I had an emergency situation of needing brakes to be able to pick up my kids from school. Kim was very understanding and from the start was looking to see how they could help. She said she would try to get them done in time….and they came through big time! They were fixed super fast and the cost was affordable and made sense! Great service. Great team. Will use again.

Horrible customer service! The gentlemen working on the car are very professional and respectful, but the woman on the front desk is rude and has no skills for customer care. Wish theyd replace her.

I have taken my vehicle here multiple times and have always been treated with respect, professionalism, and honesty. Ive been to many other places before with my vehicle and have not felt the same from other mechanics being a younger woman. I would highly recommend island auto to anyone who has issues with their car. Fair pricing and they take the time to explain whats wrong in detail.

After relocating to the area, finding a garage we could trust with our automobiles was important. We were fortunate to find Island Auto Repair after using a Groupon for an oil change there. Since then they have done all service on our vehicle without any issue, obfuscation, or delay. Their prices are fair while the service has always been done fast and done well.They do a lot of business installing ignition interlocks, and can get pretty busy with that. But, call ahead and you will get a timely appointment. The staff has always treated us with honest courtesy and communicated well.Island Auto Repair is our go-to for car maintainance.

This place does not communicate with its customers. They are untimely, unresponsive, and frustrating to deal with. The Groupon for an oil change was not worth it. Save yourself the headache of it is for an oil change and Groupon Valvoline.

A good, honest, mechanic can be hard to find not the case with island auto repair couldnt be happier. I recommend you make island auto your go to guy...

KIM is the rudest person ever. I have never been treated like that EVER! She offers no help, she is soooooo rude on the phone and then tells you, that you are being rude, lmao! Then she hangs up on you before you can even speak! So classy Kim, keep it classy! SHE CAN ALSO SAY WHAT SHE WANTS ABOUT ME! I DONT CARE! I did absolutely nothing wrong and was speaking kind to her!! SHES A JOKE and lucky I dont report them to what really goes on in that place as they service interlock devices!

Island Auto has the most skilled mechanic. The office manager there is very skilled as well and friendly. I always know Ill be taken care of when I get there.

I would give them a minus zero. The owner was RUDE and foul mouthed and had no respect for anyone in there. I left without getting my car repaired and I certainly would NEVER go there again! He acts like his customers are stupid, like he resembles any sign of intelligent life form.

Its very rud, dishonest unprofessional company.We agreed on the price but when my wife came back to pick up the car they charged her more than we agreed.I called and asked for the refund and they stated that check was mailed.I never recived the check and wasted the whole week on following up on this and I was always told we are busy call back later!customer beware!
