This was the first time I have bought a car on my own and Mike Hanson worked with me very patiently until I ended up with the car that was perfect for me! They worked with me on the financial side perfectly!
Tom lied to me about my car being covered under it warranty for services. I need to get my Ford focus’s transmission fixed for shuttering which has been covered under warranty the last two times at Packey Webb. I took my car to Bull Valley for the same issue my car has had before. Tom claimed that my car would be fixed under warranty as usual, but the transmission tech was on vacation. He gave me a loaner vehicle and said my car wouldn’t be fixed for at least a week. The next day they call me and say that Steve can in on his vacation time and said he was unable to get my car to stutter. They told me it would have to go above this “900” number and they couldn’t get the number above “875” to fix under warranty. When I picked up my car they charged me $100 to NOT fix it because Steve came in on his vacation days. Needless to say, I called Packey Webb Ford and all 5 techs there said there’s no such thing as any 900 number that has to do with a transmission. The team at Bull Valley lie to scam you out of money and won’t even fix the issue your car has. I highly recommend going anywhere but this dealership.
I called to inquire about a vehicle to find that it had been sold which is understandable in the current market. 2 days later Sonya called me to let me know they took in a local trade with only 2500 miles on it. She thought it might be what I was looking for. I went in that day and was met by Mike in sales. The price was fair and I purchased it that day. It was a great experience from start to finish!
Bill Holden is the man to see when you need to purchase a car. Bill helped us find the right car for our kids to drive for work and school. Bill is a car encyclopedia and he takes the time to listen to your needs. Then he goes to work to find the right vehicle to meet those needs. We were delighted with our experience.

We had a great experience at Bull Valley Ford! We live in Colorado and found the vehicle we wanted on their lot. We worked with Mike Hanson whom we never met in person but communicated with via phone conversations and texts. His customer service was wonderful. He established rapport with us and confidently answered all of our questions. We were a little hesitant purchasing the vehicle from afar sight unseen but trusted our relationship with him and are glad we did. We love our new vehicle!
I drive all the way from Kingston because the dealers been pretty good doing oil changes and taking care of my truck but the last time I brought it in for an oil change and a door problem on the left rear door they told me it was a latch they put the latch in that wasnt the problem it was a couple of broken wires they fixedthose and on the way home I noticed they didnt change my oil . I thought they changed my oil because the bill was $299. When I found out that was without an oil change I thought it was a lot of money I know sales is tough right now but I dont think they should be passing the cost on to people getting their cars repaired will be looking for another dealership to deal with its not worth the drive anymore
Service department has been great to work with servicing my vehicle for 3 years. This is one dealership service dept that I would recommend to my friends. They do what they can to make it a pleasant experience and that the service is done right.

I brought my Escape in for a battery replacement and, after they told me Id need a new harness, which I paid for, I got home an hour later and my wipers wouldnt turn off. They said Id need to pay for a new wiper control module at the normal price, as it wasnt their doing. After ordering the part with them, they told me two+ months later that they couldnt get the part and they do not want to work with me any longer. On top of all this, my car wont start if its left off for 3+ days. Of course, they asid thats not their doing either. Ive talked to other locals about Bull Valley Fords awful service and wish I would have done so before trusting in their service department. Beware working with this dealership!

We weren’t sure which direction we wanted to go, but he laid out a few different scenarios and eventually got us in to the right truck. He made sure we had all the features we needed, and then some. He was able to provide many different scenarios for financing and he was extremely transparent throughout the process. He asked about our needs and wants, and made sure we left in the right truck. We couldn’t imagine a better, easier process. We will be back when my wife needs a new car!

Oil change light came on 2000 miles after it was serviced at your shop and had other work done. Small inconvenience, but I expect more from the dealer.Are you guys following a checklist? What else got done halfway? Jiffy lube pulls this stunt, the dealer shouldnt.Yes it was Bull Valley Ford, Im a commercial customer with 58 Fords F150 - F750. We usually work with another Ford dealer in the area, but the vehicle was nearby so we tried you guys out.

