Be careful when Buying from Drive-Time. They dont give you ALL the facts about the vehicle youre opting to rent-to-own more or less. Just got the car in January on the 26th or 27th and by April, we were discovering things the person Never told us about the vehicle. 1. The tires were mismatched and low with pressure. 2. The filter was NEVER changed and was filthy as hell, leaves and all stuck up in there; just nasty... 3. The car was in an accident but we werent told exactly /where/ and had to discover it was on the front... needs to be dented out, sanded down and repainted. 4. Alignments were not done. Oil changes were not done. Back Up Camera is messed up. I seriously would have given this car BACK had I known all this stuff was wrong with it. They failed to give Proper Information on what they were selling. Of course when getting a used vehicle youre going to pay something out of pocket, but /all/ of this?? Oh and the Lug-nuts were missing on ALL the tires. Just.. too much to deal with. Know what to look for next time if we get a car from here...

I have to say that I am utterly disappointed by DriveTime’s servicesI am grateful to have gotten the opportunity to finance a vehicleBut I’m also aware that I signed a bad dealPutting that aside you would hope that at least the service would make up for itI had lifted my hold on my DMV account on time in February 2021Even went to the DMV twice only to find out that the vehicle wasn’t even in the systemSince then I have been lied to, been told that my registration has been mailed to me and we are almost stepping into the month of MayBesides thatWithin only two month of having this vehicle ... mechanic issues occurredI then towed the vehicle to a mechanic that was supposedly covered by Silver RockOnly for them not to cover camshafts and batteriesThis overpriced mechanic basically charged me over $200USD for an oil change, which was supposed to have lifted the issue for a short period of timeShort alrightCould not even drive home before the car shut down againWhen I then informed drive timeI was also told that a weak battery was not considered to be a bad battery - is this a joke !!NeverthelessAs said before I’m utterly disappointed and I’m still waiting on my vehicle registration to this day

Starting off when I got there it was going ok. I got a little concerned when the salesman was pressuring me to purchase a certain car, so I asked to see a few more.... on the test drive he was confident about that car I was driving until I got into another and he was over confident about that car. Finally, I chose and was pleased until a week later things started changing, it was the brakes, then the truck started leaking fluids and it was the fuel pump and not to mention the warranty company didnt want to pay for ANYTHING, then it was something here and there to do with the axle, now 3 months later, ITS MY ENGINE!!!! And the extended warranty company is saying they wont cover it, oh heck naw, the Lord is going to fight my battle on this one. I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND DRIVETIME TO ANYONE, I didnt even want to give them the 1 star I had to give. I wouldve taken the car back but I missed the deadline of 5 days. Silver Rock did end up paying for the work that needed to be done, because its in my warranty people, but now this and theyre saying no, they lunching. Very bad experience for me and I hope that if you do decide to purchase from here, your experience would be that of a much more pleasant one.Upset and Frustrated to the bone client. 💔 ...🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

From the time I step foot on this lot, I could feel this place was shady. First off! The used cars they sell here aren’t very good quality but to make problems worst when I told the salesman outside I had an appointment he gave me a big attitude, then overlooked me and greeted my husband instead. Thank God! I was unable to buy a car here because they don’t finance any ride share workers, but I wouldn’t recommend any person buy car here because they are very dishonest people. Here’s why: The car I was interested in was a BMW X3 but me and my husband heard the engine knocking but when I asked the sales person about the engine knocking he said “That’s how it supposed to sound because it is a turbo engine” ... lies!! I knew it was a lie because I had test drove another BMW X3 before coming there and the engine didn’t sound like that. But anyways, I ended up buying a car from Carmax and I’m very happy with the level of respect and good customer service I received there.God knows best.
