WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didnt end up going back to their office. Id never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.

Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That’s not cheap.It looks like they didn’t use a new part or they didn’t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldnt give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I gotta give it to them!!! Very understanding when their might be an issue!! You tell them and it gets taking care of no problem. Mechanics are very good and quick. Orlando is the man, customer service skills impeccable, I couldnt ask for anything more when it comes to quality used cars & the service. I would definitely recommend Olsis.

Not once but twice they helped me with bad codes. They are the best! Both of my cars are older 14 & 20 years old. A beetle and Lexus hybrid, they handle foreign and domestic... Def recommend!

This place is a fraud. I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.

This guy is a magic man. He has worked on a couple of my cars and on extremely short notice. He always has the time and ALWAYS repairs your vehicle within your budget and the correct way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My husband and I bought a Suburban from Olsi. The service was great and we did a little price shopping and he proved to be one of the least expensive options. Things that were great:1. Warranty2. Comes with a roadside service agreement3. Really nice office staffThings that couldve been better:1. The car had a battery issue within 4 weeks of the purchase ( as it got colder) and he made us purchase the battery.

I worked at Olsis for about a year and for the duration of my employment I cant count the number of happy satisfied customers that came and left and continued to come to us to service there vehicles. But obviously there were a few ppl who were dissatisfied or who always wanted something more, and Olsi would always be there to step up and fix the problem or whatever it was the customer wanted. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM OLSIS AUTO ON PARK AVE IN WORCESTER!!! They sold my pregnant girlfriend and i a car that wasnt worth its weight in a scrap yard. Told us it was perfectly safe and had zero problems i took it to a mechanic it would cost more than three times what i payed for it just to make it a little bit safer. I got a rejection sticker and brought it to them all they did was have a buddy put a fony sticker on it and didnt fox a thing then after putting a grand into the thing i had to scream and fight for hours just to get the money i payed for the car back. They are nogetthing but scumbag crooks!!!!! Im now buying a car at a LEGITIMATE dealer thank god. Not to mention when i was waiting for them to write the check i was physically threatened by their manager. Most unprofessional people ive ever come across. What a joke

My name is Olsi the owner of Olsi auto sales and I would like to reply on a customer that had left a bad review . This customer came to our dealership and told me he was looking for a cheap car and that he doesnt have much money. He tells me that he only has $400 to put down and could come up with another $500 in about a week or so. We have fairly new cars here but sometimes I get trade ins that are a little older and cheaper. The only car that I had in my lot and around his price range was a 1995 Toyota Corolla & it was for $900. Then he asked me if it was ok to bring it to his own mechanic which we actually prefer that a customer takes it to their own mechanic to feel comfortable about buying the car . After taking the car to his mechanic, he calls me and says my mechanic said everything checks out but 1 tire . He came back to my dealership and I changed a tire for him and he got his inspection . When he first purchased the vehicle it had 155,235 miles on it after a month later he comes back to the dealership and informed us that his muffler was broken & the odometer reads 158,000.His 1 month warranty had exprired . By law 30 days or 1.250 miles whichever comes first . With that said, I still decided to help him out and fixed his muffler for FREE knowing his situation that he was tight with money . Then, a month later he comes back to my dealership and the odometer now reads 161,273 miles . He comes in very disrespectful and very rude to me and my manager and the rest of the staff . Tells us that his car has problems, we told him that we would look at it and find out what is going on . He yells and say NO!!! F you all.... I want my money back . We tried to talk to him in a respectful manner but he wasnt having it . He brings in his mother and she says to us that we should refund his money back because now we have extra money to purchase another car . I understand his frustration and I tried to be reasonsble but all he was telling me is give me, give me, give me for example give me a car for $900 and give me a option to pay $400 now and hold the car for me for a week and give me time to pay the remaining $500 and give me a car so I can use it for 2 months and roughly put 5000 miles and give me every penny back, that just doesnt make any sense . After all the rudeness and him being disrespectful, I still decided to refund his money back and he goes on my page and writes a bad review ! Thanks a lot .