Paulie Rapier Is the rudest person I’ve ever. How a person can treat a customer the way he does and still have a job I don’t know. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them unless you want to deal with rude people and get the run around.Update: I’d like to thank Jose for calling me the very next day to discuss the issue and bad experience I had with Bullvalley Ford. Not only did he care enough to call me the next day but he also apologized for what happened and gave me my money back for the service work that was done I paid for. Thank you Jose! Not many people will care enough to call you to apologize and own up to the mistake and especially refund your money back.

I recently bought a new vehicle at Bull Valley Ford, and it was about as smooth and easy of a process as you could hope for. They worked with me to find the exact vehicle I was looking for at another Ford dealership, and were able get it very quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience easy.
Sold me a truck with problems. Claimed they put money into the truck before they put it on the lot. Had another mechanic look at it with his scanner and he saw a plethora of issues. Took it back to Bull Valley and claimed nothing was wrong oddly enough. Sure enough get the truck back, still has problems and doesn’t drive right. Just got out of an accident where my truck was totaled and spent $28,000 on a Ford Lariat as if that claims process wasn’t enough of mess this just adds more problems I didn’t need. Can’t help but feel I didn’t get an honest assessment from them. I’ll leave it at this.. if I could return the truck I would.

Super friendly! Amazing! Weve been to many of the Ford dealerships in the area and never had a good experience until now! This place is amazing! They are so nice and truly care about you! They are not pushy at all and are very patient. We had to take our two year old and 2 week old in with us and they were so patient with us and helped us carry our stuff in. Mark and James truly cared about the things we needed in a vehicle and genuinely cared about what we needed. They helped us find the perfect car and worked extremely hard and were very thorough in making sure we got the best deal possible! I am extremely disappointed and beyond dissatisfied with the way this company operates and conducts business. My husband and I run a small, used car dealership and have recently purchased a couple vehicles from them that they had put up at auction. The problem is, the first vehicle we got had no title, and we have been waiting patiently for over 5 weeks! In order for us to sell this vehicle on our lot, we need the title. We’ve went through all the proper channels to get information about where this title is and are still sitting here without one. I feel if you sell a car at auction, you should have the title in hand to give to your buyer. We shouldn’t have this issue. It’s extremely frustrating.Now without realizing, we purchased another car at auction from them. We didn’t realize until after the sale that it was once again Bull Valley Ford, big mistake on our part for not paying better attention, because once again, no title on this car either. My husband called their office and spoke with a woman that was quite rude and not very customer friendly, basically telling us that we just have to wait.....AGAIN.I do not suggest or recommend this company to anyone, because based on some of the reviews I’ve read, and our own experience with this company, they do not care about anyone but themselves.
100% better experience than the last dealership I got my last car at. Usually buying a car is an unpleasant experience that I dread.. However, this time around it was super quick & easy. My car salesman Will Foster was such a standup guy. He was up front and HONEST. He did everything in his power to get me the best deal, he got me a great trade in on my Chevy Malibu! The Finance Manager Mark was super great to work with. I felt they both cared about my time and cared about making sure I made the right investment. Thanks for all your help! I went in this past Saturday to look at F150s. They had a large inventory. I was looking for a few very specific things. Turns out I didnt buy here because they didnt have exactly what I was looking for in stock. They offered to locate one and transfer it from another dealer. I opted not to do that because I didnt want them to go through that and find out it wasnt really the right truck for me either, and I already knew where one was to look at. And if possible, I wanted to do this in one day. Even though I didnt actually buy here, I am giving 5 stars because it was a great shopping experience. The salesman Tyler and the manager were both very knowledgeable, helpful, really cared I got a vehicle I liked, all in a very comfortable setting. I bought a truck I love at a different dealer but the experience was awful. I left them a very poor review. Next time I buy a new Ford, I would come back to Bull Valley. It may be pretty soon. I have gotten 3 new Fords in 3 years, one of which has a lease coming due soon. Thanks for the nice experience.

