I went to Franchi Brothers for some bodywork on a Subaru based on a recommendation from the Subaru dealership. They did a wonderful job, and squeezed me in a bit early because my car wasn’t drivable with the body damage. Great service, professional, kind, and I’d recommend them again in a heartbeat.

I had never used this body shop, but they came recommended as a certified Subaru collision repair expert facility and I am very glad I called them. From the time I first spoke to them, to the time I picked up my vehicle, they were nothing but professional, respectful, courteous, and did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I even had to bring it back and they were right on top of the repair. I am extremely pleased with the business I did with them and would go there again. Thank you for a job exceptionally done!

Franchi Bros. Auto Body did a great job on my car. Rose always kept me updated, and the staff/technicians were very courteous and professional. They work well with insurance companies and enterprise, so if you need a rental, enterprise is waiting for you when you drop your car off. Franchi Bros. does all the leg work. I also asked them to replace something that was not related to the car accident, and they gave me a great deal on that extra work. The price came in at about $150.00 less than I anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

Great repair work on our 2021 Subaru. Communicated with the insurance company so we didnt have to. Completed repairs on time. Friendly, professional staff. Would not hesitate to use them again. As a surprise bonus they vacuumed the floors and mats and cleaned the dashboard!

Highly professional and personalized service with timely completion. One very small item needed further completion and this was handled quickly and completely. They were out to take care of that service before I entered the office and were done in less than 15 minutes. An excellent experience with Franchi Bros. Nick met with me to help sort out what the options were for the repair, along with the costs, since this wasnt an insurance claim. We settled on the scope and the costs, which I thought were very reasonable. They replaced a bumper cover and all the broken piece parts behind it, and fixed a door as well. Communications were excellent. When needed parts were delayed for a couple days by their supplier, I received a call in advance to let me know, and when I did bring the car over, they were able to get right to work on it. I was without my car for only a couple days (I was expecting 3 or 4). Hats off to Franchi Bros (and sons!) - great service! Hope I dont need them too much, but will know where to go if I do.

My car was rear ended . The insurance company recommended this shop. At first I was reluctant because I drive a Mercedes Benz and want to keep the parts original but after seeing their work I must say that the car looks as good as new. They whole staff did a great job. Courteous, amicable, all the good stuff. I felt like they are not there to sell me anything. They are there to help me solve my problem. Overall I am happy with the service. My car was rear ended and they did an exceptional job repairing the damage. The work that was done looks beautiful and professional. I was a little disappointed because I was told my car would be ready on Wednesday and I was not updated that the repairs would take longer than what I was told. Also, my seatbelt was not feeding normally- a new issue- when I picked up the car. I did not have time to have it addressed at the time. After I left a message for them about the issue, they corrected it very quickly.

My son recommended Franchi to me after a great experience he had with a somewhat significant repair. I had a fairly minor issue, a bad ding that the paint looked damaged on. I thought it would definitely need paint. They gave me a quote and a date to drop off my vehicle. They were quick and professional and most importantly the truck looks PERFECT, and they did it without painting it. If I’m unlucky enough again to get any dings, dents, scratches etc I know where I’m going for repairs.

I have no words to describe the pleasant and beautiful experience I had with Franchi Brothers Autobody, they did such an amazing job on my toyota rav4 that was vandalized.It needed all sorts of repairs from a smashed windshield, dented hood, to scratched car doors. I am glad I brought my car to them, they fixed everything and I did not have to deal with insurance, everything was processed by them. By the time I was getting back my car,it was as good as a new car, they even did car detailing. Ooh! not forgetting my wonderful experience with the staff, especially Rose, she is very pleasant, with a friendly demeanor both on phone and in person, and she has great business acumen. Upon arrival the front Desk lady greeted me with a smile and said hello and a good morning. She was very professional and had every paperwork that I needed in a timely manner, office very clean. I was recommended Franchi by a dear friend that had to pay out of pocket for rear end damage. Franchi gets the job done in a timely manor, and the staff are pleasant. They even went above and beyond by buffing out some scratches/scuffs from previous damage, and detailed the inside of my car! Even my damage adjuster told me I made a really good choice, he hears nothing but good things about them and would choose them over the insurance recommended body shop. They stand by their work.On another note, they also partner with enterprise, so it’s easy enough to swap out the rental for your finished car right at the body shop.

I have used Franchis garage on several occasions. All of the staff is friendly and very professional. They always had a rental for me when I needed one and usually after dropping off my car they had me on my way in minutes. They really took the stress out of dealing with accidents. Ive also taken my vehicle in for simple repairs such as to fix my window when it would not go up. They did their research to help me get the best possible deal and their quotes were very accurate. From start to finish we had an excellent experience here. First off, Mike explained the repairs needed and gave me a detailed printout regarding parts and labor. Rose then took over and scheduled my appointment, saying that my car would be in the shop for three days. As it turned out my car was finished in two days, to a very high standard. The new front fender was painted right in the shop, matching the rest of the car perfectly. If you want friendly service and a high quality repair job at a reasonable price, I cant think of a better auto body shop than this one. And Ive been in quite a few over the years.

One of the Franchi brothers came out to discuss the work that needed to be done to my car. They made it a point to ensure I was getting the best parts and services for my money.
