The lady that works here is extremely rude. Texting on the phone every time I come in early morning completely ignoring me and grunting at me when I ask for something behind the counter. I recommend not going in the morning when she is there. She is extremely unpleasant and rude. I’m giving it 3 stars only because the man that is usually there at night is nice and gets me in and out efficiently. If the lady was the only one there I would give it 0 stars. She is extremely unpleasant and probably deters a lot of people from coming back. I suggest just going to one stop in the mornings.

So I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews but I just went into the shop to get rolling tobacco and tubes . The woman was very rude . She pretty much tossed my supplies across the counter at me and had an obvious attitude . Gave me seriously dirty looks as well. I don’t expect to be treated like that by anyone .

Honestly I have been a customer for quite some time even during the beginning of covid. Always great service as well. Unfortunately everytime the older woman is working she is beyond rude doesnt speak throws the items onto the counter etc. I have gone out of my way to be nice everytime regardless of the attitude thinking maybe shes having a bad day. But I am no longer going into that store if she is working not giving my money to a business with a worker like that

The guy behind the counter was too lazy to get up and show me where something was. His bad attitude when he was directing me was enough to make me go to a competitor where I wasnt met by an attitude. Wont be coming back.

The workers had no problem with unmasked shoppers even though masks are mandated and were in a PANDEMIC!!! Unexceptable. I immediately left the premises and took my business elsewhere.

Guy pretended he didnt have juul pod 2 packs and tried selling me the 4 pack. I asked him if he didnt have any less because I did not need that many pods. He says no thats all he has while Im clearly looking at the 2 pack right behind him. I pointed it out and he seemed annoyed! The audacity!! He was just trying to trick me because I was new to juuls at the time. Whoever the night employee is or owner is terrible. He wont greet you. He wont smile. He wont really acknowledge you unless you ask for his attention (this can be nice sometimes) but, this guy does not talk, just wants you in an out (hes tried pressuring me into buying or leaving while Im still looking around). You will not even get a thank you have a nice day. You will just be lucky that hes willing to do anything for you.

Park Ave Smoke Shop. I stopped in to play my lottery a few months ago. I found Jack & his wife Nicky to be very friendly, warm, and caring couple. They have made that end of Park Ave a delight for the neighborhood - they have a young new business that I think will serve them well for a long time to come !

I had an awesome experience here and would highly recommend this smoke shop. They have an awesome selection, are very reasonably priced, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful! Definitely my go to spot!

I dont understand why this woman is so rude. I say good morning, she glares at me then goes back to watching something on her cell phone. Then she was visibly bothered that I asked for something in the glass case behind her. Skip this place.

Not going back to this smoke shop after spending a lot of money here. Guy always seems to dread his job and ups prices for everything I buy. Don’t waste your time with miserable people who work here, not worth the horrible experience.

I used to think highly of the shop, unfortunately their lack of warranty support for products they sell forces my hand. I purchased a vape box mod kit 10 weeks ago with a 6 month factory warranty. This past week the fire button stopped working. I contacted the factory first, and they told me to go back to the shop from which I bought it. Unfortunately I was refused both cash or credit. Just because No Return Policy Or No Exchange is printed on a receipt does not give a business the freedom to not support the warranty -especially when the manufacturer tells the customer to go back to the place where they bought it.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Sold me a vape that didnt work it leaked and it didnt charge and try to fight me about it then gave me less money then i pay for and tell me never come back. Rude disrespectful

This is my go to place, he knows everything I purchase, the wife and husband are always so nice! They also have the lowest prices around! Great customer service, this place will always receive my business

The only thing I was happy about is that theyre open on Sunday. Didnt have the flavors I was looking for. When I told the guy what I was looking for he only showed a few that might be up my alley. Didnt seem like he was educated in the flavors. Had to buy the big bottle. This will be my last option stop.

Over all he helped me out, made sure I was satisfied and they have a good selection of glass and vape juice

Very disappointed in the service I received there today. The cashier had no clue what she was doing. I told her I wanted to do half in cash and half on my debit card...She took the cash and charged my card 3 different times. She then called what I am guessing was the owner of the store. Reason why she charged my card 3 times is she thought it didnt go through because of no receipt printed. The guy came in and first thing he did was to check the register tape and it ended up that it was out of paper. Safe to say the lady shouldnt be working on the register. We wont ever be going back to that store ever again. Was so disappointed I was tempted to call the BBB about it.

Owners are sweet and respectful. Always has what we need and if not then they order it

Park Ave Smoke Shop is great! They have a good selection, and are very knowledgeable about Vaping. Paritosh is always willing to help you, if youre having an issue with your mod, or tank, anything. I recently was looking for a specific tank by Smok, he didnt have it, but he told me he could order it, and it came in exactly when he said. I drive from Spencer to Worcester to buy my supplies here. Thank you for always going above and beyond to help me out.

I went there to today to purchase a replacement vaporizer. The woman working there charged me $60 for a piece that was missing the tank thats supposed to be in the box! And then refuses to give me a receipt. When I question her about this, she begins yelling at me, No refunds, No exchange. So, now, if there is a problem with the piece, I am unable to contact the manufacturer for a replacement, I will NEVER shop in this store again! The teller, not only ripped me off! She was RUDE and unprofessional!

The man behind the desk showed me what was available had no insight as to what was popular with current customer or what was a high selling vape juice. He was very bland and dry. Im from out of town and its not the feel I typically recieve from vape shops.Down the street was a more warm vape shop I would recommend. They were helpful.

Went an spent a lot of money in store the second day i had my Kangertech it started leaking through the air in take. This store does do returns or exchanges that includes falty Equiptment. After they get their money their all set with customers. Not very knowledgeable on capes or how they work just basic knowledge. Best of luck to you if you shop there, I will not be. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I only went to this place once because they were open late. The prices are higher than places I go in western mass. They dont talk to you if you dont ask for something and then glad to get you out.
