Came in within this past week to gain some information about getting a new phone. I worked with a man named Abdul he was very helpful in answering all the questions i had. When im ready to make the jump to a new phone I will be sure to come back and see Abdul.

Theres not much there and the sales people make big promises but dont deliver. They also cant bother to answer the phone if you call. Pretty bad for a phone store I think

They helped in every way, put the screen protector on my new galaxy 9+ perfectly, which is usually quite a nuscience, but he seemed to know what he was doing...he helped get every possible deal we could, and was generally pleasant...and theres no wait here ever...compared to the Verizon on rt.9, always busy, 30 minute wait for help last time, but they where helpful too, just busy, Verizon customer service is excellent...u pay for it...but u have no issues....listening to def leppard...luv bites!!! Lol

I went in to port my number over, and specifically asked for a prepaid plan, explained which one I wanted, and they set me up with a sim, and told me it was active but Id need to call customer service to pick my plan. I call customer service, and found out that the plan I wanted wasnt available, because it was month to month postpaid, which still has the monthly $20 line fee. I hope whatever commission they got on the new line activation is worth the business lost of from this negative review and dissatisfied customer.

Was in today to get some things sorted out with my phone was helped by two young men named Freddy and Jose they were very patient with helping me figure my google pasawords and updating my phone. They are both very helpful wiyh question i had.

Was in the other day just to buy a charger, worked with a young man didnt catch his name but everyone in store was very kind. Will definitely come back when im ready for a new phone!!!!
