was very helpful and friendly. I did not wait very long at all to be assisted, was greeted right away, and processing was very fast! I was also very happy with Targets discount for childrens glasses. Selection was very good as well. No complaints and I will continue to use Target for glasses.

I had a great experience. No long waits.All staff was knowledge and friendly.The doctor fixed my prescription, apparently I had been walking around with the wrong lenses and he caught it. Super helpful.David was the lens tech I had and he made me feel comfortable fitting my glasses. He even helped me pick out glasses I was very happy with and found me discounts. AmazingThank you

Absolutely do not go here. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.The miserable man working there MELTED MY LENSES while adjusting them. Did not even apologize. The other employees there told me they could rush order new lenses, but couldn’t do anything for me now.. they told me to drive home closing one eye, covering one eye, or buying an eye patch - laughing throughout telling me this. When I went to check on the status of my new lenses, they said they absolutely cannot rush glasses or lenses and they won’t be in for another week.2 weeks since the beginning of the situation, I got my glasses. THEY melted my glasses, yet did not have anything to replace them for TWO WEEKS. Expected me to go without glasses for that long (my prescription is strong- I can’t) and told me to drive home with one eye closed, putting in danger me and everyone else on the road. Thankfully, a family member paid for my new glasses from LensCrafters in Auburn (who were so wonderful and I highly recommend them) so I was able to see for the 2 weeks target optical had me without glasses.DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about anyone and you do not want to be in a situation like mine.

Was originally disappointed but not at the fault of the Target Optical staff. Their doctors used to be from EZ Eyecare and they were leaving me in the dark and not getting back to me, leaving me with no contacts following my appointment. Target has since parted ways with them and has helped me to get the documentation I needed to obtain my script. Thanks Target!

Leslie was quite friendly but still kept the processes moving quickly. She demonstrated an experts familiarity with my insurance coverages and fitting/measurements. When I first came in she was able to quickly guide me to a new style of frames based on my old frames and a vague description of the new style I was interested in.

Do yourself a favor & don’t go there. I waited in line for about 20 minutes then was “greeted” by “can I see your updated prescription?” And since I thought didn’t have a hard copy handy, I told him that I’ll text my husband to send me one but it might take a couple of minutes. He said “then sorry I can’t let you in cause that’s the new protocol”. I told him to forget about it & left. When I went to my car I found a hard copy of my new prescription, went right back & asked to see the manager & guess what ??? That guy who knew nothing about decency or the minimal acceptable level of customer service said “I am the manager”. Well, good luck then .

I dont know what all the hype is here with all these bad comments but the person I deal with is Leslie. She is patient, understanding and will attempt to resolve any issues you may have.

This was my second pair of glasses I bought from Target optical in Worcester, Ma., and, it will be my last. I checked the on line tracking and was told no order existed Was told it would take 2 weeks to get glasses, 2 weeks go by I call was told there was a problem at the lab and there was a delay and a new pair had to be ordered. A week later glasses came in and even though I paid for scratch resistant lenses, there are multiple scratches in one Lens. Bad experience all around from start to finish.......................... Thanks for the computer generated Sincere, remorseful, reply that everyone has gotten, but you lost my business, oh and I never got my Glasses cleaning kit the store manager said I would get for my trouble, after all he said he would put a note in my file.

Scheduling issues GALORE! I’m just disgusted I’ve taken work off multiple times to hear them say “oops your not in our schedule today”, after scheduling in advance and never recieving a call. Just save yourself the future headache and go elsewhere.

Recently my preteen son and I went to Target optical; we were helped by Leslie - and let me say without any reservation, our experience was excellent. Looking forward to when the frames come in!!

Website says they’re open on Sundays. Showed up at opening time and another person was ahead of me. We all waited for half hour after opening and no one showed up. The person ahead of me called and they said they don’t always come on Sundays even though the sign say they are open on Sundays. Hmmm..how does that work???

I ordered and paid for prescription glasses on January 27th. It’s February 28th and I still don’t have them. Each time I call I get a different answer - they are on a truck & it will be another couple days to the texts indicating there is no delivery date. I CANNOT get a straight answer and am ready to call a local news station to investigate. A lifetime spent working in customer service, I am very disappointed in the response and glib position Target has taken. If Target Optical in Worcester is a true representation, this is no longer the company based in high customer service and philanthropy. Where did you go, Target?

I will not go back unless I have to. The Doctor is very nice but the staff in the office are extremely unfriendly. I have worn corrective lenses for 15 years and have never dealt with anyone more unwilling to help me than the woman that works in this office. I myself work in customer service and am appalled by this womans interactions each time I visit Target Optical on Lincoln Street in Worcester. She should not work in customer service.
