I went to see Leo with a complex prescription. I had been to three others that wouldn’t make me bifocals because of the big difference between my left and right eye. He really showed his knowledge and experience and made me a great pair of glasses

I really do like this place for the most part their costumer service is good, they’re pretty fast, and straight to the point. My only complaint is the older man that works here. Anytime I have to call and he answers he always has to make some kind of remark trying to be funny and it comes off as rude. He’s also done it while I was in the waiting room. I’d really prefer not to deal with him at all. Besides that like I said I really do like this place.

I would never recommend an Optician who is has given and elderly woman the run around to make an appointment for eye glasses. We have been going back and forth with this Optician for the past 2 months for an appointment. Its very ironic how they said they were able to take her health insurance before, but when they asked about her eye history, they said that they dont take her insurance. Funny things is the person who referred us to them has the same exact health insurance which they take. It left me in confusion, puzzled because they have the same exact eye insurance. If you want an Optician Office who has no concept of the billing process nor does not seem to have a grasp on real patient care, than go right ahead. They are absurd!

Twice they got my prescription wrong first time was four years ago then I had to go and pay out of pocket and get it done again because they wouldn’t justify it and it was completely off then I said let me give it a try again because with Covid it’s hard to get in and they were the earliest I can get there and they did it again they got it wrong so I had to pay out-of-pocket because my insurance already covered the first and it was way completely off again they won’t justify it they want to charge my insurance again instead of just re-exam. They won’t admit they were wrong even though it was twice they just try to over talk you don’t listen. I would not recommend going there I’m telling you right now

Great optician in Worcester. Scheduled a month out only to be moved way sooner. Staff are nice and attentive. The eye exam was thorough and the glasses are covered by the insurance, awesome! Ill definitely be back. Cant wait for my glasses. I highly recommend Goral Community Optician.

I went there to get new glasses frames as most places don’t carry frames that are completely covered by MassHealth. I already had a prescription. The people at Goral were extremely welcoming there and explained to me in detail how everything worked. Great selection of frames too, more of the free frames than I usually see at other places. Prices super reasonable if you want options outside of the basics covered by insurance. Also they answer the phone promptly. Grateful to have a practice like this in the community because I called a billion places asking if they accepted MassHealth for frames and this place was one of the few that does.

I went to there cause my frame for my glasses broke. I went to get a new frames while putting on the new frame they scratched up my lenses, he didnt even comment on the fact that the lenses were scratched up, acting like he did the best thing for me. Now i have to walk around with scratched up glasses, mind you those lenses caused over 200 dollars.

I was in and out in about 15 minutes!! The staff was very polite and got me settled in right away. I literally cant wait for my lenses!!

There isnt one negative thing I could say . If you need glasses I definitely recommend this place. I was leaving with a smile on my face from staff to the eye exam itself was great. Everyone there is warm witty and professional and punctual I literally waited two minutes to be seen ! Definitely give Gorals 5 stars they deserve it.

I have always had a thorough exam each time I came into Goral Community Opticians. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The office is clean and time is given to the customer to choose the right type of glasses without feeling rushed.

Theyre very friendly, caring, and helpful. Affordable prices. Ill be going back for contacts exam. Highly Recommended

Terrible..i have been waiting 10 weeks for my glasses.. The optiton was ultra rude pushy and dismissive.. The only Courtney came from the girls answering the phones.

I vow never to go back! Dr. Snowden is RUDE and rushes you through the appointment. Before you can even utter out that you cant see the line on the screen, he switches the slide and moves on. The exam is not thorough. He will give you a prescription and not even explain what its for and if you ask a question, he doesnt even want to answer...psshh!! Hes never getting my money again! I dont understand how people are giving this place high reviews. Poor customer service! Stay away!

Terrible place, owner was rude, doesnt answers questions (if he even decides to) and rolls his eyes at us. Piss poor customer service, youre better off somewhere else. Always trying to push me into buying things I dont need at all.

Staff are very nice, the doctor was very nice as well. This was my first time there and I will be going back there for future appointments.

The doctors are a joy.... The only thing is when you walk in you almost want to just turn around the receptionist are rude and never smile almost as if you owe them money or something...
