I hope my car needs service soon so I can go play with their espresso machine again! No, but seriously, my three young boys and I had to wait almost 3 hours for service, but that time flew right by.There were two waiting rooms, one with televisions, and one without. There was free WiFi, a snack and beverage vending machine, lots of comfortable chairs, balloons.... (not my favorite part), desks, reading material, close to the large restrooms, a car battery hooked-up with myriad charger cables, a hot/cold water dispenser, tea station, and then the amazing espresso/latte/hot chocolate maker!! Clearly, this is a first for me..The only thing that would have made the waiting room better would be a complimentary snack machine, like a popcorn maker or something, and then paper cups instead of foam, since my one year old couldnt resist chewing the edges off. Oh yeah, my car is fine too.All-in-all, Im one happy customer, thanks for taking care of us! My first experience here, and it was great through and through.
Nothing but pressure. I felt like they wanted to force me to buy car from them. Would definitely not recommend this unless you are an experienced car buyer. Expect games to be played like the keep me waiting for 30 min. Did not enjoy my time here and definitely didnt buy their car.

This is not the dealer you know. This is a totally different experience. Low pressure, EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable team, stupendous service after purchase or even for your current vehicle. They are straight up with you, never lead you on, and make a fair deal to get you that purchase you will never have remorse on. With a LIFETIME bumper to bumper warranty? How can you NOT go here?
Most of the time great customer service in the maintenance section. Though sometimes they...dont relay essential information. But if any troubles, the service dept manager will make it right.

The place has great convenient hours but thats about it. I took my car for an oil change and Emission/State inspection and it took 8 hours to get my car😱The only explanation I got was that Im sorry but we are very busy today I dropped off my car at 705am and didnt get it back until 430pm. Unacceptable service. Will not return.
Needs an overhaul to draw dodge people like myself to a new vehicle.
Had recalls x 3. Did all same day. One required new catalytic converter. Made a huge diff in how my car runs. Friendly. Polite. Chairs for customers are horrible if youre large. All have arms. Come on...cater to us full figured ladies. Maybe Ill buy a car instead of running to CarMax.
I went to look at cars for my daughter and they checked my credit, which is fine; however after deciding to not purchase a car, they continue to check my credit. My credit score continues to decrease and they continue to check my score without my permission. I have called and left serveral messages and have yet to hear a response. I will be reporting them to the BBB.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT TO DROP CONTINUOUSLY
At oil change told us $5,000$ to repair suspension, month later oil low, charged us another oil change, now month later oil consumption check says engine bad on jeep compass $9,000$ bought jeep 3 years ago from lustine after 50,000 now car is totalled according to service department still owe $5,000 on it. at the oil change they where trying to get us to trade in the car, guess we should have sincenow according to service our jeep is worth - $19,000, update 5.1.2020 car was taken in for oil service at 12700 miles differential service was due at 12900 WHICH NoOne told us of service need we have the credit card bill from all the recommended services of course differential went completely out after 131000, lustine says not covered and be 2700 dollars to repair, feed up we decide to trade it lustine offers us 1 dollar for trade in we still owe 3000 dollars, auto for life doesnt exist anymore which was major selling point of car . Do Not trust their service department to know of ur maintenance required and dont trust either of sales department.

Second time going in for service and I couldnt be happier with my experiences. I usually dread going to dealerships for service especially with surprise costs not found until you reach the cashier but the quote here was spot on. The entire process from making the appointment online, being received to drop off the car, speaking with the service advisor, the work done and the cashier were surprisingly pleasant. Not what I was expecting and I didnt post a review until my second time just in case the first time was a fluke. It wasnt, they really are that good.
When you make an appointment they get you in and out. Ive come here for years and its nice to see & know the same Service people. Customer lobby is a little cold this time of year though
If I could post without giving this place a star I would. I have yet to have a satisfactory visit to the Jeep services. But its the only Jeep dealership in my proximity so I go for my oil change and I have now left this place twice and had other major work suddenly appear on my Jeep. I wish I knew of another place to go for reliable service.
Worst place to buy car.Sales people dont even have a little business manners.I saw the car online,and I let them know that I was interested.When I reached there the car was not even in there park.They had to call someone to bring it.And he had it for personal use.When he came, he had more than 3000 miles more than the listed mileage.And they still wanted to sell it more than the listed price.And you wont believe that,all these wait and after they did their finance thing, they came trying to make us buy a car we didnt go for.We did not go for it and the way they thank us is talk trash to us,saying that the money we are even trying to put down is to buy phones not for cars.I kept my cool tho because I know its not the only place to buy cars.So,I warned you...