I brought my 2017 F-150 in for service this week and picked it up last night. Ive had multiple concerns with the truck and it has been to several different dealerships for service. Every service visit at other Ford dealers resulted in my truck not being repaired properly and poor service. Misaligned exhaust, squeaks and rattles, greasy interior, you name it. Ive have some very poor service from other Ford stores in the past.I had heard good things about the service department at Bull Valley Ford from my coworkers. I made the 1hr20min drive out there and gave them a shot. The service write up was fast and the loaner car was pulled up and ready to go when I came at my scheduled appointment. I was able to speak to the technician, Nate, and explain my specific concerns. I was not expecting a great experience given my prior visits at other Ford dealers. I was overwhelmed when I picked up my truck last night to find everything was done perfectly! No botched repairs. No greasy steering wheel. Every single concern addressed and no detail overlooked. Ill admit I expect a high level of service when I bring in my truck, and I got exactly that from Bull Valley Ford.Thank you for the ONLY good dealership service I have ever experienced. You have earned a customer for life. Keep up the good work!
I recently bought a 2014 Focus from Bull Valley Ford with Alex as my salesman. He was knowledgeable and friendly. All the people at the dealership were welcoming. After choosing the car I wanted, the actual transaction was pretty smooth and painless. They werent pushy about anything, and flexible on certain things. Overall, I had a great car buying experience, and I definitely recommend Bull Valley Ford and Alex in particular.
I have a 2011 MKZ that got a recall in the mail for the passenger air bag, so I called Bull Valley to make an appointment to get the job done. I just moved to Woodstock at the time, and had no prior experience with them. I brought my car in at the time arranged, and the service team worked on my vehicle. When I got my car back, I went in to the driver seat and immediately noticed that my whole dash area was not put together right. I brought the car back and showed them what was wrong and the team apologized, took my car back, and put the vehicle back together better, but not perfect. When I took the car home, I noticed a rattle in the driver dash that got worse over time. I never had a rattle before the service done by them, so I took the car back in to get checked out. They worked on my car for a bit, fixed a rubber piece that was installed improperly by my gauges (where the rattle is coming from), and when I got back in to the car, the rattle was still there with no change. I walked back in, told them, and they had me drive with the technician to show him what I was talking about. He immediately heard the rattle two seconds in to driving it, worked on the car some more, but failed to fix anything. Now I have to take my car to another place to hopefully get the issue fixed right because, unfortunately, I could not get it done here.
Alex was very professional and knowledgeable and made our new purchase experience easy to complete. This dealership is not pushy and really want to help make your purchase quick and easy. The hospitality and friendliness makes you feel like family.
Beyond satisfied with this dealership. I had a mechanical issue with a vehicle I didn’t even purchase at that location, but they treated me like a life long customer. Arrived at 11:00am with no scheduled appointment and they had my vehicle ready for pick up by 4pm same day. Even though they were swamped and couldn’t make any promises, they came through AND honored my warranty with no hassle. The manners they showed and respect I received most definitely secured my business in the future.

The finance department made the process quick and easy helping us with the best arrangements to fit our budget. I went in to Bull Valley Ford just to look at the 2016 Escape. I didnt really have a solid plan to buy a new vehicle. In fact, I havent bought a new vehicle in 30 years. Most of the cars I have bought have been used. But I liked the 2016 Escape, and the salesman was very low key, friendly, and accommodating. I was kind of picky about what options I wanted, and rather than try to sell me a vehicle on the lot that wasnt exactly what I wanted, he ordered the exact package I wanted from the factory. Although they said it might take 6-8 weeks, my new Escape was ready in 4 weeks. I got a great deal, and a good trade in price on my old Escape. I guess the only reason I wouldnt give it a 5 star rating is that I dont think I will ever love the car buying experience.Looking at other reviews, I guess its okay to identify the sales person by name. D.J. Davis was incredibly helpful, straightforward, and adapted well to a rapidly changing situation.

