My car got hit on the side and damaged two of my doors, service was fast friendly and worth the price. Even a small detail of washing my car was a great touch. My jeep looks brand new. Thank you Peter and his staff! Covid times are not easy on these kinds of businesses.

After being rear ended in a hit and run, knowing the great work that Peter and his crew does at Worcester Carsmetics, I knew there would be no question where I would get my car repaired. After all was said and done, they did another fantastic job. Peter addressed any additional concerns I had, answered all my questions, and made this such a smooth process while working with the at-fault drivers insurance company who made this process much longer. This is now my third time going to Worcester Carsmetics. I highly highly highly recommend them. Thanks again guys. Appreciate everything you did!

I walked in and Peter gave me a quote on the spot, including a couple areas I wasn’t sure if I could address right away. Overall, probably a very small job for them. We scheduled a drop off a couple weeks out. My car was done on time and according to the initial quote. As a bonus, they returned the car clean and vacuumed.Easy, quick process.

Pete, the manager did a good job trying to make me happy. Took care of two needed fixes after first inspection, adjusted front bumper to fall in line with the hood and the drivers side fender flare that was separated from the body. Needs to work on wiping down the inside of the cars... left a residue like a dirty rag was used to wipe everything down.

2019: Carsmetics did a wonderful job on my Scion tC. Between the replacement panels, paint job, and rim work they did, everything looks brand new and flawless. Customer service was awesome. They accommodated me when I had to go away and were able to get the vehicle done in time for me to complete my registration and inspection before my trip. They made everything so easy. This was a Geico preferred shop. I am so glad I went with these guys.Review written on June 6, 2020:This was my second time going to Carsmetics in Worcester. They did such a good job the last time that I wanted to give them my business again. Peter the owner is someone I really trust. Hes honest, fair, and very reasonable with his prices. I had my front bumper replaced, some side rocker work done, and a bend in the edge of my driver side door that looked awful. I didnt post the side rocker photo because I was just missing some clips so nothing really to show. I posted the front bumper and driver side door you can check out. They did an amazing job. Looks pristine. I highly recommend this place. I really cant say enough good things. Thank you everyone at Carsmetics!

I brought my car for body work including bumper. When the car was returned the dashboard displayed an error that the pre-collision system was malfunctioning. I was told to drive the car for 50 miles to reset it. That didnt work. I returned the next business day, they checked the car and said everything was fine and I needed to bring to Toyota. I brought car to Toyota and after several hours, they had to remove bumper and discovered wiring not plugged in as a result of Carsmetics work! The Toyota bill was $750. I brought bill to Peter who promised to call me later that day. He never called nor responded to an email follow up. I now have filed a claim in District Court but, due to pandemic, it will be a while before its processed. If they were to send me reimbursement, I would drop the claim and remove this review.

These guys fixed my new car five or so years ago.....so I took my dads car for a cash fix...they fixed the door nick and the interior detailing was almost perfect....they forgot to dry the inside windows....which started dripping when the car warmed up...no biggie...a quick paper towel sweep fixed that....will go there again and again and again...

Carsmetics saved my car life Infiniti. Some hater pour acetone paint remover on my car back home in NY. Left NY with my baby, contacted my insurance for the vandalism & went to Worcester. There Worcester Carsmetics turn my V into a brand new 2020. Paint job was off the chain really dope the color matched all around. They did a 5 star tremendous job to bring back life into the car. Plan to use them for future services, I recommend anyone in the Worcester who wants top Quality paint job to go there!

They fixed our side window and door frame after a break-in. We worked through our Geico insurance, and the work was done in just over a day. Quick work and well done. The only thing that concerned me was that none of the employees were wearing face masks.

Waited a few weeks to see how my car held up after repairs. This place is awesome. Received my car in almost new condition. Peter is a wonderful man to work with. I was skeptical to use Carsmetics because of their reviews. I have geico as an insurer and had planned to just get the inspection done at Carsmetics and take my business elsewhere. That being said, because geico is my carrier, it was hard to pass up the convenience of Carsmetics being an ARX shop that would handle everything.The entire process was very efficient. Between pick up and drop off I spent 10 min on each end, most of which I was reviewing the repairs with the owner. They sent update texts to me throughout the process and handled everything with the insurance company.My car was hit while parked and had a damaged fender and door. They repaired the door and replaced the fender. Pick up to drop off was 5 days, that seemed reasonably quick to me. The repair job is good, the panel gaps are good, everything is secure, and smooth.The only short coming of the repair was the paint work. I would say things look very good from 2 feet and back, but up close there is some swirling, not sure if this was an error during the painting or buffing. That being said, it is a Mazda 3, not a show car, so I dont really care.I would come here again, but for extensive paint work, or a nicer car, you may want to head elsewhere. I think there bread and butter is quick turn around on commuter cars.It seems like their negative reviews may be older, I believe they have taken in customer feedback about communication and quality of work, and improved.As a bonus, they did detail my interior. And it was pretty gross. Pretty sure they put air in my tires too.

