I really like Woodburn car Craft I used to take my car to a local competitor and their customer service was lacking and they wouldnt follow up on things. With Daniel here I always feel that my concerns are taken care of and addressed quickly.

Quick and attentive like always. I started bringing my cars here about a year ago and I stopped going anywhere else. The $15 monthly membership covers unlimited oil changes, bulb replacement, wiper replacement, tire rotation, and a bunch of other great discounts. It makes regularly scheduled maintenance a breeze without added expense. Highly recommend.

They were honest and trustworthy. And they went to bat with me with insurance. I would definitely use them if i lived in the neighborhood.

These guys did an engine replacement in my odyssey, maintenance on my 4runner and I’ve always been completely satisfied with how they’ve performed. I was coming home from a road trip heading north on I-5 and broke down just outside of woodburn. My insurance company gave me Carcrafts number. As soon as I called them I knew I made the right choice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They managed to squeeze me in and since I could not ride in the tow truck the owner even picked me up from the freeway and took me back to the auto garage where they gave me a fair quote and immediately got to work on my CR-V. The owner then took me to my hotel room. After 1 day they quickly got my car repaired and met the quote they priced me out at and quickly got me back on the road again. I was so relieved when I made it home with zero problems. The group at Carcraft are very knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and helpful. You can count on them to get you back on the road again and at a good fair price . Best mechanics Ive ever dealt with. I highly recommend them 👌 👏 👍

Great body shop fast repair of your car or truck

Woodburn Carcraft helped us out immediately in a big pinch yesterday (8/24/20) when our truck broke down outside of Woodburn. Did a proper diagnosis and repair while we waited despite having some understandable (and stated) issues sourcing the right part for our 13 year old, high-mileage vehicle. They went out of their way (literally) to get the part and help us get home, with a long drive to go after the repair. Daniel from Carcraft also followed up today via phone to make sure we got home OK. Highly recommend this shop!

Great customer service good work at a fair price

Wonderful experience. My car broke down on. I-5 and I needed a new drive belt, battery and alternator. Im a AAA member and they hooked me up the moment I got there and took care of me. Theyve got wonderful personalities and senses of humor and they really know their stuff. All Ive got to say is if yall are reading this thanks for helping me and my family make it the 400 miles home

Please dont go here. The head mechanic was super condescending and rude. He needs to be trained in customer service.We came in for a Knock sensor issue and we were pretty sure it was that. He instantly turned around and told us it had nothing to do with acceleration or any of the symptoms it was having without even looking at the car. Suprise, it does! Any mechanic will tell you that. Sounds like he needs to go back to school and learn some things... So that was an instant red flag. He tried to tell us he would have to pull out the motor to get to the sensor which actually sits RIGHT on top! Haha, no. We called him out on that instantly. He left and came back in 30 min or so and he just told us it was Rod Knock. Which it very well could have been...but he started saying how our old mechanic did a terrible job on our head gaskets. The other shop is a top star deal in which they SPECIALIZE in Subarus. They showed us their thorough work and they did a great job. He said it as a aha, also I know better than you statement with a smirk on his face.So heres the good part.... I looked at the invoice he handed me and he stated they scanned it for codes and the codes had cleared. No they werent. Went home and it threw the SAME codes we took it in for.So he LIED and he didnt even check the sensor for us!!!!I called immediately and he said well, we didnt see any codes and I told him it sounds like he needs a new one. He was very rude and told me to come back to get a refund then. Which I promptly did.The front desk lady was very sweet and respectful. Sounds like she needs to teach them a thing or two about customer service and being respectful.All in all, its not that hes wrong, but they arent thorough here whatsoever. They will be very passive aggressive and rude and then ROB YOU of $105 for an inspection that really only took them 10 min or so. He didnt check anything. What a waste of time.UPDATE: We pulled the piece out we suspected had the issues. It was completely busted and cracked in half. We replaced it ourselves and the car accelerates just fine now.So yes. The guy never even checked the d peice in the first place. Thanks for literally nothing.