I normally HATE shopping for cars! I hate the pushy salespeople! There was NONE of that here! Very relaxed atmosphere and easy to deal with! Paul is a super friendly guy and was very helpful. Did not try to BS his way around something. If he didnt know the answer he told us, without pretending to know it all. Then he would go about finding the correct answer! Will definitely recommend this dealer!
I worked with Mike Hansen to get a new 2019 Edge. While it took some time to find that right car, Mike made it a priority to get me what I wanted...all the way to Michigan! I had a very positive experience with the dealership.
I found the salesman to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a really good selection of trucks and all their cars were in really good shape and priced good. They gave me a great deal on my trade in! Also dean was very helpful and made the experience alot easier. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
I had a great experience here. I would definitely go back again to get another vehicle. I purchased a 2010 Ford Focus. The car is really nice and I am really happy with my purchase. I Feel like I got a really good deal. It was not like they were simply trying to sell me the car and get as much out of me as possible. Other dealerships I have gone to before the sales guys or finance guys have been rude, pushy, mean, or simply not nice. The sales and finance guys were really nice and attentive at Bully Valley Ford. They helped me to find what I was looking for and what I could afford.

James was even better than Justin. He worked with me on price and my trade in. This is my 8th Ford Truck. They went above and beyond. I bought trucks from Jack, the owner of the dealer when he was in Villa Park IL., I live in Lombard IL. When the Villa Park dealer closed, i shopped other dealers in the area and did NOT have a good experience with them, it was a shake down, low ball my trade, etc. We need more honest dealers like Bull Valley Ford! THIS WAS WORTH THE 50 MILE DRIVE! Bill Schultz, the salesman spent lots of time explaining all the new features of my truck, and how they worked witch was appreciated! It was great doing business with Bull Valley Ford!!

On a recent trip to Kenosha, we decided to take the back way and stop by Bull Valley Ford. My husband noticed they had a great selection of Ford trucks and decided to take a look. Bought a van July 2016. Within one day, we brought back for service for the windshield wiper fluid. It was broke so they fixed free of charge. Except, it was never fixed. It never sprays any liquid out. September rolls around, and the brakes are screeching bad. I call and complain (how would I have brake issues after less than 2 months ?!?!?) They fix....for free. This is the reason why I gave 1 star at all. Now its June 2017....time for emissions! Youd think a car I just bought....less than a year ago, would pass and everything would be find. Nope! Fail. This time Im not contacting the dealership, because itll be a joke. Time to bite the bullet and pay for what need a fixing....that should not have issues in less than a year!!! They clearly did not inspect this van very well. We will never buy from here again. Sold me a lemon!!!! Also the managers were rude.
Jim is great and really helped me out with getting the part I needed for my car. However, I came to pick it up and the first guy I spoke to was immediately rude and.condescending towards me for not knowing what the part was called though I gave him my name and that the part arrived yesterday. It is completely uncalled for to insult me for just asking to pick up an order?! He needs an attitude adjustment. Very unprofessional.
Any car dealership that has to send out a fake Youre A Winner of a Brand New Car or $18,000 to get you in the door is not a reputable car dealership! Taking advantage of people in desperate situations by saying If you have received the key and your numbers match youve definitely won the car or $18,000 is a joke! Even from the small print they still make it sound like youve actually won! If you received a similar flyer in the mail do not waste your time or money driving down to this dealership! This will not earn my business in the future..

Purchased a 2014 Focus ST in Feb... Sales person was Alex Cazares and Spencer Gordon. Yeah... had 2 sales reps. Both Great guys... easy going and friendly. Both went out of their way to get what I wanted. Spencer even went and got my car so I wouldnt have to wait to drive it. Thanks Spencer!!! Always Available to answer any questions I have or have had. Couldnt be any happier with my experience with Bull Valley Ford. Friendly atmosphere didnt get the pushy sales pitch from anyone. Will be going back to get my next car from Bull Valley Ford.

I wanted to give the highest praise to Bill H. and the finance department at Bull Valley. We purchased not just one, but TWO cars from Bill and are thrilled with the way he treated us. He really knows his job, and genuinely takes the time to learn about his customers and not only find the perfect vehicle for them, but also the best deal. . In addition, we had a mechanical issue with a vehicle, gave Bill a call, and right away he got us in and got it taken care of. We couldnt be happier with our experience at Bull Valley and with Bill Holden. Would highly recommend to ANYONE!

