Register one had a long line due to three older ladies purchases carts full. The manager of the store saw that but only opened up register three for one Spanish speaking customer. Everyone else was directed to stand and wait in line at register one. Do better management!!!

Customer service, Customer service, Customer service, staff needs to be friendly with customers. As soon as you walk in you feel so much negativity. Management needs to work together with staff as a team to clean up the store and make it presentable. You can tell this is obviously a result of lack of management.

Lots of good finds at Dollar Tree. Popped in to pick up acetaminophen n found 5 pk ramen noodles for a buck! N, of course, I cant leave without grabbing a couple of those nut rolls. Theyre so doggone good!

Why cant anyone pick up the phone. I called twice needed to ask a question but i cant know the answer if no one picks up the phone. Nice customer service. 🙄🤨

The customer service is worse than you would expect even from a Dollar Tree. The two employees that I saw this morning (08.07.21 around 1145) appeared to be on the verge of suicide. They looked miserable. The tallvery skinny male employee was walking around quietly, but audibly, cursing while complaining. The female cashier didnt greet any of the customers in line ahead of me or myself when it was my turn to check out.The store appears to be mostly organized and somewhat clean, but the customer service is deplorable at this location.

This Dollar Tree is the worst. The staff does not speak unless you say hello.People are spending their money in this establishment the least you can do is say hello. The staff will follow the energy flow of the Manager. Speaking of the Manager he is definitely not happy and it shows. I will no longer spend my money here. The Dollar Tree on Apollo is well staffed with happy and professional employees. Its a tad bit of a drive but I rather spend my money where I feel welcome then to walk into an establishment and feel like unwelcome.Customer service is key!!!

The worst dollar store in the area with some very unprofessional managers!! I would not recommend this location to anyone it’s always messy and the store is never organized !!

The workers there let me walk around, collect a cart full of stuff, and without a heads up closed the register and didnt tell me they wouldnt ring me up until I pulled up to the cash register. I would have really appreciated a heads up.

The manager there is disrespectful and bad mouths people for no good reason. She is always in a bad mood, and so are the employees. You can’t even ask them simple questions without getting disrespectful responses.

The cashier Christen was so nice and friendly. She was helping everyone, while still ringing up customers. Awesome spirit.

Cashiers wear their mask on their chin. Unfortunately, they do not cover their mouth and nose. Sign on the door says masks required but I guess you dont have to wear it properly???One employee was talking loudly to a patron as she stood right next to me, maskless! I hope I dont get sick from trying to pick up rubbing alcohol 😷😷

Items never seem to get stocked, instead cluttered aisles. Needs more employees or better management

The store was clean, the a good amount of products, and everything was a dollar. Would definitely go back to get small party items or crafting materials.

This is the only dollar tree that’s close to me and still like 12 min away which is actually way down the block. I got there, me & another lady only to read a sign “won’t be opening, 11-7 thanks management.” Funny because I googled what time they open being it was Sunday . So it was a waste of time & gas. If your going to update your hours at least do it on the sight to management. Won’t be stopping here any morning due to inconvenience.

I went in the Dollar Tree to find a new novel to read. They always have a few good fiction and nonfiction books to choose from. Where else can a person get a new book to read for $1? Its a great deal! I purchase other things here, too, such as candy, cosmetics, and shampoo/conditioner. Great value items for a ridiculously low price!

Place was filthy, trash in piles on the floor, all shelves messed up, trolleys sitting on the floor with merchandise in it, open and empty boxes in the aisles. Cashier did not greet anyone. Has really gone down hill as well as store 1890. Do not ho to either one unless absolutely necessary

I went in here today to buy balloons for a friend. When I left the store one of the balloons got away. As I was pulling out they gentlemen from the store was walking up to me with another balloon. Best experience ever. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Best location in town. Well stocked clean and not over crowed. STAY AWAY!!! This is my secret location. 😝

I gave my mom a gift and she loved it

Cashier didnt know how to bag my stuff at all. Just shoved my silk flowers into the bag. Didnt double the bags and when I got home I was missing one of the candy bars I had gotten. Im sure its laying in the bag hanging area somewhere. What she crammed into 2 bags should have been put into at least 3 bags.

This particular store was trashed. Plus boxes stacked up all over the store, 1 cashier on duty. He was very friendly and the line moved quickly.