My wife took my 2006 in for an oil change and check and when we got it back The nice folks mentioned we had a coolant leak they were concerned about. Its not often I admit I am wrong so here is the deal. My car was not loosing coolant that I could tell and it wasnt really leaving stains on the ground so I ignored the suggestion. About three weeks later I drive to work and arrive in a cloud of steam with coolant streaming out what I assume is the heater hose. These folks were friendly and honest with use and I have the experience to prove it. I recommend.

Woodburn Carcraft, Michael and his father Doug are a family owned company that have been around for a long time and know their stuff. They helped us at Baker & Baker Towing painting our 1925 Model T tow truck and it came out great. This along with many other little body work and paint jobs weve had done over the years. They do good work, have reasonable prices and always make sure we are happy with the finished product. I would and do recommend them to anybody!

Wow, what a top shelf shop. We lost the brakes on our trip from Seattle to LA Cruz Mexico and by luck made it into an RD park just before 5pm. The park recommended these guys so I called just after 5. Michael answered and after I explained our situation assured me he could make room for us, even offering to let us stay in the rig free in the shop parking lot. We were there when they open at 8 am and by 8:20 Larry was under the rig, brake reservoir open and topped off. Still no brakes so they pulled in and by 9:15 had a list of needed parts. Longer story short, we were back on the road that evening even after needing to get parts from Portland. I have been turning wrenches on everything from big trucks to race cars and marine diesels. I would trust them with any of my rigs. Fair, honest and straight forward.

These guys are the perfect family business. Honest as the day is long. I have enjoyed working with these folks. Straight shooters and always concerned about their customer service. Kudos guys! I will always return to Woodburn Carcraft.

As a retired mechanic, I was happy to find a local shop that does quality work every time! I have relied on this shop to do my regular maintenance and deal with mechanical problems I had with two other older cars that I used to run around town with. I like how they are straightforward with their customers. Things wear out! Like the window in my minivan. They fixed it the first time for a reasonable price. Very disappointing day servicing my RV. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 8:00 A.M.. Upon arrival was told the RV tech didn’t work on Mondays and they would keep the coach overnight. After voicing my disappointment they chose to do it same day. I provided the oil filter for the generator knowing it may be a problem to locate. I told the office of this upon arrival but apparently the communication broke down.Upon completion and arriving home the oil level on the main engine was a quart low. Called to request a stop by my house to top off the oil they shorted. Left a message that was never returned. Total cost for oil change and visual inspection of brakes belts and tires came to $220.00 ($75 for the oil change, $105 for servicing the generator, $40 for oil and materials ). Total time at the shop was 9 hours. All this being said the guys on the shop floor were very respectful and helpful when I came over to the shop.

These guys are a great bunch. When our insurance wouldnt come through they helped us out so much.First we lived in this car because we had fallen down on our luck. They let us come and get some of our belongings after they were already working on it.Second we had someone break into our car and steal most of our funds and couldnt pay for our deductible and they worked with us so We could get our car.Third they were waiting on parts for our vehicle and our insurance wouldnt pay for our rental for the extra days and they paid for it.They were there for us like a family. Their quote specialist, Neal gave us an expedient quote to put in a new starter with no extras added on. The car was ready to pick-up the same day! I needed some extra work done that I had been putting off because of the price quote I received from a local Honda dealer and they were able to slashed the quote I received from Honda!One thing I didn’t realize is that Woodburn Carcraft does much more than body work! They can check your fluids, change oil, do diagnostics, repair breaks, change bulbs and even wash your car when finished with the repair, and a lot more! Awesome repair minor hiccup with my insurance but was handled well. I am very awkward when I meet new people especially in a situation where I am a client. Micheal seemed to understand that and guided me through with total patience. I am definitely going back but only to have my vehicle check ups done, I use my vehicle for Uber and having a trust worthy shop is a definitely a need. My only suggestion is to have more communication with clients, it might have been a bit hectic around that time and so I gave them a 5 star due to how they effectively dealt with the challenge. I went to Woodburn carcraft for a preliminary estimate on the damage to my new truck. I was amazed by the way the adjuster was caring and professional. Mike had the paperwork and photos done in a couple of minutes and also sent the estimate to the insurance company for me. They did a good job on the work. But poor communication and they had me waiting for quite awhile before even talking to me.

