Good prices and decent service. We ordered 2 batteries online, got a text saying they were in - but only 1 was there. Had to go back a second time to pick them both up. This could have been done better.
Went in to get some car cleaning supplies and when I brought the items to the register, everything rang up for a higher price than the sign on the shelf. The guy at the register said he couldn’t give me a reason why the prices didn’t match. It felt really shady and grimy so I didn’t buy anything and I left. I’ll make sure I only go to corporate NAPA stores from now on, cause that was too weird. PS- what kind of auto store doesn’t have air fresheners at the registers?
Not a corporate store: very bad communication: Ordered something online, and an employee told me it would be there the next day- I waited and ended up calling myself--- they never got the item. I, then called a different corporate store and they had the item- I should have drove to the other location instead of ordering online
I will never shop at this Napa again! They will not honor the prices on the shelf. They tried to charge me double and just explained it as oh the price tag was wrong.Bad customer service and fraudulent employees combined mean that I will shop at AutoZone or OReillys immediately.If you are the manager of this location or the district manager of this location, and you bother to read this review, fire everyone in the store now.
I pulled up the store hours on Google. Said this location was open until 6:00 on Saturday. I drove 45 minutes to find it closed at 3:00. Sign on the door says hours changed due to COVID. we are over a year into that. Seriously, it isnt hard to keep your online hours up to date. Very frustrating!

I would definitely give a zero star but they don’t have that option. I came to get a a helacoil kit M12X 1.25 called the store in the Am was told that they had one in stock, so with that being said I would make the Hr drive just for them to tell me they don’t carry that size when I repeatedly told them the size multiple times to make sure. This is bull customer service!!!!

I was able to get halogen low beam replacement bulbs for my 2016 VW much cheaper than any other parts store with a two-year warranty versus the others one year warranty.
Theyve got stuff for your car that others dont carry. The assistant manager is always there and awesome! I love getting my parts here.

They are very unprofessional and do not understand when you place a order online and get a email that your order is in store and ready for pickup. The lady was nice but the man was very rude. I will not go to that location again.
Came on Saturday around lunchtime. There were only 2 other customers and counted around 5 employees. It took around 20 minuets to just buy some oil. Once finally checked out not even a thank you. Lousy customer service. If anyone from NAPA Corp reads this, Fire the Manager and retrain the staff. I dont want this store to close from terrible management.

Made the mistake of calling right at closing time on 4-31-16 to see about ordering a part. The guy who took my call quickly cut me off and told me to hold. Never came back on the line. I guess this is how they handle those pesky customers. Dont waste your time with this place unless you have your part numbers ready to go. No one at this store could look up a quart of oil if you walked them through it.
