I had a wonderful experience at Meineke! Kayla at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. My AC wasnt working and blowing hot air only. I had to drive to New York and wanted to get it fixed before my 3 plus hour drive 🚗!! It was done in an hour! The price was reasonable and it works like brand new. I went to Meineke on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30 with an emergency exhaust problem.My whole exhaust pipe had broken off and was dragging on the ground.They took me in immediately and even though they closed at 3pm they still took the job knowing quite well they would probably have to stay late to finish the job.I was so happy to find a place that would go the extra mile to help me out on a Saturday afternoon.My car is running smoothly and quiet again thanx to Mike! Appreciate you all staying late for me!!!

I have to say Meineke is fantastic. Dave is very honest and trustworthy. The staff is very polite and courteous. They have always been quick, efficient and do great job. I would highly recommend them. I will continue to use them every time i need work done on my vehicle.

Meineke on west boylston street in Worcester ma worked some sort of magic on my 08 Ford Focus. Called in and made an appointment for 12pm on 4/7/21. Brought it in for some general maintenance, and mentioned some rumbling that was occurring. They took a look, worked on it for 3 hours and I have to say the vehicle runs better than it has in the passed 5-7 years. The guy who helped me, I felt like he wanted to help make the car better and was proud of the work he did. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received 10 out of 10

Went in for a slow leak on tire..saw attendant laying on floor spraying soap on tire..10 minutes...i mentioned might be the bead..took tire off car and broke it down..put back tire backwards (directional tire)..40. dollars..cost me another 40 to fix...wow..this gut should be pumping gas..not repairing cars

I’ve been using this Meineke location For a while. I’ve been satisfied with the service. I was disappointed the last two times my coupons that I received in the mail were not honored.

Service is fine, customer waiting area could be cleaner but thats really my only minor complaint. The manager was nice enough to squeeze me in last-minute for an inspection and got it done on my lunch break, which I appreciated.

I called them for a break quote over the phone and they said bring the car in the shop to look at it to see what it needs to be done quotes are free. and so when I pulled up with my car my dad went in to ask them how much would it be for the brakes and Rotaries the guy didn’t even want to look at the car didn’t make eye contact with my father and simply said $400 for the front brakes this was rude to do you wasted my time and if you treat customers like this you don’t even want to look at them you don’t acknowledge them and you don’t even want to check the car after you told me over the phone to come in and show you my vehicle this is poor service especially in times were businesses are failing because of Covid to treat people poorly. Many other car shops with better service If you want to be treated like your business doesn’t matter and be treated rudely this is the place for you

I called them about by AC which I had been trying to fix for months and they took me right away, had me out extremely quickly,and with my AC working better than ever.they were extremely professional and kind and took it into consideration that I had my one and a 1/2 year old toddler with me, prioritizing my repair. Not only were they upfront about the cost which in my opinion was cheaper than most but they also tried to save me money by looking for cheaper reasons as to why it wasnt working.I recommend them to anybody!

They told me $800 for Radiator and when I went to pickup they charge me $900 but then also I pay $900. They didn’t give me any receipt after 2 days later I realized that I deposited $100 and then I call that customers service Indian guy he didn’t accept that deposited money. Just for radiator I pay $1000! I never gonna go this place anymore. Please be careful everybody.

These guys are great! They are my go-to mechanics and are so honest and work with the customer. I had a persistent slow leak in my tire for months, thinking I may need to get 2-4 new tires. They were able to plug the leak after noticing my tires had plenty of mileage left. I was grateful for the small charge, especially around the holidays! Lastly, when I picked up my car, it was early in the morning in December and covered in frost. For whatever reason, my scrapper was in my husbands car and they even came out to help me scrap off my car so I could drive it home. Truest nice guys!

Yes, Id love to and I was going to on my own. Sadly I wasnt paying attention, and I hit the curb by a local business next to Meineke. I thought nothing of it until I looked at the tire, and realized I basically cut a piece of the tire. Weve been to Meineke for many things, and its right next door. Like always, David Ruskin was just so helpful. Id have to say he basically dropped what he was doing, he was working under a car, made a few phone calls, talked to the staff, and in an 1-1/2 he called me and said my car was ready. We have a Mini, and The quality and price was quite reasonable for 2 tires. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL, we needed the car that day, and I was so worried about the rim. David has been VERY helpful to us in the past in so many ways. THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!!

I stopped for an inspection, opened the door to the office area (approx 12x18) and there were 3 people sitting in the chairs within 4 ft of the entrance, 1 person at the counter and 2 employees on the other side of the counter. I asked the counter person to let me know when it was my turn, I was going to wait outside since I wasnt comfortable inside...she looked at me like I had three heads. Apparently, Covid is of no concern at Meineke on W Boyston St. I went on my way...

I rolled in earlier yesterday with the muffler leak and I need an inspection. Of course with the leak I’ve never passed inspection. Dan took care of me said he could fix it with no problem and an hour and a half later I was in and out of there and very satisfied. They were a very professional crew, the place was busy and everybody was in and out in no time flat.

I was nervous bring my car to a “chain” but I received excellent service and felt very comfortable with the work they said needed to be done. The price was excellent as well. I’ll definitively go back.

I went in today expecting it to be somewhat expensive. I put it off for about 30 days- around that time my ABS light, skid light, and a little wrench symbol all were lit, on my dash. I could feel my ABS grabbing intermittently. Yesterday a long road trip, I noticed, the noise and feeling got a lot worse. I was pleased (and taken back a bit) to learn it was the lug nuts, (very) loose. I wont mention where I took it the last time I bought tires but they never really tightened correctly (they were remove by hand and easily removed, by hand) Anyhow the time to assess, two test drives (one before and one after) putting on the lift etc....i was not even charged a fee!!!... I thought that was pretty good. They were kind, professional and considerate...and to top it off, to hear you are all set without pulling out your wallet, even better!!Thanks guys!!I will be back!

