Love the store. Was told by employee he or all got a raise, loved that. Young man clearing carts in lot helped us put heavy feed bags in our vehicle really loved that. Now you need to open an R K in Ashland so the wife and I dont have to travel so far. Oh ya, glad the popcorn is back lol.

A country store with a western general store feel. They have a wide arrange of animal food products from cats, dogs, horses and birds. Also they have baby chicks and ducks for sale and its like visiting a farm as they are in an open space for your viewing pleasure. Friendly staff that doesnt bother you and allows you to ask for help. They also allow you to bring your dogs Into the store as long as they are leashed. My choice for cat food and cat litter.

Terrible service there was zero organization we had to go around the building three times and loaded the stuff ourself after we found it... after waiting 30 minutes the kids here have zero motivation to get work done only after complaining the manager finally sent a kid to watch me and my 70 year old grandfather do the job he was hired for...! I do not recommend this store the drive to new Philadelphia would be quicker then stopping at the Wooster store

I love going to Rural King with my beautiful puppy dog. My little Pebbles(Morkie) LOVES the little baby CHICKS.

For first timer, it was pretty cool. And they got ducks n chickens and even some turkeys. And the apparal was cheap for men too. Pretty cool place.

The employees were all very chipper and very eager to help. The item variety and selections available were very impressive, but the store itself was rather messy and not everything was clearly marked with a price. Thise two things arent enough to keep me from coming back though, overall it was worth the trip!! 3/5 stars for presentation but 5/5 stars for the employees !!

We found everything we had on our list. Everyone we talked to w was very pleasant and helpful. We are from Colorado and have never been to the store and would certainly go back.

RK Guns has a great selection, great prices, and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Well worth an hour from Stow.

Ridiculous cashier. Looked like she just got out of bed and asked me three times what I wanted. One bag of multi purpose sand that was it and had to ask other cashier where to find it on the register. Wooster RKO is ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED. I would NEVER recommend this store. This is not the first time we have had similar experiences.

Great prices, great products and really long checkout lines, if you enjoy standing in line this is the perfect place for you.

Well stocked garden center. Prices missing on mant, many areas and not a soul to assist. As Ive heard so many say, the workers dont seem to know whats in their ad or where it might be located. Its a disappointment again. I want this place to be a success, but it fails to meet basic needs each time we shop.

It it was my first visit and I enjoyed seeing all the products that you carry I purchased a weighted blanket and some tennis shoes and the prices were very very reasonable I do plan on visiting your store as soon as possible.

It was the dirtiest Rural King I have ever been in. Very unorganized, boxes setting everywhere, many things not priced. Dirty bathrooms! At least the employees were pleasant and the popcorn was great!

They have everything for any kind of livestock! Feed, water heaters, clothing, car repair... And they have free, fresh popcorn at the door to keep the kids busy and happy!

Cashier friendly, lines were long but you could tell they were short handed. Could be better organized but its always been this way so we are used to it. Its an old store and could use some updates.

With all the business they have, I believe it ridiculous that they cant have a better, cleaner, facility! Bathroom are nast, parking lot is nasty, it is always a nightmare to get around in there, for its like a junk room! Cant find anyone to help you, shelves are all a mess! Hate going there but my husband does like it. Oh but nice popcorn corn machine!

Didnt have any fire arms or signs saying if there was any. No staff asked if I needed help walked around the store for 15 min looking for the gun area. Staff seen me looking around the store. Walked around it about 3 times and still no one asked.Store was nasty staff keep talking to each other in circles like school kids.

The service at this store seriously gets worse every time im there, and im a weekly customer. The several good employees are severely outnumbered by the employees that dont care. Needs some help.

Not a bad store to stop in and walk around, check out all the different things they have. One thing is for certain the place is always unorganized and a bit of a mess. You gotta really search thru to find something good. Some of the staff can be very rude others not so much. Make sure you check out the gun section they always have a great variety of firearms.

Look up next time your here the ceiling might knock you out when it falls. They have so many cashiers there that the lines are only a mile long and management looks at you like you have 3 eyes if you mention it. Also get you some mouse pellets they’re in every isle. Free of charge and this hasn’t changed in years. Top it off the parking lot is rougher than lakeville speedway the mini stocks won’t even run it. Hit the like on this it’s for sure going to make you laugh when you look around next trip to the fun factory.

Good prices and an unbelievable selection. Its not always easy to find what you are looking for though, so be patient and ask someone. They also sell chicks, and have free popcorn. Cramped parking, but still a great store. Youll find what you need and will pay a fair price for it.

I always get my birdseed and dog food here.. They have an in house plan for Nutro dog food.. after so many bags bought you get one free. Its also the best deal in town on it. They sell just about everything here so look away.. Ill give just 4/5 because just like has been said on here... The AC literally never works and it can be hot hot hot in there.

You can never find anything, items are all over the place on shelves, they dont have any prices on them (had to ask the same girl at least 3 times & she was getting annoyed with me), & you can barely fit thru some isles.. Im sorry, but I just dont get excited about going there anymore..

I wish I knew what has happened to this place, it is a total disaster anymore, the shelves are empty there’s merchandise all over the pace to the point where you can’t get a cart through the place. The lines at the check out are always long and slow as managers are sitting around doing nothing and act like your crazy if you ask them to open another register. I guess this will be a store that closes as they sit around and say I wonder what happened.

