Paul is very helpful! Tire Warehouse’s prices are fair and competitive. They get you in and out. You don’t get the “where is my car” feeling like with the bigger shops because you can see them right out front working on it. The tire warranty is a no brainer if you get new tires. It’s always a great experience going to Tire Warehouse. I highly recommend getting the warranty since I bought brand new tires from here for my AWD. And a few years later, I had to get another 4 tires since the manufacturer stopped producing the tire I needed and because of the warranty, I pretty much paid a third instead of full price. Most pleasant experience Ive had for tire services in a while. It was another tire shop that informed me that warehouse had what I needed. Salt of the earth vibe but made what I needed possible and at a fair price. They have a warranty offer with their tires too yall should definitely check out. Will go back again.

When I arrived the process was explained well and they keep my in the loop of the process. I had an awful experience with AAA after getting a flat tire, on my way back home from a long roadtrip, on Labor Day... but the one silver lining was towing me to Tire Warehouse. They squeezed me in last minute right before closing and quickly swapped my flat with my rimless spare, which AAA was unwilling to do. They were so inexpensive, accommodating and kind... They even let me wait with my cat (who had accompanied me on my trip) in the store. So, so nice. I wish I lived closer by or they would be my new tire company for life. Thank you SO much! You saved the day.

On 5/26/2021, I requested an appointment at 1230pm online. The appointment was for 3pm. The service that I received was really great. Ive been visiting this location for over 6 years, and Ive never had a bad experience. This week I was in need of a new tire--and just as always, I left Tire Warehouse very satisfied. I got the tire for a great price, I was in and out fairly quickly, and Paul the store manager was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable.

This tire shop was extremely helpful and considerate. I was from out of state and trying to get home that evening when I developed an issue with my rear tire. I tried 3 tire shops and nobody could help me get this tire repaired until I called Tire Warehouse. It was 6:05 and they closed at 6:30. Joe answered the phone very professionally and said if I could make it there before 6:30, they should be able to help. I got there at 6:22 and they had me out the door with two new tires mounted and ready to go at 6:45. That is service! Highly recommend and would use them again. THANKS!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment online at 830 this morning for my wife’s car to brought in for 4 tires at 1030am. I get there 15 minutes early and check in with the front desk and he tells me that there is no appointment for me. I showed him both my confirmations from their own website and the one I received in my email and am told that he can’t use those and it is not in their computer then tells me there is a 4 hour wait. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be gladly taking our cars elsewhere.

Tire warehouse practices unethical behavior. I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment. when I arrived they told me they didnt have what I ordered but had more expensive tires.I had a flat and had it towed there. They did the classic bait and switch.When i escalated to corporate- they offered nothing to keep me as a customer.They are an unethical company all the way to the corporate office.

4th of July, I find a rather large screw in my tire. Tire is as flat as they can get.. EVERY time place in the area is closed for the long weekend. EXCEPT Tire Warehouse.Called, they some come on down. and they were able to correctly and completely fix the tire as it should have been.Awesome service and there when I needed them.

I replaced 4 tires for my rav4 in 2018 (3 years ago) and recently got a screw into my tire, and another tire was not holding air, possibly with another hole too. Had a problem with the tires I got, so the car was vibrating on the highway. They replaced the tires to their credit, but the next ones did the same thing. Had to take it to another shop to get balanced.In other words, go somewhere else. Tire balancing machines need to be calibrated often and it’s clear they don’t do it.

My car was shaking badly driving on the highway. I came here yesterday and met with Jose. He was very good at explaining the issue and quickly got to work( tires wereoffbalance). In and out in 20 minutes. I come here often. Sometimes it takes longer, it depends on the work load and amount of the vehicles that the shop is servicing. I highly recommend this shop and Jose is an asset to this establishment.

I got tires on my car a couple months ago. When I went in the person behind the counter seemed irritable. After spending nearly $800 on tires and waiting over two and a half hours I was on my way home. I was going high way speeds and my vehicle was shaking. Didnt do this prior to the new tires. I called and went back so they could rebalance. They just rotated the tires and I left. Hit the high way and problem was still there. When I called I was told to get an alignment. after that the problem still maintained. I was then told the tires needed time to wear in. I recently did my breaks and and told the mechanic the back story behind the shaking the mechanic suggested to get a rebalance on tires from the tire experts they recomend. Two days ago I brought my vehicle to the tire shop they recommended to rebalance and now my vehicle drives like new. It took repeated service appointments and money to do what could have been avoided the first time. It was bitter sweet having a smooth riding car after so much trials and tribulation.

I used these guys before and everything was fine. Recently purchased new wheels and wanted the tires swapped. Brought the car in and the gentlemen that was working on my car seemed annoyed that I came in and he had to do some work. Also he was paying more attention to ride his small dirt bike around the shop while ignoring customer cars as well as mine. They did the work however they messed up my wheel balance so the car shakes and is almost un-driveable on highway speeds. Definitely lost a customer won’t be coming back.

***ZERO STARS...***WARNING: This place replaced a tire of mine about a year ago and today I am getting the same tire replaced again and find out that whoever put in the past tire broke off the pressure monitor and failed to tell me and decided to TAPE IT BACK ON with about a rolls worth of what locks like clear packing tape.... I am absolutely floored that someone would do this and so were the mechanics at the place I can to today... completely insane. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!****

Normally we have had great service. This time I brought my car in for tires and they lost my wheel lock lug, then argued with me that they didn’t. Since it is the lock that I put the spare on with, and now it doesn’t look even close to the one I brought in. Fantastic for me, now I need to deal with dealership to get my tires fixed.

These guys always come through. Ive had a lot of low-profile tires mounted here over the last 9 years, and Im especially picky about balancing.