I took my truck in to be serviced and checked out. They not only did a half ass job the first time but we brought it back after complaining for them to fix there wrong doing. They still did a half ass job the second time and left greasy gunk all over my tires and expensive rims. They were negligent and were careless about my truck or my satisfaction. I do not recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever go here again.

Had a new motor put in my truck from these guys. Was lied too about when the work would start and be done, never got any updates and had to continue to go up there and check if they were keeping their word. Then things were broken off of truck and scratches/dents all over the vehicle. The truck runs horrible after getting it back and I’m having to constantly take it back up there and they continue to feed me nonsense about how the problems are fixed and still hasn’t been fixed. Also had to take the truck back up to have the break in oil changed out and they just carelessly pour oil all over this brand new engine.. it’s been a nightmare dealing with these guys an expensive one.. only positive thing I can say is the owner is a pretty cool guy, too bad he can’t get any good mechanics!

We had a tranny failure on I-5 and our vehicle was towed to Carcraft late that evening with a recommendation from our insurance company. My wife and 4 kids stayed at a nearby hotel, first thing in the morning i headed to Carcraft, not really knowing what to expect. The people were very helpful, and Michel and the crew were quick to diagnose the problem ( full tranny failure). They let me use a truck to get the rest of my family, got me hooked up with a car rental so i could get my family back to Washington. They were kind enough to let me keep my vehicle there for the week until the car dealership takes care of the problem. My hope is Carcraft will be able to replace the tranny, they have been great thus far and i know they would do a great job....Thanks to everyone there!Update...5/15/16.Its been a couple weeks since we had Carcraft rebuild our transmission and all i can say is,job well done!We were happy to let Carcraft work on our Escalade, our dealership, who was paying half the bill, said the price (to their surprise) was what they would have had it done for. This place does budget work with used parts and charges you full price. We took our truck in to get windshield, side windows, and some interior work done to fix water leaking into the cabin.This shop kept our truck for months because supposedly they couldnt fit the windshield and once it was finally returned, the work was awful. Windshield chrome piece was not properly fit, side windows leaked air, thus would have leaked water, and visor clip was broken by their staff. We also saw small items missing once it was returned. To top that off, they did not re-bolt the seat into place, which is a HUGE safety concern!!A few weeks later, we went to let them know we wanted the issues fixed. The guy, owners son, was there and he had an awful attitude! We asked about all the work and he was mad we were questioning his shops shotty work, especially the windshield. The windshield replacement had a non-sealed gasket around the windshield & you could lift it from all 4 corners. The chrome part that goes around the gasket was too small & did not touch in the corners. When asked about the side windows, he said he did not use new parts, because they were on a budget, yet we never said there was a budget! The side windows used parts did not create a seal & he let us know that he was happy with his work. I told him it looked like budget work and he got mad saying he didnt want his work to be insulted. When asked if he was proud of his work, he declined to respond.He never once called us to let us know that the piece was not OEM & that he couldnt make the repairs, instead, he held onto the truck for months trying to get it to work. We went to another place & they were able to let us know we could get an OEM part! When we confronted him about it he said the other body shop was lying & that he tried to get the part.He called me a smartass & told me that he didnt want to talk to me anymore because I was insulting & questioning the work. I asked him if when he provided the estimate if he told my dad that the repairs would be perfect or if the repairs would be good enough & he refused to answer that simple question, calling it misleading. When he refused to answer that question he walked right through my mom & I and he actually pushed himself through me! I told him that he is not to touch me! I never once was threatening & had my arms crossed so for him to walk through me instead of around is uncalled for! No customer should ever be physically pushed aside by an employee, regardless of what their title is, especially a man doing that to a woman half his size! Unprofessional.Eventually he fixed the windshield after we told him about the OEM part & redid the side windows as they should have been. Why didnt he just do this at the beginning?! $3,000 was too overpriced for bad work and then having to fight to get the right work done. He now refuses to fix the visor clip they broke and doesnt return calls when he said that all his work would be guaranteed.Take your business elsewhere unless you want to overpay for bad work and horrible customer service with someone who doesnt mind pushing a woman half his size!
