Bad experience, I took my car to solve the problem of the ignition light on and the oil change. my car stayed with them for two days and the ignition light problem was not solved the light was reset by the computer and it caused me a bad feeling with annual inspection shop. they changed the air filter and the lid of my fuel tank without my permission and without informing me the budget before service. By phone I was informed that I should pay an x ​​value for a sensor change and when I arrived at the place to get the car I was informed again that only one sensor was changed and when I requested the old sensor that was changed the owner of the The workshop said it would pick up but a few minutes later she told me that the mechanic just cleaned and used the same sensor. They reset my computer twice to try to pass the inspection, once I walked 100 miles before going to the inspection and the light went on, they reset again and I was discredited by the inspection operator for trying to fool the inspection. I requested my money back upon having my old parts back which I did not authorize to exchange. after this change my car is having problems in the pipe that fills the fuel tank, when I am going to fill the gas keeps returning in the mouth where the fueling is made, there seems to be something inside the pipe that takes gasoline in the tank that is preventing the gasoline for ironing. When they changed the lid of my tank, they will break the loop holding the lid so that it does not fall and now it is loose, probably some piece has fallen into the supply hole.

Alpha Auto Center gave us incredible service! We have never had such great service from mechanics. In 2008 the first time we walk to this auto shop,Alpha Auto replaced the Transmition of my wife’s car 2013 Porsche Cayenne for fair price, best quote around in Worcester area. The Alpha team is very nice, Al the owner are a very nice guy, Dianne is great, Jose is great mechanic and funny guy. They are professional, courteous, and competent. They gave us clear price quotes for the work we needed done and that was our total- no surprises. I cant recommend them highly enough. If you want excellent work and service take your vehicle here.

Had an issue crop up with our transmission on the way back to New York. Even though we limped in to the garage at what was technically closing time, the staff at Alpha was able to get us patched up enough to make it home. Cannot recommend enough!

So, the lower ball joints on my car were going bad and actually one of the wheels fell off. I Took it to alpha auto and they fixed it in one day for a very reasonable price. Even though the place looks alittle small, they do high quality and timely work. They also do exhaust work! This place is now my trusted mechanic in Worcester and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their car fixed.

Made in Japan/USA/Europe will be my go to mechanic for all my future Jeep needs (knock on wood).My 2015 Jeep Wrangler had a ticking sound coming from the engine. I had passed the powertrain warranty by 15,000 miles so going to a dealership was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I found Yelp and on several Jeep forums so I decided to make an appointment online for a diagnostic (yay for the convenience!)excellent work thanks Dayane!!!!!!

These guys are the best and the owner is super accommodating! There hasnt been a time I brought one of my vehicles in or family members and had an issue. They are super fast and reasonably priced. Speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
