They came and picked up our junk car fast and gave us a lot more than we expected for it. Easy, quick transaction and very friendly staff! Would highly recommend!

Good boneyard to get used auto parts at fair prices.

I called Route 14 Auto Parts and they picked up my junk car the same day and paid well for it, even though it wasnt running at the time of pick up. It was beyond easy and the people I talked to were helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

My experience with Route 14 was very pleasant and without any issues. I spoke with Jim over the phone and he explained the entire process for junking my car. He gave me a window on when a tow truck would arrive to my place to pick up the vehicle and helped answer any question I had. I would definitely give my business with Route 14 again and definitely would recommend them. Thank you!

I called for a part that they had that was supposed to be an exact fit for my truck. I drive 4hrs away to pick up the part and when I got there they were very rude I asked to look at the part to make sure it would work before I spent 1100 dollars and as I was going over the part the owner came outside with complete attitude towards me and acted like I was an inconvenience to his day and when I figured out that it was in fact the wrong part and would not fit my vehicle they were even worse towards me and not even an apology or to try and find another one that would work after I drive 4hrs to them. I would not recommend this yard one bit very horrible customer service and no knowledge as to what parts fit what.

I walk in searching for a part and they directed me to the row i could find the car. After searching I could not the car. I asked again, and they pointed me in another section. Again could not locate the car. After searching for a while I gave up. Ill never come back. I would have rather paid full price at advanced auto parts then waste my time with these folks again. No customer serviced what so ever. Also when I called the staff who answered assumed I knew how the place operated. This was my first and last time.

These guys are the best. They are -constantly- getting more cars, theres always something new coming in. You know how you call some salvage yards and some gruff old guy grudgingly answers the phone and seems irritated that you want to ask a question? Thats not this place. Everyone is super friendly and the prices are fair. NOTE TO PEOPLE COMING TO PULL YOUR OWN PARTS: Bring proper tools! Dont show up with a rusty butter knife hoping to remove an engine. Wear boots, its muddy!

I own a shop, and was going here because it was not crowded and i usually find what i need. They have just lost my business and trust because, the people at the desk claim they do not warranty parts like engine. So you are basically screwed if you install a bad engine. It is understandable, it is a junk yard but it does not mean you take advantage of loyal customers.

Okay so I am not a mechanic but the mechanic who uses this auto parts junkyard sent us to replace a transmission which we had already purchased from them so it was new but there was some problems at the mechanic shop not sure what the problem was but someone who delivers parts you dont want to get in the middle of anything The guy there should have got his name handled us with lots and lots of respect I thank him for being understanding for accepting what we were told to tell him he accepted back the transmission and ordered a new one so for that I am grateful that he understood and took care of us with respect thank you Auto parts junkyard guy

Prepare to walk through a lot of mud parts everywhere not safe not very organized spent an hour looking for parts everything stripped I don’t recommend.

After trudging through the mud and not being able to find what I needed (even though when I called the guy told me I would) I went I and asked the guy behind the desk. After looking he said no, they dont have it. The lady then went wait a minute we just got that car in. They sent a guy out to look and he brought in the item I needed. Been going to Rt 14 since the early 70s. They have never disappointed. And when I have a vehicle to junk they always come out promptly and are very courteous. Thanks Rt 14!!

Horrible. Super unprofessional, tried to talk multiple times and got ignored everyone who works there is lazy and doesnt know how to do there job. Very disappointed I waited over an hour just for them to say they dont have what I need when I called 2 hours before that saying they had it. They also said it would take a couple days to take a spoiler off I can take it off in 2 mins. Very disrespectful and unorganized. Dont waste your time going here.

Been going there for 2 moths now and never had a bad experience. When you call them you feel welcomed which is not very common for junkyards. I drive a hour just to come here that’s how good it is. Ones again very respectful people!

They crushed a gorgeous classic car, that so many people on this Facebook group wanted parts from it. And they only allowed some of the easy-money parts get taken, but we are all sad that they did not sell all the parts before crushing it. I was willing to drive 17 hours to get parts. They don’t accept payments over the phone. I wanted to pay before I drove the 17 hours they literally don’t give a damn. They want the easy-money. They said they would take pictures of some parts for us and they never did. They don’t give collectors an opportunity to save classic cars, they destroy history! So sad.

Better off going through Rockauto, they pass off scrap as usable used parts. Bought a rim and put a new tire on it and it leaked so I thought maybe I had a rim leak so checked to see where the leak was and theres a rust hole in the inside of the rim. I was also going to buy an alternator from from them but before purchasing they wouldnt allow me to take the brush holder off to check the internals to see how much life was left, nor would they test it, just simply stated that it came off a running vehicle, not looking for something perfect but something that would last more than a month.