Always wondering around the store to find someone to help me. Place is unorganized, and dirty. Building needs to be updated BAD! Mostly the staff treats other staff with so much disrespect! How unprofessional!

This store is older and seems to be run down but prices are very reasonable and staff is polite and most are knowledgeable.

Very very disappointed in the Wooster store today. Shelves were empty, nobody to help....etc. The worst was waiting for someone to load our feeds and we waited a half hour. There is a good possibility we will not return after many years of shopping there

I love this place. There is a great variety here from clothing, food, farm supplies and firearms. The people are very helpful, not to mention free popcorn during your visit. The prices are very reasonable as well. I always enjoy a quick trip in here I never know what I will find for such a great deal.

I love coming here. Rural King is where I buy my 10 pound bags of sugar, they also have a variety of fresh spices. Im a Mikesells potato chip girl and although I always had to buy my chips when I visited back home which is almost 3 hours South of here Yay I discovered that Rural King has my potato chips!!! You can imagine my delight ☺️. They carry many food item + jeans, boots, shirts etc. Baby chicks - real ones, all kinds of animal food. They also have batteries decorating items, canning supplies, pots and pans. Everything you can imagine. This is also the place where I buy most of my cards for birthdays, get well, just every occasion. Cards have gotten outrageous & they have a nice selection and the card stock is good. If you havent stopped in at a Rural King store thinking its just for farming stuff, well think again. I just bet that you wont walk out empty-handed. 😉

This is the place we always come to get out birdseed and suet. My daughter always loves looking at the baby chicks 🙂. Theyve also got great prices on fruit trees, we picked up an unexpected pear tree while we were there today because of how inexpensive it was

Kids working there . Damaged the purchased items(tool box). By riding on it through the warehouse. Disrespectful teenage workers caused us unnecessary time money and energy . Horse manure scattered all over the parking lot . Overall terrible experience. Clothing and products scattered.all over the shelves in disarray. Cheap products and all kinds of neat merchandise but a total lack of pride and structure. Made me feel like I was walking through a rummage sale. Asides from having to return tomorrow morning when they open to rectify the damaged tool box I will not return to this location ever again..will make the drive to new philadelphia from now on. Shame on you wooster rural king

This used to be a very well put together store, and you could tell that the employees had a pride in being there. Since the store has changed ownership it has been in steady decline. Its cluttered, and its difficult to find items. For example I was there to pick up a few plumbing fittings. They had plumbing in 2 seperate aisles, they were 4 aisles apart. How does that make any sense, top that off with allot of things were in the wrong bins. So that ate up allot of time, then I get to the check out and have to wait 15 min because there was only two check out lines open. If youve got a tax exemption forget about using it there, according to there system nothing I have ever bought qualifies. My exemption is listed under oil and gas industry, tools, gloves, and plumbing fittings are not tax exempt at RKO, which is odd because they are everywhere else.

Was looking for V belts and were out of many of the size I needed. Went tractor store and found what needed.

Very dirty and staff wasnt exactly helpful, they all kind of made it their point to avoid you. Aisles filled with empty boxes and scrap items made it hard to even move around.

This store caters to farm and outdoor pursuits, but has a variety of items to please everyone in the family. Its usually busy, but not crowded. Reasonable prices on staple items. Quality work wear and boots, automotive essentials, power equipment and parts, outdoor decor, plants, pet food and supplies, toys and clothes for the kids and adorable live chicks and ducklings. They also have a dedicated area of the store for guns and ammo.

The employees are not identified (red vest) it took me 15 minutes to find a bag for bulk dog treats.

Used to be a place where the customers needs where cared for. Now if you have a medical problem that keeps you from wearing a mask you are treated like a criminal and not allowed to spend money at their store.Was treated poorly by a staff member and denied the ability to speak to a manager. Will not return to this location to shop.

Got seed potatoes here for my daughter in NY. Much cheaper here. But, they were out of red potatoes.😒!

Tried to buy a gun holster today. Was marked $18. Guy in gun room was very rude told me it was wrong and acted like i put on the sticker from another holster which i did not do. He would not honor the price and tried to charge me $45. I will never go back. Rude and wont honor their marked prices.

Rural King in Wooster Ohio, and Elyria Ohio advertises they have Dewalt Miter saws for $350 which was totally false advertising and they had the ad running for weeks. Our family was out on the list to get one which never happen. They never even keep us informed about our order and we never herd from them again. The store Manager at Wooster Ohio assured us we were on the list to get one when they came in, but after he left for vacation we called and the tool department told us “not to hold our breath.” All and all it was worth it in the end even though it cost us lots of time. Now we know where these people’s morals stand just like finding out who your true friends are. Time to move on and forget these bunch of losers and Liers, most dishonest people I ever dealt with.

I was very surprised. Upon entering a sign on the door said face covering was required. I had a mask on unlike the couple ahead of my. I dont have a problem with that every one has the right to make their own choice. But once in the store half of the employees were not waring masks. I thought this was a state mandate.

The chicks and rabbits get neglected, the water and feed need to hang because of the chips interfering, rabbits eye infection and food was neglected, do your job someone needs training all over again !

Absolutely love this place, it has everything u could ever need and a great variety of things. Love going there every time i get out that way i have to stop. The prices are great also. The only down side is that the cashiers have horrible attitudes very rude, one of them got snappy with my husband(which is a huge mistake, thats one thing u definitely dont do just a fair warning) just because he asked a question about one of their trampolines. But other than that its a great store
