This shop does great work with what they do. Its not about what they dont tell you but rather, they tell you a number of possibilities from the get-go and help set expectations for you from the start. They do thorough work and the owner is really down to earth and understands what you need.This shop did a top end engine rebuild. I had an old Honda civic I had towed in because the car had coolant spill out of the car and was overheating really bad. I personally didnt have money to pay for the vehicle at the time, and they had a recommendation for a loan option to pay for the vehicle. I applied because I really needed that car working, even though my credit wasnt excellent, I still was able to do it. They had an engine shop work on the engine part and the rest, they did. The work was done great and for all the work they did there was no hiccups. I got the car back within a week or so. Owner was patient with us and answered any questions we had.Thanks for the great experience!

I left my car with Case describing a problem that occurred on acceleration. After a week, the owner called to tell me there is no problem ..the engine’s as good as new. I picked it up and paid for their service. After taking it elsewhere I found out he was right. The problem was the transmission. Case had only driven from the curb into the shop without accelerating. They were a waste of time and money.

Every one that I worked with were extremely friendly and professional, super helpful !! Everything was explained to me in my type language which is definitely not mechanic talk … they were all awesome I have been recommending them to everyone, I definitely feel 💯 comfortable driving my car now . Before I was worried some thing was going to fall off or break and was definitely stressing me !! So thank you Case automotive !!!

My wife and daughters were in the area on an overnight visit. Later in the day when getting ready to return home to Central Oregon, my wifes Expedition began to miss and run rough.Case Automotive came highly recommended by a local towing company. It was too late in the day to get it diagnosed and repaired, but Rob assured us that they would get right on it in the morning. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and had a new sparkplug and coil pack installed in a very short while. I would give the 8 stars if I could! Rob and Ted are great guys.Turned on my van Friday morning to find an awful rattle. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday for an appointment with another dealership. Case Automotive was able to see me that afternoon. After Ted diagnosed the problem he took the time to show me what it was. Not only that, when he found out I do my own maintenance he showed me step by step how to fix it. Rob ordered the part for me and had it delivered to the shop so I wouldnt have to risk driving it. He sold me the part at cost (actually, it might have been a slight discount), and was nothing but courteous.Dont hesitate to go there. Theyll take care of you right, and make you feel comfortable while you wait.

Rob and his crew took good care of my 1996 Ford Ranger. The head gasket blew on I-5 and I had to get it towed to a facility within 15 miles. After diagnosing the problem, he called and explained everything to me. When the repairs were done, I picked up the truck and drove it for about 300 miles and the check engine light came on. I called Rob and he said to bring it back. They diagnosed a deeper problem that required tearing down the engine. I picked it up today and it drives like a dream. It was not cheap, but I have a 7 year warranty as long as I document oil changes at 3000 miles and a truck that is going to perform well for me through that time thanks to Rob and his crew.

Worked on my truck twice, fast service. Will definitely continue to bring my truck here for future work.

Actually, its HAGonzales i took my 150 Ford due to loosing lots of water for radiator and heater not working. What a joy and great experience . He was knowledgeable and customer friendly. My first contact with Case Automotive was when I needed an engine light checked. Rob, the owner, immediately had me drive my car into the shop and checked it for me. He discovered a small leak in a hose. Rob replaced the hose, for me. At the same time, Rob discovered that my drivers door was squeaking and proceeded to oil all of my doors. I mentioned a problem, I was having, with my rear tail gate and Rob got out some tools and made some adjustments to it. Afterwards, the tail gate worked great (first time in months!) Rob only charged me a couple of dollars, for the hose, and refused any other payment. I was very impressed to say the least. A couple of months later I brought in my Subaru for some overdue maintenance and parts replacement. Rob explained everything that was needed and why. He printed me out a list, that was very clear as to what needed to be done. I did some checking and found that Robs pricing seemed to be fair and gave the go ahead for the work to begin. The work was done in a timely manner and I can certainly tell the difference in the running of my Subaru. I have just had a third visit with Case Automotive, with our Ford Explorer. It was in need of Brakes and new Shocks. Again, this work was done in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the work. Transportation to and from home was even provided when it was needed. Rob is very personable and easy to talk with. As a woman, I have had mechanics that just brushed me off. This is not Rob, he takes the time to explain the workings of the different parts of the car so that even I understand it! I am happy to recommend Case Automotive to anyone seeking a good and honest auto repair shop.

I think they did a great job. They found, and fixed, my original problem. In addition, they spotted a couple other issues, notified me, and fixed them at no extra cost! Kept me informed about all findings and anything needed throughout entire repair process :)And I disagree with the previous comment, about taking your vehicle to a dealer. A dealer has much higher prices, they charge you for every little item, and their warranties are only good for 120 days to 1 year.Case did me a solid ;)

Rob (and Jesse) did everything they could to fix my car without going to the expense of installing a new motor but alas, it was not going to happen. In the end Rob was able to find a rebuilt motor; with a warranty no less. The prices are competitive and I would recommend Case Automotive whole-heartedly based on their mechanical expertise, their honesty and their integrity in the community. My Lexus needed a timing belt which was no problem for Case to take care of. But the technician did a full inspection on my “new” used car and found that the tire profile was too wide and actually rubbing the inner sidewall making for a safety issue. The attention to detail really made an impression on me.

I must say, the owner was very helpful and really seemed to care what was going on with my wifes car. He pointed out one issue that we had not known about and showed her the LEAK. This place is horrible. I took my vehicle in at 9am, they said that they would look at the alighment and let me know by noon because they were free. I placed little markers under my tires to see if they even moved it. I came back at 4pm and he said nothing was wrong with it. He literally did not move the vehicle the entire day, and did not even move the steering wheel because I have an inconspicuous security dashcam pointed towards it and he did not enter my vehicle one time.

Took my truck in for an alignment and was told it needed $1000 worth of repairs to replace my hub bearings in order for the alignment to be warrantied. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and upon driving away I was hearing a clunking sound from the front end. I took the truck into another shop and had them look it over and was told that they didnt tighten anythind down and my truck was already out of alignment. I had them also look at my hub bearings and they informed me that nothing was wrong with my truck. Fourtunately enough this second shop was able to quickly align my truck free of charge as well with no permanent damage done. I called back to Case Automotive to try and get a refund but they refused saying that it wasnt warrantied as I wouldnt let them do they hub bearings on my truck.

Put new struts and shocks on my truck and did an alignment. great job going back for an exhaust.