Sorry to say this because Peter seems to be a decent guy, but the quality and timeframe of the work was subpar. Missed every hard completion time by days or weeks. I had to bring the car back multiple times for issues as obvious as paint drips, large damaged areas not repaired and misaligned panels which were returned 3 times and still not repaired correctly. Panels which should be clipped together were glued together and still way out of alignment. Geico has contracts with these chains and because they underpay, the shop ends up cutting corners to make a profit. Sorry Pete.

I have had my cars fixed at Carsmetics 3 times since 2017.1) Back in 2017, my car was t-boned while I was parked on the side of a street by someone backing out. It had damaged the door badly, and the Liberty Mutual guys recommended Carsmetics to me. I went there, they took in my car and fixed it very properly. The only issue I had back then was that they took about a month to get everything done. I had a rental, so it wasnt an issue for me, but apart from that they did a fantastic job matching the colors, making sure the door was aligned properly, etc. I was very happy with their work.2) Then in June this year, I had a deer accident which ruined the front right side of my car. My car was due for inspection at the end of the month, and I went back to Carsmetics (this time with GEICO). Not only did they do an absolutely phenomenal job on fixing the car, they also did it in a week which was not what I expected given my experience the first time. Overall, the service was exceptional, both from the GEICO staff and the Carsmetics staff.3) As luck would have it, I scraped the side of my car badly at the bottom while trying to park into a spot (not proud of it) in September of this year, and I took it to them. I did not want to go through my insurance this time, and I asked Peter (the manager of the place) if he could give me a decent price. I still believe it was more expensive than other body shops, but given my previous experience with Carsmetics, I asked them to get it done. They finished it again within a week and delivered the car on the promised date which made me very happy again.So, overall ... except for the first time, when they delayed delivery by about 2 weeks, my subsequent experiences have all been very good and I would highly recommend Carsmetics for all body shop related work. They are very personable (Peter especially), and they do a very good job.

Got in a fender bender about 3 weeks ago, I chose Carsmetics because it is right down the street. (Rear-ended).When I called them, they were very professional and I even met the General Manager on arrival. They assured me they would take care of everything including the rental. They gave me a drop off day, and when I got there the rental place was ready to pick me up and I got my rental seamlessly.They took about a week to replace the bumper, which has backup sensors so I think a week is very reasonable.I picked up my car, and the inside and out was washed and detailed.Thank you again everyone on the Carsmetics team!

Please do not take your vehicle to these guys because theyre expensive and unreliable. Lack of communication even if u have the life time warranty from geico. Take your business elsewhere please and please because youll be disappointed.

I recently brought my Mazda CX-9 to carsmetics to have some front-end work done. My bumper and grilles needed to be replaced and I didnt want to go through the hassle of going through insurance. I brought the car in and Peter took a look at it and ordered all the parts right away. Once they had all the parts in, I dropped my car off in the morning and everything was back together by the end of the day and was looking better than brand new. They even took care of a few other little things at no extra cost AND gave my car a complimentary wash and detail. I cannot stress enough how easy and accommodating this whole process was and I would highly recommend Carsmetics to anyone looking for a professional, worry free, top quality body shop in the Worcester area!

To be brutally honest... Initially I was not satisfied what so ever due to the fact the Shop had my Jeep for well over the estimated repair time GEICO had given me (The shop works with my insurance group: GEICO) and there was little to no communication as to what was going on with my vehicle whenever something happened. I had gotten into an accident mid February and had damage done to the front end of my jeep. The estimated repair time kept getting extended not twice but three times. 22 days turned to somewhere in the 30s then the 40s and when the shop received the wrong parts for my vehicle, in turn prolonging the repair process I was never notified. They didnt even realize they had the wrong parts until halfway through the estimated repair time I was given. I vented my frustrations to my Insurances Accident claim auto adjuster who basically facilitates the repair process of my vehicle then to Carsmetics as well. The shop manager named Peter apologized for the numerous inconveniences I felt I was experiencing and wanted to make it a point to make sure my experience was turned around, that I felt taken care of, and reassured me that they would compensate for all/any inconveniences. I must say they defiantly went above and beyond in doing just that! Any dents or little dingys (basically any imperfections) that were not even from the accident were removed w/ the area being repainted if needed. Cosmetically they made sure my car looked like new and it literally looked better than when I got it. I was really impressed and grateful. I can be a hothead and a bit off putting at times so I appreciate their patience and quality of work. Overall great staff, and shop. Despite my initial impression, I drove my jeep away with a smile and after everything Im glad Carsmetics was the shop to fix my vehicle. Communication is very important though and something they can definitely work on especially when it comes down to the estimated repair time and sticking to it.

