I wouldnt even give 1 star but I have to give something! She says she has 30 years of experience but she cant do straight braids an has a excuse about everything. Said to me you know its hard to please everyone with there hair. Always paid her double gHoping to get a good job never though so much money a time wasted she has no clue what she is doing. An acts like its your fault

Ive been going to Rosie since high school. I love her dearly! Shes nice. And if you been a longtime customer, she gives discounts/throws in surprises for you! She does the best with box braids Id say. However, yes her store is a lot smaller than those at Main and Front Street. So if you have something in mind, variety wise, check out them first as they will have a bigger selection. Rosie does have some good stuff though! I love the Durban Twists she sells and crochet locs! Id say you should go! (P.S. Im a white passing mixed girl, so Ive come across some rude people, but Ive never had that with Rosie). In fact Im planning on box braids today with her!

Fraud! This woman has zero hair experience and shes one of the most dishonest hair stylist and beauty supply owner in Worcester. I can never forget the time I came in for a weave with closure which she claimed to know how to do. When it got to the part of putting the closure, she started giving excuses. Instead of telling me she didnt know how to use closure. She started putting glue in my hair to glue the front without the closure. When I left, theGlue didnt last, and my hair started falling off. When I came back, I tried to talk to her calmly about how the weave she did is falling off but she tried to make me look stupid by asking why I didnt come in earlier. I have a job, I have responsibilities. I told her I didnt pay a ridiculous amount to expect that my weave will be fall off within the next 2 days.Did I also mention that while at her shop she tried to deceive some naive middle aged white women that came to buy a wig. She tried selling them an overpriced dusty wig instead of telling them she doesnt have what they are looking for!Her beauty supply products are scant and of cheap quality. If you really want a real beauty supply products try going to the ones in Main Street Worcester. This woman preys on new clueless customers and the few customers she has all have no edges. goodluck
