I needed some body work on my Honda Piolet and they were fantastic. The service was top notch, they arranged for my rental, haggled with my insurance and it looks better than ever. I highly recommend them!

They towed my car from the lot of the building I live in. They didn’t bother to confirm if I was a resident or not. Now they want 148$ for me to get my car back. I’m fuming.

Their towing service is led by heartless trolls who pray upon people who park incorrectly. I witnessed a tow driver hook up, damage a vehicle and drive away while someone stepped into an apartment to provide a Ride to someone. Their only excuse was that it was a private parking area. We all know the trucks with their green lights in Worcester. They deserve no courtesy as they ruin peoples lives with these towing habits. To stalk a parking lot looking for a reason to tow is theft and unfairly robbing people.

The heavy set Spanish dude that tows cars is the most disrespectful guy on the planet. He had to tow my car because of a private parking sign I did not see at the time because I was grabbing some things out of a supermarket for a job I was on. I told him of he let me off with a warning it would not happen again! He chose to tow it anyways and when i asked for his name so i could report his crudeness to his bosshe said by law he was not required to do so and when asked gave me the false name chuck.It was an honest mistake! I wouldnt have been mad if only hed been more humane about it! Jack however was an absolute saint and they should employ more people like him.