This place is awesome. I definately reccomend using them if you have a vehicle you need towed and scrapped. They were courteous and helpful over the phone. They were quick to pick up the vehicle, and the guy who towed my car (manuel) was friendly and helpful.

I needed parts that I couldnt find online or at local auto parts stores. Sent an email on the contact us of their website. I received a response in about 2 minutes. Let them know the parts I was looking for, they again responded immediately! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I recently picked up a used work truck. The radio was missing from the truck when I got it. I decided to pick up a used one and went to Rt 14. I was directed to the correct area by Troy at the counter. I got my radio easily so I decided while I was there to get another radio for my other car. When I got to the counter Kristin wrote up my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the great prices and service! These people are top notch! Knowledgeable and friendly! The coolest thing is you can still pull the parts yourself old school style! Give them a try you wont regret it!

I have baby number 3 on the way but my wifes SUV only has 2 bucked seats in the back row. We were starting the process of potentially buying a used mini-van (~$20k) to fit everyone but we know that our Rendezvous has a variation with a 3 person bench seat. Fast forward. A simple phone call to Route 14 Auto Parts. They had a few Rendezvous on the lot. We went there, found the seats, did the measurements, bought the set for about $80. Very happy with the service and most of all the price.

Its great that they give you the option to get the parts yourself or have them taken off for you. They had my parts ready really quickly and the pricing was really affordable. Best place in the world! I called up there spoke to a young lady she was very professional & friendly. Went in there to roam around the yard found the part I was looking for. When I walked in the atmosphere was friendly and courteous. I will be recommending in the future.

I picked up a handle they pulled and had some issues with it. I called back and these guys were immediately apologetic and trying to get me a new handle. Terrible terrible service. I let them know that my junk car was at my friends house and I wouldn’t be there. They said they were fine with it. The pick up time was scheduled for 12 to 12:30 with them arriving at 2. They were very rude over the phone using foul language. Unprofessional service.

Great selection of parts here. Save money and pull parts yourself. Save time and have them pull it for you. Helpful folks here. I will return. Dealing with fixing old cars can be a hassle. Online parts are not always correct, and the local parts guy is too high to care.

Excellent staff. Kristen worked really well with my son and I, and Jose Perez pulled out a part with stripped bolts. Came in today again (8/7) and Troy is a 5 star employee that deserves a raise and/or promotion. He made a bad situation go good by cracking jokes. Very knowledgeable. Another Jose came out and assisted me in taking a condenser out. I recommend these employees to anyone that needs help with car parts!

I understand its a Junkyard; but I didnt expect their service to be this bad. Been trying for weeks to schedule a junk car pick up, and its excuse after excuse. Tow truck does not work. Well call u back (no call back). Or simply do not answer the phone. Lazy employees & poorly ran business.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced. Troy is so helpful, courteous, and patient. These guys know what theyre doing and they always have all the parts I need. I could never imagine going anywhere else.

This would be a great place if they didnt takeout or damage the parts underneath the vehicle and if they would blacktop their yard. I dont know how many times Ive needed a part where I had to walk all over in thick mud to finally find the vehicle and after getting it lifted up to see the part I needed was damaged or taken out by RT14. Transfer cases, fuel tanks, drive shafts, exhaust pipes and mufflers are usually removed or damaged so dont be disappointed if you get there looking for one of these parts and leave empty handed.

They do NOT honor the 30 day warranty they advertise. They are rude and will stubborn. The place is a mess just but it in eBay and avoid bs. The parts here don’t even work!

Sold them our old blazer, they offered 3.5 times more than anywhere else and picked it up for free. if you need to get rid of your old vehicle, do the online quote, its quick and easy, plus theyre pretty good about getting it picked up within a timely manner.

Troy Tillman has done so much for me whenever Id have to buy parts from Route 14. He has helped me find many parts and rims for my Nissan Pathfinder. He is one of the best workers that has ever helped me.

Its a local used parts place. They are helpful for getting tires cheap and getting rid of old cars. There customer service has always been good as well.

Comes with a tow truck, on the side it says “we take any car, any condition” yet, they won’t take a clean e39 shell with straight body panels and a long block engine. If you ask me, it’s honestly pretty sad. What’s even worse, is, the truck driver didn’t even try to figure anything out, he just asks “is this the car” then walks back to his truck and leaves. Also, with higher prices than the competition, money could be made back with just the sale of the rear bumper and the front fenders

