Thanks to Shahnaz! We remained with our purchase, because after first buying from another salesperson and then waiting all day through the delivery window to be informed that it was never in route to be delivered. After being dismissed by the district manager. Shahnaz went above and beyond to get our mattress delivered. Will update after delivery with pictures. Delivery is performed by a third party. My mattress was delivered from Fredericksburg to a distribution center in MD to be delivered to my house in Woodbridge, VA. Third party did a fantastic job. After they left I opened the mattress protector to set up my mattress when I open it there is a yellow stain on the sheet. On Monday I call and try to inform Wayne that my brand new mattress protector that was just delivered stained I was told that he was with a client and would call me back. After two hour I call a different store and that gentleman solves my issue and tells me my protector is not in stock but will arrive Wednesday. Today Thursday I walk in and they set my stuff up with someone elses and know I have to wait until Monday. After explaining that this should have been delivered initially on the original delivery date 09-24-2020. After I looked through I was able to walk away with our mattress protector today. When I decided to get a mattress I will not be going to mattress firm.

Yesterday, I stopped by this store around noon shopping for comfortable pillows. The person who was there got up quickly and was quick into action as far as presenting different kinds of pillows and encouraging me to try them. Some of the products I was trying seemed of high quality and excellent. The reason I am giving the two stars is because when I was done trying the different pillows and got out of the bed, I noticed blood stains on the pillow and the sheet that was covering it and I noticed a cut on my right index finger that was bleeding. I was not sure how I got the cut but the person said it could be a paper cut from the pillows. He was again quick to offering a bandage and a cleansing sanitizer. The cut looked slightly deeper than a paper cut as there was flesh exposed where the skin was. The man apologized and I accepted his apology but I have never had this happen to me before from trying a pillow and I am writing this review so people can watch for a trend as this can be a safety concern.

Even Though it took me a while to make my choice, Jose was patient and I appreciated that very much. I’m excited for my purchase and can’t wait till it arrives. If we could, we good give more than just 5 stars!Jose Alvarez was very kind and helpful, he provided options to meet our desired bundle combinations from sheets, pillows, mattress protector and adjustable base that came with our purple mattress.Some bundle options were not available from the manufacturer but Jose matched what we needed with superior alternative. Our pillow set is one of the examples from this transaction, we needed 1 pillow for side sleeper and another for back sleeper. This option was not available when we checked the manufacturer’s website but we ended up getting this combination with the discount the website offers from.We are very happy with our experience and would recommend the store to everyone!

We walked in expecting to just look around and lay down! Little did we know Jose A. would be our guide to what a good mattress should look and feel like for us! My experience went from wonderful to extremely disappointing. Our scheduled delivery window was 11-1. My mother got a call from a automated system saying that they were going to be at my house in 10 mins. Mind you my mother doesnt live with me. No one called me to tell me that the mattresses were coming. I left work early so I could be at home from 11-1. I was told that someone was at my door. Did not hear a thing and no one even called to say that they were at the door. I called the store and of course now they cant come back and deliver the beds today but could on Sunday. I got another call back saying that they cant deliver on Sunday but they can on Monday. This has turned out to be an incredible display of inconvenience for me and my two boys who dont have a bed to sleep on in their new home. The staff did an extraordinary job of making this moving weekend for my boys and I a terrible one. After I spent over $5000 in the store. Nothing was said about a discount or anything. I honestly dont believe that any effort was put into trying to secure a slot for my beds to be delivered today or even Sunday. I think they just looked up whatever was first available. Its real easy to not care when it does not effect you or your family. Will not recommend or be back.

BEWARE of this location and the salesperson Wayne, he also works at multiple Mattress Firm locations. My new mattress was scheduled for delivery on Nov 14th. I received a phone call from Wayne on the day of delivery stating my mattress would not be delivered because the delivery truck had to come from MD and since my delivery was the only one in my area, it would not be delivered. How is this my problem?? We discussed an alternative delivery date of Nov 21st, but I just learned I will not receive my mattress on that date either. When will I receive my delivery?

Just had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Dillingham Square and with Jose. I needed a twin mattress on the spot and phoned ahead to see if they had any onsite. Jose let me know what was available and I ran over there to check it out while I was out picking up a pizza. The Doze medium twin size mattress was just what I needed and the purchase process was quick and easy (so my pizza didn’t get cold) and Jose even loaded it into my car for me. I chose this store because it has the largest selection of mattress options near my home in Stafford. I was here to complete a return of a mattress that I purchased at the Stafford store and wasnt happy with. I spoke with Jose Alvarez on the phone before coming in to make sure that 3 of the mattresses I saw online were in the store so he knew this and had no real sale to make. However Jose is such a professional and amazing at his job. He truly wanted to make sure that I choose the perfect mattress for my needs. He had me get on the bed I disliked and tell him why and then asked me what I was missing that would give me that perfect nights sleep. He then spent a lot of time listening and showing me 5-6 options and making sure I stayed on them for at least 10 minutes and in my natural sleep positions. After I had eliminated all but 2 he had me get on these for another 15 minutes each and go back and forth until the choice was obvious for me. This sale went through corporate and that was also handled so well that my new mattress will be delivered in less than 48 hours from my visit. Jose also gave me his card and if there are any delivery issues to call him so he can figure it out even though the delivery was made through corporate and he also told me this new bed should be broken in before 2 weeks time and if not to come back in and figure out why. Jose Alvarez is really 100% customer satisfaction and so is Mattress Firm. So excited for my new bed tomorrow!! I will update in 2 weeks and let you all know if Im now getting that perfect nights sleep!

Jose helped narrow down our preference for a bed and then on top of that showed us about 4-5 different types of beds while listing out common occurrences and facts about sleeping. He was really knowledgeable and proficient with mattress choices. Ended up with a purple mattress!

We went to this mattress firm today Thursday August 20th 2020 and received nothing less than phenomenal service from Jose. He took the time to show us a selection of mattresses and went into detail on what to feel for as far comfort. We never felt rushed or felt uncomfortable lying in a bed in a store. He truly embodies the concept of customer service. This was our first stop on what we thought was going to be a longer deal looking for a mattress. Jose listened to us and heard us sensing and ultimately placing on the mattress he knew we would find most comfortable. When we were sitting down for checkout Jose went over all the warranty options for our adjustable bed frame and at first I declined with no pushback from him, which is hard to find in the world of sales. I actually drove home and changed my mind and went back to purchase the warranty. It was more due to his honesty through the entire process that made me want to purchase the additional warranty. Just bought a new mattress here. Blair was knowledgeable and patient as me and my boyfriend went around trying numerous beds. He offered many deals and was helpful in explaining all the specials going on. Although we had to find the cheaper section on our own, he did inform us on the specific brands that were having sales in that section. My wife and I had never personally owned a New mattress, so we fell short of experience. We had gone in a couple of times to talk to Jose. Favorite part about it was we never once felt pressured to make a purchase. The store was very well maintained. Once we made a choice, it was very easy to finance and to schedule delivery. We had a great experience with Jose at the Dillingham Square Mattress Firm. Jose did a fantastic job educating my wife and I in some of the science behind great sleeping. This was a no pressure sales experience and we got a great price on a King size bed with adjustable bases. Now I can sleep in a Zero Gravity position which is very comfortable to my back! The delivery experience was fantastic too. The pre-notification of delivery was great, and they delivered right in between the 2 hour delivery window they provided. The delivery guys were swift, thorough, and neat. They explained how to use the remote for the adjustable bases and cleaned up all the packing materials.
