Amazing service helpful, polite and knowledgeable. But the store was sickly hot. Sun all day with no ac or air flow made fore an extreme and nauseating heat. Id have given 5 stars if the heat problem was fixed but that heat is a helth hazard I feal bad fore the staff and can not return till the problem is fixed.

Unfortunately there was an issue with a recent purchase and management was unwilling to stand by the product that they sold.They claim that they are not liable for the items they sell, and take no responsibility once an item is purchased.Unless you are willing to risk x$ to come out disappointed and empty handed Id suggest shopping elsewhere.If you want someone to take your money and not care what happens after that then this is the place.

Well, I went in for a new battery for my iClear 16. The guy behind the counter was hugely helpful, but that was quickly negated. After paying $20 ($21.94), I aptly screwed the new battery on, and had it die within 7 hours. I will be returning in about 16 hours with the receipt and battery expecting an exchange. I got this thing to save money and quit cigarettes. Not to get ripped off.

I really wanted to like this place. I work close by, and they seemingly have a nice selection of interesting things and good hours. Ive easily spent several hundred dollars here since they opened, and have recommended it to many friends. At this point I have to withdraw any recommendations.Their customer service is just non-existent. On a kit I bought in the past month, half of the pieces have now broken or totally failed. For one, a simple male-to-male glass stem I paid $15-18 for. It broke literally the first time heat came near the bowl, meaning their was a defect in the glass. I came back two days later, without the piece of glass, because it had been used. The guy there, who I have dealt with several times previously, told me that he would replace the defective piece, but I had to bring it back.I brought it back a later that week and his female counterpart was there. She was upset that I brought in a used piece, asked me to put it away, to which I obliged. She said she was not the manager and could not handle returns, and I would have to come back the next day to deal with the guy. I know from previous observation that she is a manager, and my B.S. meter was running high. As it was now my second time back to exchange this defective item, I insisted that she call the guy at the other store. After speaking with the guy she told me that all sales are final, it says so on the receipt, and that they could offer me a 50% discount- their wholesale price. FYI there is absolutely no way their cost is $8 for these.I refused the offer and left frustrated. I came back at just after noon the next day, for the third time, because she had said the guy would be there, and I though maybe there was a misunderstanding that could be addressed. The store wasnt even open!Anyway I am done with them. The $35 cigar torch they sold me is also junk and completely broken and pretty dangerous (the gas does not shutoff). I was also told all sales are final on that. Another piece of glass is forming a crack. Just avoid this place if you can. They sell crap, they do not stand behind it, and they will treat you like crap. In my opinion they have no place retailing in this city.

They dont stand behind any of their products. If something is defective (which has been the case around 6 times in the last year) you have to go after the manufacturers. Also, longtime employee pulled a fast one and sold me one coil I didnt want with the one I wanted and essentially told me tough luck all sales are final. Never going back. Never recommending this place.

Wide variety of juice along with a good glass selection

I too was very disappointed with this place. Went several times when they were first opening up, but didnt buy anything at the time. Later I went back, bought a g pen and didnt realize until later that the gentleman that sold it to me gave me the display model that probably a hundred people before had played with or tested. They also sold it at quite a higher premium than you can get on the actual website of the company that makes them. After trying the vaporizer and not being too thrilled I gave this store another shot. Bought some throwing knives for around $35. The knives broke after only a few throws. Overall they were cheap knives that should have been sold for no more than $5. This store sells cheap items at quite a high cost. The only reason Id go there is for their decent selection of glass bowls, which seem to be a little pricy but some are locally made so I dont mind spending a little more. Id skip the storefront and go directly online, but not bad people working there just overpriced items for low quality

Love green zone and am a frequent buyer from usually Zach but man there new guy Andy is no Buenos. Trys to hard to tell me what I should get and when I didnt take his advice I hear a nice no one ever listens to my suggestions he literally pushed my item to the side and said no try blah blah blah. . I slide it back and said Im still getting these.No I dont listen to ur suggestions because the last time I did that I bought a nail for my rig and it sucked and havent used it since.Where was Zach?Still love this place though

Fantastic Staff, Huge selection of water pipes and E-Cig/Eliquid. They have great premium juices (Gemini, The Standard, Hold Fast ETC.) as well as the BEST store brand juice around!!! Cannot speak highly enough of this place. I recently was gifted a bottle of CBD oil, and it massively helps with my anxiety, chronic pain, etc. Now that I live in a city, I am trying to procure my necessities offline and shop local - I went here to see what the CBD selection was like & potentially pick a permanent choice in brand//store to get it at. It was a 110% success!! The Panda Styx brand is made in-state, tested regularly for potency, and WAY cheaper than national brands that Id have to get shipped to me. $50 for 500mg bottle or $80 for the 1,000mg. They have a whole case of CBD products, and the man who helped me was incredibly pleasant and patient with my questions. Absolutely my mainstay for CBD products now 😊

This place is overpriced and they dont stand behind their products. I bought a vape their for 275$ that was clearly malfunctioned. You would get one hit after a pack then nothing, tried everything to fix it but didnt work. Took it into the store where the employee tried it (crushed a screen in the process) and claimed it worked even tho I clearly witnessed him only get one hit. They would not refund me because apparently they are just the middleman for the wholesaler. Well duh, thats what any retail store does, buys from wholesalers ( like Best Buy buying from sony) then sells it to consumers. That fact that you will take my money but not deal with the headache when its malfunctioned is the definition of NOT STANDING BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT! ( even tho somehow you still claimed you did). I didnt buy the vape from Pax I bought it from you, honor it.

DONT BUY PAX from Green Zone...I bought PAX and used it, 4 days later, it died on me. So, they were nice enough to get me replacement FROM their FLOOR MODEL. 10 days later, it died on me AGAIN!!! I dont trust this store for giving me bad PAX. All Sales Final. So guess what? I had to wait 3 days from PAX Labs to answer my warranty, I have to send it to California and was told I wouldnt have it back until after 10 days. Great, thank you Green Zone for selling me broken PAX, very DISAPPOINTED customer here.... >:-(

This place carries kratom, good brand reasonable price, no extracts, but those arent good. If youre desperate for some kratom and dont have time to wait for fedex, go here.My only problem is that the place was packed the last time I went. If was full of the highschool/college age kids who spend 45 minutes browsing the headshop and buy nothing. I only go there when I need something. I go in and find that thing and pay for it.