First off I only brought my vehicle here because I was two days late on my inspection and the place up the road was a hour and a half wait. I drove in this place with one car ahead of me so it was hard not to pass up.As I sat and waited, I watched as some poor older gentleman that barely spoke English fail for his Emergency brake on his inspection.They told him it would cost $100 just to look at the emergency brake.I was absolutely disgusted. This man didn’t know what was going on. He had what I think was his son as a translator that didn’t understand what the employee was fully saying either.This crew will rip you off. They aren’t even real mechanics.You can find a better service crew almost anywhere else. In this poor guys situation, he could have watched a video online and done it himself for an eighth of the cost. Don’t go here. Rip off!!

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on, I already knew what the codes were & they advertised online and in their store that they do free check engine diagnostics. All they did was read the codes and they charged me over $100 just for that. Waste of money.

This Meineke staff has always provided quality service. On the latest visit, Dave quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Kayla kept us updated throughout the process and we had the car back on the same day.

Negative 10. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called on Friday 10/19 for an oil change on Saturday..at this location. I got there at 9:30 as expected. They tell me Im not on the schedule and Id have to either leave the car or come back on Monday. No... that is why I made an appointment. Will never go back. Stay away.~~~RProvost

My car had suddenly developed an incredibly loud muffler and needed to be fixed immediately. My regular shop couldnt fit me in so I called around and Meineke was able to do a same day appointment. They repaired my car in an hour, for a reasonable price, and the mechanic wasnt condescending when he explained the issue to me.

They did a great job on my car exhaust! Mike was great and showed me what was wrong with my exhaust and options to fix it. They were quick and friendly!

Initially, when I first came to this particular Meineke located on 532 West Boylston StreetWorcester, MA 01606, everything was fine. I had gone 2x and had no complaints.However, this 3rd visit on July 28, 2019 turned out to be a bad experience. The morning of my scheduled appointment with them, a friend of the owner dropped by and her car was taken in before mine even though I had an appointment, got there before her and overheard her say she had no appointment. That was rude, but I excused it and didn’t want to make a fuss about it. I got my car and everything SEEMED to be fine, up until the last week of August.Through out the month of August, I started noticing, oil spots in my driveway, at the parking garage at work and at the grocery store parking lot. At first I thought it was my sisters cars that were leaking in the driveway. Or someone else’s car at work and grocery store but I finally concluded it was my car. I couldn’t understand why my car was leaking oil. My car is a 2017 Subaru Legacy and I have not hit anything, so why was it leaking. Finally, the leaking stopped. By Wednesday, August 28, I called Subaru to make an appointment to diagnose what was going on.My appointment was on Friday, August 30. Thank you, Jesus, I worked from home that day and by 3pm, I got my car to the auto department and was told, if I had waited a few more days or driven my car long distance, I would have lost my engine. I had no oil left in my car.I was upset!So, the tech at Meineke did not tightly screw in the lid for my engine after my last oil change with them and from July 28 to the end of August, I had been leaking oil. Now, thanks to Jesus, instead of paying at Subaru $128 to fix my oil leak, I was only charged for an oil change $67.50. Sean Foley at Patrick Subaru on 247 Boston Turnpike Road Shrewsbury, MA 01545 was an amazing help. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I thank him for his assistance.Although, I was happy I did not have to pay $128 to fix a problem that Meineke caused, I was still upset for the simple fact that I had to now pay for 2 oil changes in under 1 month.Unbelievable!I went back to Meineke located on 532 West Boylston Street Worcester, MA 01606 to advise them of the problem they caused me and their solution to it. Frankly, I wanted my reimbursement of $67.50 and to emphasis I almost lost my engine due to their error.When I got there, the manger for the shop let me know his tech did everything properly and that my cap for the engine had NO wear and tear and he did nothing wrong. They can not reimburse me. I would need to speak to the owner. So, I asked to speak to the owner, the owner proceeds to ask me why did I not come back to them in the first place. I told him, your shop caused the problem, I didn’t want to go back to a place that caused the issue in the first place. I went to where they know the Subaru brand to fix the issue.He then goes on to say they know all cars and his shop did nothing wrong, car parts do get wear and tear and his shop is not responsible. Then he proceeds to say prove that his shop made the mistake. Only thing left for him to say (which he did not) was that I hit something that caused the leak.This got me vexed! I had the evidence (both receipts from his shop and Subaru) and he still wanted proof? What more do you need? He would not budge. I left the shop because they were closing, I had my son with me and I did not want to make a scene for $67.50. I called Meineke’s corporate office and filed a complaint with them about this particular store.I am applauded at how the owner dealt with my concern as if I had no credible issue. For $67.50, I was dismissed as a disgruntled patron whose leak was caused by years or wear and tear or I possibly hit something.I would never recommend this particular location 532 West Boylston StreetWorcester, MA 01606 to anyone. The lack of customer service skills and basic knowledge of cars is horrible.I will follow up with corporate about my complaint and reimbursement.

I recently had a issue with getting a manufacturer Wheel lock lug off my front tire, broke they key in the lug, the dealership wasnt even able to help me without charging me for garage time.I called into Meineke and explained my situation, they were able to help me in minutes from when I arrived at the shop. The mechanic didnt even ask for anything in return! I obviously had to give him a decent cash tip for helping me with this nightmare hassle in a swift manner. Will be coming here again.
