I could not ask for a better experience dealing with all the staff here. Front desk receptionist is top notch in my book. Knows her stuff, and is genuine and pleasant.The work on the car was perfect. Some issues came up due to insurance, but they took care of it. No headaches for me.The car did need to go back to the shop due to an unforeseen issue (not shops fault). The owner personally took care of it with no problem.What a great way to treat customers. Great place to have your car serviced and didnt have to do a thing. They took care of the car rental and the end result was outstanding quality and communication.

Went here for work on car for insurance claim. We were told by them that they put on a new tire as our tire was ruined in the accident. Auto body work fine but not good for parts apparently. Less than 3 months later, have to replace the tire as it is now bald according to state regulations. Alignment and everything else fine so it didnt wear quickly because of the car or our driving.

I have had bodywork done on my car twice and always looks like new. I had new tires placed in time for the the snow season and I highly recommend them, drives great. Staff is great, professional, great workmanship and service. Thankyou Ed.

Recently had some wheels repaired / re-finished on my 2012 VW Golf and couldnt be more pleased. Dennis, Jimmy {and crew} told me itd be done the same day, it was....and the job was fantastic. Price was as depicted, great attitudes, smiles all around, and Id recommend their services highly.

My experience was excellent - I had a pearl finished lexus that had been in a few minor accidents - with the result being that other shops didnt match the paint -- when I bought it to Canterbury for yet another dent,, they pursued getting all past work done by others to match. I am extremely satisfied and will deal with them again when (if) the need arises

These guys are great. There are knowledgable, friendly, professional and so helpful. Weve been there about 6 times, this last time for a doosy of a repair after someone hit us. Each time they have been thorough and done great work. They also have wonderful customer service, the best weve ever had! Its hard to find a good mechanic... start here!

Good customer service, but poor job. It takes longer for them to take care of your car if youre not there covered by your insurance. I had a dent on my bumper and they fixed it,. But the bumper wasnt fastened in place right and I had to go back. im tired.

They did an amazing job on my car

Customer service started off fair but then it felt like I was a bother (i.e., hung up on and greeted with yes...what do you need? w. attitude) when I would call their office because they hadnt called me with the scheduled update on my car. I was covered by liberty. The damage was supposed to be about a days work and they had it for over a month. When I finally got the car back after pressuring my insurance company and their office, the car wasnt even detailed (ketchup packet and crumbs) as they claimed and I had to bring it back because my door wasnt appropriately attached and my radio didnt turn off. I could also tell they mustve rushed to finish it after the pressure from me and liberty that day because the paint scent was fresh and there was paint debri in all of my a/c vents. Terrible experience. I was told they needed to hold onto it so it could pass inspection and it failed. Wouldnt recommend.

Terrible experience. Took my truck there once and have had one problem after another. Been there close to dozen times and truck still runs like crap. Other day I notice the belt that is 2 months old is torn and has cuts in it. And was told that just wear and tear. Ha anyone that know viechles know those belts can last years. Then to day wake up with no heat. Theyreplaced the radiator. So that either means the messed up again or the didnt take the time to do the jo right and burp the system out. The list goes on and on. I did my breaks 5 months ago and the told my mother that the breaks were terrible and that she shouldnt let her grandkids in there. So she fell for it and then 2 weeks later the hoes to the caliper breaks. And the dont cover it. And then the loaner the give me that I have to put the same grand kids in grind and pulse. Worse experience of my life by far.
