Great family owned store. They go out of their way to make sure your boots are comfortable and fit you properly before you leave. They also oil your boots for you and you can go back to get them reoiled and you can stop by for a shoelace if yours breaks. Great service here and a very nice family running the shop. Nice bunch of boots

Needed a new pair of hunting boots for deer season. Had a pair in mind. The staff was extremely helpful. Reminded me of an old school shoe store where the knowledge and customer service was outstanding. They know how things are made, how they should fit based upon your feet, and how long they will last. They also oil and clean your boots for free every four months, if needed. Prices were better than I found online. Left there very happy and will return again each time I need new boots.

Couldnt recommend the service here more! We were in an hour before closing on Christmas Eve & the staff was helpful, thoughtful, friendly & so thorough in their efforts to meet our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. So glad we decided to stop in, especially now that I know the service extends even after you walk out the door - free laces & cleanings for the life of the boots! Why go anywhere else, strongly strongly reccomend anyone shop here, even (or especially) if you have weird feet like my man lol

From Payless/Walmart shoes (ie: severe footpain after working on my feet for 6-9 hours!) to something that feels like its already broke in! Service from Brett was nothing short of amazing, and Ill never, never go anywhere else. Treat yourself right and dont miss this Wooster treasure.

The customer service here is beyond outstanding! They didnt have my size in stock so they ordered them for me. When I picked them up they made sure they fit and oiled them up for me too! Overall I just had a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I went in there last week for the first time and I will definitely be back. The employees were very respectful and knowledge about the boots and different inserts. They can even order a pair of boots if they dont have your size. Overall a great place in Wooster for work boots and other shoes.

This place is phenomenal, Ive bought at least 3 pairs of boots from them an have always had a great experience. The staff is super friendly and takes the time to make sure you have the right fit. Once you purchase your shoe boot etc etc they offer you a free oiling and cleaning every 3 months. I had a pair that was destroyed from walking through water constantly. They cleaned them up put new strings in them and new soles all for free. I couldnt be more happier to give my service to them.

I went to boots, shoes and more for my work boots this year. They have a great selection that is hard to come by. I wanted non-insulated Keen boots, but they sold me on a pair of Danners when I got there. Fast transaction, helpful staff offered me help and insight and when I checked out they were sure to remind me to come back for free boot oiling.

After I walked the sole off my year old boots (not purchased here), I called to check the hours. I was told they closed at 4 o clock today. Instead of them telling me to come back tomorrow, they told me to give them a call when I was about twenty minutes away and theyd come open shop to show me some new boots. With fair pricing, I decided to go ahead and purchase a new pair. But thats not where the good ends. They also informed me theyd go ahead and fix my old boots, put some leather oil on them to revitalize the leather.. all for free. Great shop. Glad as all get out I called them. Never would have gotten that kind of service from a big box store.Thanks again for the superb service!

I really despised shopping for new work boots till I came here at the behest of a good friend. Phenomenal service. Awesome store with great selection. I bought a pair of Irish Settlers from them, they took their time to find the perfect boot for me.I was told that theyll clean them every 3 months for free. At first i thought it was a gemic but it wasnt. They even replaced the strings for free. Highly recommend to anyone