DO NOT GO HERE. My car was in an accident, had moderate front damage but was not totaled. It has been over a month and I still do not have my car!! When I call a women answers to take down my info, she doesnt give out any info. Not even if my car is being worked on. Then no one returns my calls! I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BACK WITHIN A MONTH.

Honestly would give a lower score if I could very unprofessional. Had my car for over 2 months and every time we called they would give us a date and then play dumb like they never said anything. This guy Peter told me they would install a starter at cost for me for $250 buck but never did said the guy started working on my car and because of that I had to bring the car back so he could finish the work like starting a remote starter takes multiple days worth of work and then to top everything of he told me I would have to pay for some days of the rental because the guy was working on my car when he never even started. Dont recommend them and Im very sad my insurance choose them to do business with.

Overall very negative experience. I chose this shop only because our insurance Geico works with them and recommended it. it was a huge mistake. I honestly dont understand why Geico, whom we are generally happy about, still has a contract with this shop. We had pretty much the same constellation of the problems as other customers mentioned below: lack of communication, extremely long time of the repair (2 times longer that it was originally promised!), additinal visits due to the issues that were not identified upfront. On top of all that the front desk lady was very rude and unwelcoming. I gave them 2 stars only because we at the end the car was repaired but every other aspects of interaction with them was terrible. Interestingly, I noticed here that the owner only responding to the positive reviews. In my opinion it means that they dont even try to identify and fix theier internal problems that are clear from multiple reviewers.

I brought my car to get some minor repairs done because someone hit it while it was parked. The job overall was very good. The guys that worked on my car were awesome. But when I went to pick up my car it had 2 issues it didnt have when I dropped it off. My steering wheel was very hard to handle when it wasnt like that before I dropped it off. My shifter is locked so now I have to put something in it in order to shift from P to D and they forgot to connect my head light so I had to come back for that to be done. Because my car has some modification done to it there saying the issues Im now having with my car a due to that when its not cause when I brought my car it was fine besides the damage they did when it got hit. 1st and last time I come here!!! 😠😠😠😠

My accod coupe got hit by a rolling wheel on high way from the rear passenger side. They took a moth and a half to get my car repaired and it was only a replacement of one quarter panel. They blamed everything on my insurance company, which I understood at first because they didnt do good job on the estimate. But things didnt stop there. I got my car back after 45 days in their shop and upon pick-up, I found two broken door frame piceses in the passenger-side doorhandle storage area. There was also a huge gap between the left C pillar and rear glass. Not to mention the worst. Whenever the road got rough, there was tinny notice coming frome the B pillar.I brought the car back the second day and have the manager checked. He claimed he would need to order parts for the car and have me waited for another whole week. During the one week waiting, I found out there were TWO MAJOR BOLTS missing on the passenger side doorframe. I informed this to the shop manager, he claimed tehy didnt even touch the doorframe, which was impossible because it was a part of the quarter panel (my car is a Coupe). They asked me to proof thare were bolts otherwise they wouldnt be responsible for it. I found a same car and took pictures of it and send it to the manager. With the evidence in hand, he ordered the bolts and put them back.I finally got my car back after two months. And all the tiny noise was caused by a missing bolt inside the passenger side B pillar. It was ridiculous that they did not find out the problem until the the third time I brought the car back to them. The manager Peter even refused to repair it and claimed the noise was not their fault. Thanks to one of his workers who personally helped me with the problem. God I would never go back or recommend this shop to anyone!

Went to Carsmetics, Worcester MA for a ding on bumper.Was attended by Pete. The ding was not reparable and the bumper needed a replacement. Got a q quote and compared with other body shops.Carsmetic had the best price and location advantage. When I picked the car, the bumper had a nice finish and the color match was perfect. Cannot differentiate between the original color on the body to repainted bumper.Car was returned with clean interiors at agreed time. Was a great experience to with them.Would recommend this shop for body works and repairs.Cheers !!SG