It’s not because I’m a die hard Ford guy, it’s the service and experience that keeps me coming back. Their service department is great they still treat you well long after the purchase.
What a pleasure to purchase our used car at Bull Valley Ford! Dave M. couldnt have been more personable or knowledgeable about the immaculate Toyota Prius we purchased. They delivered honest pricing and a generous trade-in value for us, too. Made the drive to Woodstock worth every penny.
I called up to Bull Valley Ford and spoke with Bill about the 2012 Ford Raptor they have for sale on 1/10/19. I told him I would be traveling up from Kansas City and gave him a offer on the truck. He spoke with his manager and called me back saying that they just got the truck in on trade, and that they needed to do some repairs on it first before but the offer I sent should be an issue at all. I told them that I blocked off my schedule to go get a truck on 1/14/19 to work around my business. This is when he informed me that the parts probably wouldnt be in until Monday, so it would probably be Tuesday before its ready. Even though I already had scheduled customers for my business to be gone on Monday I rescheduled everything to postpone it for this truck. At this time I also told them about my trade in and was told that it would be between $20,500-21,500 depending on the overall condition of the SUV. No problem I own a very high end detail shop, and keep each one of the cars I own in perfect shape anyway, so the $21,500 shouldnt be an issue. Monday comes and I end up having to call in later on the day after I hadnt heard anything to get an answer on the truck. This was when I was told the parts were delayed from weather. No problem and completely understandable. He then says the truck should be finished Tuesday 1/15/19. Great next day same thing happens where I end up having to call up there later on in the day to find out the truck was actually getting worked on. Now all of a sudden though the price of the truck went up $1,000, because of the repairs needed. Even though they performed the EXACT same repairs they told me up front and said the original offer shouldnt be an issue at all. I then say I will meet them in the middle even though I was already told that the one price wouldnt be an issue to begin with. Their comeback was to meet me in the middle and only take off $250. Well thats not really meeting me in the middle since I already did that. Now Bill says well give me a second and Ill go talk to the GM. He then calls me back and says the GM is telling him that the lowest is back to the $1000 more than the original accepted offer, and that my trade in was only going to be $20,500 no matter what. So somehow the price went up YET AGAIN, and the trade in went down even though they hadnt even seen the car yet. I postponed this trip, missed out on 3 other trucks I could of gotten that original day I was suppose to leave, and was jacked around with pricing MULTIPLE different times. I deal with dealerships sadly more than I would want to admit with how quickly I trade in/buy new ones and have NEVER been jacked around with by a dealership anywhere near this. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear up front just to change it at the end and waste your time and screw you out of other cars you could of already gone and had. I would NOT recommend anyone out of state EVER deal with this company unless you enjoy being told multiple different prices (all making the transaction WORSE not better), and completely wasting your time!Edited to reply to your repsonse:If you read what I said in the review and what we talked about on phone its not coming down to the price I want, but actually a price that was still higher than the original price I was told it was.But just like you also said when we were on the phone well why dont you just pay the extra $500 and dont worry about being a customer for life. Just do this one deal with us and be done. Thats a really good line to go off in a sales business.I do give you full permission to post up the recording of our conversation only if its posted in full though. A lot of dealerships will record calls, so that way you can let people see how you truly treat customers instead of just trying to save face now.

I recently moved to the country and was in the market for a new car. However, I dont have a credit history and was finding it difficult to build my rating.I spoke to Erik and Jason at Bull Valley Ford who were able to identify a 2012 Ford Focus with the sport package I wanted, and they helped me arrange a small part of the cost as a finance package so that I can get some credit rating.The car has been brilliant and I really like the Ford Sync features in the car.
I received something in the mail for a promotion where you get an ignition key and a code. I went in to see if I won something. I was met in the parking lot by man named Brian who says he is a liquudator unaffiliated with the dealership. He starts asking me questions about my current car and who I am financing with. He then goes on to say that the purpose of them mailing out the promotions is to set up a mailing list. He also said that if I am not buying a car I dont win anything. Lastly, he openly admitted while laughing that this whole thing is a SCAM put on by Bull Valley Ford, and that if I dont buy a car he cant help me. While I do appreciate the honesty, I have to admit that this was a truly awful experience. If you guys want to sell cars I can assure you this is not the way to do it. Shame on you guys.
