Straight out thieves!!! But you already know. Live and learn. Im used to this kind of shenanigans with this type of Establishment. They sold me a wig in a bag that was the size of an newborn infants head in the packaging. No refunds I expected no exchange is abhorrent for 35 dollars. Never again. Buyer Beware!!!!!

This location is closer to me than Boston as I live in the middle of both! bigger with a decent selection the problem is the staff has a very poor attitude girl is very rude and she must get a lot of complaints about her she needs to watch how she talks to people before she want to runs into the wrong customer

Do Selection of things from product to hair in the store. Should probably hire someone who actually knows what they’re talking about and who can actually help people in the store

Open on Sunday which is great. Over priced and no customers service. Sunday opening is the big selling point. The also have almost everything you could need for hair. Fyi...open at 1pm Sunday. Dont go early!

My mom wanted to try a wig on and the wig cost about 60$. You had to pay 50 cents for the wig cap. There was a five dollor minimum On the debt card and they said they wouldnt give her the cap because she didnt have the $0.50 so they missed out on about $60. She wasnt going to buy the way you without trying it on first.

Experience has been positive so far.An extensive variety of items .Staff is always friendly and helpful.They seem appreciative of customers and are quite nice.They always smile and provide you with nice service.

The fact that no return service just incase the wig or hair don’t look good on the person make the store look bad.because at the end of day you make us pay for the black cap to try the wig before we actual buy it🤨 Plus your hair is expensive for no reason,no good customer services either.do better because u losing a lot customers everyday !!!! Pathetic