Really rude staff. The red head lady seemed to be the only one with good customer service. And why was one of staff on her personal phone while the landline phone was ringing. Rude, rude, rude! Ive had my share of vehicles & have patronized many a boneyard. I realize that no place is 100% perfect & no matter who you talk to, there will always be someone who has a problem with the place or the people. 😕Ill concede, the grounds are a LITTLE tretcherous in places, so it makes walking AND looking around simultaneously a. . .challenge. . .lets say. 🚗🚘🕳🚐⚠🚕🌾Ive learned to walk a little ways & then STOP to look around. If its a Nope, dont see it, Ill take off again, watching my step, and repeat as necessary. No point in killing yourself, being in a hurry. 🤕You cant fault these guys for the condition of the ENTIRETY of the yard, after all, its a BONEYARD. . .not a PLAYGROUND. Some areas are pretty level & clear. . .aaaaand some are not. Deal. 😏That being said, its about the only problem Ive EVER had there. Theyre always friendly, helpful, & better than reasonably knowledgeable about what you need AND what they have on hand. Out of over a dozen visits, I think Ive been disappointed once (yea. . . just once). 😁Ive gotten seats (like NEW!), brake rotors (ditto), exhaust parts, various electric components, PLENTY of tires (cars, treks, vans, etc.), & lots of other wear items & am a satisfied, repeat customer. 😊One of my last trips was to help a coworker get tires for his Jeep. Not only did they set him up, it was in fine fashion. Two tires, PLENTY of meat,

First time salvaging a vehicle and i gotta say i received great customer service from start to finish, AND they have the best prices around (I called EVERYWHERE) Brandy was great! When u walk thru the door u can see that everyone is hard at work and working as a team to make sure the job gets done right for the customer. There were a lot of people there which tells me theyve done something right. People dont line up for bad service. Went there for a rearend yolk for my 98 blazer parts whre not matching up but after tireless research with tham and myself we found that it had different s10 rearend in thre and found right parts great job guys excellent work

Nice and friendly people, but they do not communicate and they never call you back when they say they will. they could be great if they stop the stupid excuses and just be professionals.-So here is an update to you trying harder. We stop by to pick up a part at 4pm on 03/19/19 because they called us and they said the part was ready to pick and then we are told when we get there that he still has to pull it from the yard. Then after we leave we get a call 30 minutes later that the part is ready. So we are told that they will deliver it first thing in the morning, morning comes and no part delivered, why you ask All our drivers did not come in this morning come on really?? We finally get the part as I write this 1pm in the afternoon. Come on, your customers deserve better then what your serving up...hopefully you really do improve your communication and service because you guys are very nice, but competency need to improve.

I called multiple times either put on hold till I hung up or no answer at all. then I emailed them multiple times they responded once to ask if my truck was reg or ext cab.I replied an nobody ever got back to me beyond that first reply. horrible customer service and a obvious unmotivated lazy unprofessional crew employed here. I was looking to spend about $5,000 I needed a engine and transmission combo along with a front differential carrier a driveshaft an a bunch of body an interior parts for my truck an I would of gladly of spent the whole thing here but you don’t answer your phones or reply to emails so eBay got that whole $5,000 instead of y’all

Drove 45 min, guy at the counter tells me the camrys are in section 7. Walked down the stairs and stepped into about a foot of mud. The whole damn yard is a frickin cesspool of mud. After about 20 feet of soaking my shoes in mud I gave up and went back up the stairs and out of this dump. It would have been nice if the counter guy would have warned me about deep mud when I phoned prior to leaving. Been to other yards that are gravel. Beware!!!!

The only reason its 2 stars and not 1 is because of the guy who helped me. He got me my parts and got the job done. All the other employees were the most unprofessional people Ive ever experienced. So loud and obnoxious with no regard or respect for customers. I also understand that its a junk yard but the place is dirty theres parts and tires everywhere everything is covered with dirt. After I got my parts my hands were dirty so I asked if I could wash my hands anywhere and one of the other employees says Theres a sink over there but theres no soap. This place has potential but was very disappointed with my visit.

Worst place ever!! Wish the place had gravel is fkn nasty when it rain!! Also its a Joke getting an alternator from them, most of them dont work and they dont want to refund your money. I wasted my whole day pulling 2 alternators that didnt work and ended up buying a new one. Went to the guy to see if i could get refunded since i couldnt get alternator and the guy said no he wouldnt refund my money and the credit he could give me was for the same part. So i could not get any other part but an alternator! Just a waste of time going there!

Went to find multiple parts for my Explorer first we checked availability and price of parts because I had multiple items they gave me a package price which was outstanding very courteous and professional the girls there were very nice and easy on the eyes nice to see women in a mans world I would definitely recommend them and I will be back there for my next project

The employees themselves were very nice and helpful which was a plus, the only bad thing was they needed a bunch of information on the piece that I did not have so I made a call and got them all the information and after giving them all the information they still gave me the wrong driveshaft and this place is not close. The driveshaft was about 3-4 inches too short. Now I have to drive all the way back there today which is hard because without a driveshaft I have to get rides from friends and I am praying that this time they give me the right one and that they will be able to exchange the one I bought yesterday I do have the receipt so I hope they can.
