Took my car in because it was making some noise coming from the front of the car. I mentioned to Ashley who does an excellent job at the counter handling the communicating part of the job, that I had taken my car 3 weeks prior to a different auto shop with the same issue and they replaced the drivers side strut and sway bar. They checked out my car and informed me that a nut on the sway bar was loose, they tightened it and took the car for a test drive and the noise was gone! They also checked out the rest of my car and informed me that my rear brakes and a few other maintenance items I had neglected during the past year and a half needed attention. I approved that work as well and now my car is running a lot better.

I have been a customer with Premier Auto for just over a year. I have had my vehicle looked at and repaired 3 times and each experience was wonderful. First of all, Ashley is exceptionally friendly and great at her job running the office and taking care of customers. She is easy to talk with and great at explaining necessary repairs. She has gone out of her way to help make each visit for me snd my family as smooth as possible. The mechanics are great as well. My car is always taken care of and returned feeling like new. I get a great feeling of care and trust from my experiences with Premier Auto and know when my car is there it is in good hands.

Brought in my elderly mothers car that hadnt had an oil change or any service in over a year. Premier did a full diagnostic and found some minor things. I was impressed that they did not try to upsell me on things that really werent needed at this time. No great bargain pricing here but Im happy to pay a fair price for an honest (not inflated) assessment of true repair needs.

What can I say other than Exceptional Service! My Jeep Patriot was disabled due to an electrical issue. I had it towed to a local repair shop but no one could figure out the problem. I then had it towed to Premier Auto Repair where they performed a diagnostic checkup, found and fixed the problem...and even got it back to me sooner than expected.This is my second absolutely awesome experience with Ashley and the Premier crew. 5 Stars

They were able to finance my repair and they saved me from having to replace my engine! The repair took longer than expected but they gave me a loaner car so I wouldnt be sidelined. They are exceptionally friendly and really seem to care about getting you back on the road.

The shop went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. Ashley is the sweetest woman and so helpful. My transmission needed to be fixed, but it was covered due to a recall. I had a semi-emergency event (my driver side window regulator broke with window wide open) on a sweltering day (6/29/21). I had never been to Premier Auto Repair, but I stopped in unannounced to see if they could help. The professional service was way more than I could have expected. They fixed the problem, performed additional work (oil change) and developed a relationship with a new, satisfied customer (me) within a few hours. My car was back on the road and doing fine by the end of the day. Thanks Premier.

I took my 10 year old Explorer here for a diagnostic test because of some noise and it just feeling different. The report came back with several things wrong and needing to be repaired. Premiere took wonderful care of me and my vehicle. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed in an amazingly affordable and quick amount of time, and also provided me with a courtesy car to use while mine was being worked on. They are so professional and trustworthy, quick and efficient. I feel my car drives better now than when I first got it! The car was literally dropped on their doorstep first thing in the morning and ready and fully repaired the next day. Super quick, professional and everything that was done was fully explained. What was replaced was a part that was previously installed and covered by warranted but there was no questions about it or other add ons, which I have never experienced before. My entire family goes here and recommended it.

My alternator belt gave out the other day at my workplace and I needed a quick repair. I called several local repair shops and none was available to do it sooner and those available with appointment days later, had repair quotes very high. I called Premier auto repair and they said I can have the car towed to their place right away and will check it out later in the day. Premier is AAA approved auto repair shop and I had triple-A tow it there. To cut story short, they repaired my car and replaced the battery which I knew was overdue and also did courtesy diagnostics which showed other areas I will keep an eye on. The receptionist was great and made me feel like I was the only customer that day even though there were other customers waiting. The cost was cheaper compared to the quotes from the other shops I had called. They even called me two days later to check if I was satisfied with their service and if the car was running OK. This Premier Auto repair shop will now be my go to Auto repair shop for my future car repairs. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my A.C and a strange odor after determining the problem they fixed it. I had some smudge marks on the inside from the work being done I asked if they could clean them not only did they do that they Detailed the inside of my car and washed the outside. I tend to be very picky with bringing my personal vehicle to repair shops. After doing some research, I came across premier auto. This place is by far the best repair shop I’ve been to. Not only did Premier Auto Repair look directly into all the items I asked (as major or minor as they could be), they were meticulous in their notes, and also looked into other items that may have been of concern.The replacement items were delivered and installed within a couple days. And trust me there were a lot of things to my car done. Feels completely different now.This spot was a good 20 minutes from where I live but Im not going to any other place again.Overall ... Two weeks ago I rated premier auto repair a one star due to a huge miss communication that had to do with endurance auto warranty. Despite the headaches and run arounds endurance gave both me and the workers at premier auto repair the issue was more than solved, not by endurance but by the shop it self! To know that they took the steps endurance should’ve token to fix my car is beyond amazing! I received a coupon in the mail and decided to try Premier out for an oil change. The service was great. From greeting to checkout, they got my car in at the appointment time and done within 45 minutes. I had an issue with my tire reset buttons and they were able to fix that too. Win Win!

This company is wonderful beyond compare. My wheelchair bound son and I were traveling from Phila to UMASS medical center in Worcester when we encountered an unexpected MAJOR mechanical failure on his accessible van. The team at Premier Auto Repair had us up and running again in no time. Being stranded alone in a strange city is one thing, but with a wheelchair bound child you are totally screwed. I expected to get the you aint from here discount but I received kindness, great service and a fair price. You need to open a Phila location so I can be a regular customer. Ashley helped me tremendously and I owe her and Premier Auto a great debt. I will continue to pay it forward on your behalf. We will be returning in January 22 and plan to stop by and personally thank you. Five stars are not enough for the service they provide.

I brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. Im not from Worcester, so Ashley was able to squeeze me in with short notice. The inspection seemed thorough, and the mechanics called attention to 3-4 issues that werent deal breakers but would probably cost me $500 to fix not long down the road (rear brake pads being one of them). I brought the findings back to the dealer and they did the work before purchase - well worth the price of the inspection! Ill definitely be back!

Listen, being a a travel nurse, I have had many cars in my 16 years of driving from new to old and this repair shop HANDS DOWN, has been the first place in a longtime, besides my step fathers shop in Boston, that I have felt comfortable leaving my vehicle without a question. Ashley at the front Desk was superb, she made you feel as if you were a friend (just speaking with her for a few min) and she was trying and she did... get you the best estimate possible to save you money but as well make sure you are safe. Premier auto did everything from my oil change to fixing my control arms which my control arms 750$ + was covered by my CAR MAX secondary warranty. Now my ride drives like the day I picked her up off the lot! I don’t trust many people with my vehicle because I have some awful experiences in the past... BUT PREMIER AUTO... you are the Bizness! You have gain a new customer for repairs on my Chevy equinox. You stand by your word and I appreciate that!

The best auto shop I have ever stepped foot in.I used to be a mechanic, just recently changed careers actually. For me, having worked in dealerships and seeing how other mechanics treat customer cars, I never let anyone else touch my truck. However, when a ball joint started squeaking, I figured it was time to find a shop as I wanted my MaxCare warranty to cover the repair. I went through every shop in the area until I found Premier. I dont think I could cover every positive aspect of this place in one review, but Ill say this: I will never touch my own vehicles again! I wholeheartedly trust them and will continue bringing my vehicles here for service and repairs. Its a huge relief knowing that I can trust the mechanics working on my truck, and the service advisor, Ashley, is absolutely incredible at her job. 5 stars from me!