Had a 10am appointment for an oil change, got a call at 3:15pm that it was ready. What a joke, why do places like this even have appointments if it takes 5 hours to do one thing. Of course I got the obligatory call mid afternoon to do $300 worth of upsells on service I guarantee you my car could do without for now and/or I could find for cheaper elsewhere. I overheard a tech when I dropped off say over the phone I had two people no show, so we tag teamed your service gross, also why did my ONE oil change take 5 hours then?

Not sure what difference between this entry and the lustine dodge and jeep. But you really begin to feel like this place is like a second family real quick! I really love heir new customer service and service department! I had heard so many stories about how horrible they were and was nervous about walking in there, but I am really glad we did. They are nothing like they use to be!
They have free coffee. If going, go when you have time does take a couple hours for an out change. Staff could be friendlier but hey get yourself some free coffee.
The service there was pretty good where we went (14211 Jefferson Davis Hwy). We had a guy there, Hadley Blue, who was polite and helped us through our issue

When planning to purchase a 70,000 plus vehicle, found this dealership to be incredibly unprofessional, and unethical. Misled by saleman, and two sale managers. Complete waste of time trying to do business with this dealership. This dealership had my husband drive FIVE hours (round trip, and sit hours in the dealership) to purchase a truck, under the guarantee we have a deal. Upon arrival, at the dealership they had a bidding war in the showroom over said vehicle. Unethical, shameful, disgusting. A vehicle is a vehicle at the end of the day, but their business practices are a disgrace. This is why the car sales industry has such an incredibly bad reputation. Dealerships like this one.
This is for the service department! They do a good job with service... And if anything isnt done properly they make sure to fix it. They usually have loaner cars available if you wont have your car for a few days. Its also pretty easy to schedule an appointment. My only issue is how long I normally have to wait just to have an oil change done. I once waited almost 3 hours!

Im not sure why we keep taking my husbands car here - theres never the same people working in the back, and they all make up rules. No you have to call to schedule. You can just walk in! You have to make an appointment online - yet their online appointment site never works.If it were my car alone, Id never come back here. That said, they have good turnaround times. I just dont get that honest vibe here.

I have had poor service with less than friendly associates. Buying my car was horrible and I had to come back 3 times to sign things the finance person forgot. Then when the first payment came around the total price was 10k over what was on the paperwork and what was spoken about. Have contacted people many times and get NO RESPONSE. Only more surveys saying someone will contact me. But never hear anything.
My mom rings her vehicle there for service. Seems like a good place to get service done, no complaints yet.

Dealers continue to play the same old games with pricing and markups. Internet pricing isnt what you think it is when the dealer adds $700 in doc prep fees or wont talk price if you are going to compare it to another dealers price. You lose Lustine. I bought a Chevy.Because of lengthy delays in installing mudflaps, running boards and the bed cover the service writer offerred to fill my tank. As usual when it came time to deliver, the dealership forgot the promise and didnt deliver.

It took twice as long as estimated to change my oil and do the inspection. They also charge for shop supplies on top of parts and service fee.
Professional and courteous from check-in to finish. Never felt I was being given the run around or the hurry-up .

They were supposed to fix a problem with the rear door showing open on the display in my new Chrysler Pacifica, however it still has the same problem several days later. I will take it to another dealer this time for repairs, because I dont trust their service technicians.

This place is a joke! Took my jeep in for an oil change, nothing more. They offered their vehicle inspection and tire rotation. Their inspection yielded $1500 worth of required maintenance to keep a warranty that Ive been told time after time that I didnt have. They didnt rotate the tires, and I found my jeep leaking oil hours after I got home because they failed to tighten the drain plug. I called to talk to asinine about it and after playing phone tag all day, thats where it ended...... This place is horrible and has been since day 1! Stay away!
