I placed an order with a coupon online and it said it was completed, but didnt get an email confirmation. I called the store, they had no order for me, I went back online and the everything was back in my cart, I wasnt able to use my coupon, because it was already used in an order that didnt go through which was the first attempt. I wanted curbside because I am having a driver take me, I am unable to drive or walk far because I just got out of surgery and needed somethings. I was told by the manager to call a number, I called, they placed the order for me and gave me a coupon. I had a driver take me to get it and I was missing an item that was the most expensive in the transaction, and was charged for it. I told the associate I was missing an item and they had to go back and check the receipt, came back and said she will get it, came back again and said whoever got the items checked it off but didnt put it with my order and they cant find it. So needed me to go in (I cant walk) to get my refund. Thank God the driver was nice enough to do this for me. But this whole Bed Bath Beyond experience was Beyond terrible. I should have just went to Target or anywhere else.

Too crowded with shelves all the way up to the ceiling. Cant walk and check out things, everything is piled up. It used to be a very nice place where you could buy good stuff. No more.

I returned a coffee grinder that I had purchased online and was looking for a couple of beige shower curtain liners. The return transaction went very smoothly and the cashier was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, they were sold out of standard sized beige shower curtain liners so I had to settle for two ivory ones. Overall, it was a good experience.

Rob helped me so much with ordering a couple gifts for my family living nearby the Crossing Place location. I’m in another state! He went and checked to make sure they had it in stock. He explained their same day delivery!! Thank you so much Rob for helping me get such a nice anniversary gift delivered so fast!!!

Fairly busy on a Sunday morning. Spent a few looking around, but did have a specific purchase in mind. As always ended up finding more items than originally planned, but nonetheless happy with our purchases. Always a favorite store, will return.

Place has all the little stuff for the kitchen. Prices are so so with some thing at full crack and others reduced. Some coupon deals exist but youll have to ask for them or sign up online.Store location close to the mall for comparison and easy to find.

The website has the better options but ships within 2-3 days. While the less attractive items and more expensive items are offered in store.

This is about the manliest girlie store around...its full of everything you can imagine for the home and just enough to keep the guys from getting completely board....

The manager, Dennis, took great care of me when I needed to return a chair, but didnt have the receipt. I ended up walking out with store credit for the amount I paid for the chair. We will definitely return to that location, because of Dennis!

Ok over priced

I bought a Google Nest Thermostat from here in August, I didnt plan on having it installed until December. I wish I had opened this sooner, it came wrapped but upon removing the plastic from the box, I noticed that the box did not have a seal on it. Once i opened it, the product appears to be obviously used. I no longer trust purchasing electronics from BB&B. Theres no way to get someone on the phone with this, I came into the store and they also refused to have it exchanged. No accountability taken for selling me a used product for the full price. Buyer beware that you could also be purchasing used electronics from this store.

Needed a digital clock that displayed the day of the week and date as well as time in large numbers and letters. Went everywhere including Walmart,Target,Best Buy, Staples,Office Depot and multiple smaller stores for 2 days. Gave up, went into Bed Bath and Beyond for nice towels and to look at small appliances and bingo! There was the digital clock sitting right in front of me. Go figure

This location is okay. Typical busy-ness and overcrowded inventory. Staff is friendly and helpful and staffed well to keep the lines moving.This location needs to check their bottom rows for product damage. I went to the bath section looking for a counter tray organizer. Every tray I picked up was damaged and strewn across the row without much care.Side note: Id love to see BB&B return to its original quality platform and not attempt to have EVERY product in the world available. It now reminds me of a high-end Big Lots instead of the go-to home goods retailer I once depended on for select home products at a reasonable prices. Too much stuff...everywhere.

Cozy store. Very helpful staff who arent shy telling you about discounts and coupons. Good discount program with a small annual fee. Huge selection of goods. Makes you want to come here more often. This particular location is out-of-the-way so its not too crowded. Its a quaint feeling; being in a large store without it being crowded. Prices are mostly reasonable.

Purchased 2 high end shower water pixs by Moen. I noticed since my last visit the store felt more COVID compliant. That is, at the front of the store theres more space and less merchandise. Yayyy!! It felt empty and safer vs. overly crowded from overly stocked merchandise near checkout. I recall Dr. Fauci said if we go into an establishment and it doesnt feel right, leave -- today felt right. I also needed to purchase a runner for my hallway but no one was in that area to help so I managed. Otherwise I enjoy shopping at BBAB using my BBAB+ membership for various offers. Thank you!

I love the little kitchen tools that make slicing, grating, and cooking easier. The employees are very helpful. I love the s th ore app as it makes it easier to use coupons and find things. There is plenty of parking. The store is nicely located just off of Interstate 95S near eateries, Target, Office Depot and furniture stores. Just overall great place, great location.

Ive only been in a couple times, but their customer service is top notch. Working in the service industry for years, I truly appreciate the friendly nature of the staff, their timing for asking if they can help, and their walking you to the specific area and making sure there isnt anything else they can do to help. I know everyone has bad days, and encounters the customers from ****, but these guys do great at not letting that show, or making you feel like youre inconveniencing them. They put on a very real happy face. I know how hard that job can be. Keep up the good work guys, you are appreciated!!

There are so many products! This location carries beauty products also. So using their coupons to get what you need makes the final cost less expensive than other places. Customer service is very professional.Happy shopping!

We have recently renovated one our bathrooms and we ended up here to look for to look for some finishing touches. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of all the items I though I needed and by the selection of items that I didnt know that I needed. We were able to find all that we needed in no time at all.

This Bed, Bath and Beyond has good customer service. Every worker offered assistance and stopped what they were doing to do so. It is well stocked and orderly. If youve shopped at one before, there is everything you want and need. This store is no exception.

Always is super busy when I am there, but never enough help on the floor. Things are so scattered throughout the store its never a quick and easy trip. You have to circle the store to find what you want (sometimes twice!) Other BB&B are more fun to shop at and better layout with more help.

Went there yesterday with my husband, who just had foot surgery, and requested a wheelchair. A female employee directed me to the location of the wheelchair and everything seemed ok. I went out to the car and my husband decided to stay in the car while I shopped due to being fatigued. I returned the wheelchair to the exact spot I got it from and went into the store. Within minutes, the same female employee approached me and asked me where the wheelchair was (she literally had to pass by the area where the wheelchair was to come speak to me). She initially seemed as though she thought I had taken it to my car and stolen it. I told her we decided not to use it and that I put it back where I got it. Then she gave me the impression that I inconvenienced her for something that I didn’t even use. She walked away and I continued shopping for the items I needed as quickly as possible so my husband would not be waiting long. I got to the register and one of my items did not have a price tag on it. (It was a nail file) She told me I needed to get another one with a tag on it. Generally, the customer is not expected to go back and get the price themselves and an additional employee (or the cashier themselves) would go do a price check. I returned to her with the entire bucket of nail files, none of which had a price tag, and Showed her that the price was not even on the bucket and advised her that it was not on the shelf either. At that point, she decided to do her job and go look for herself. Low and behold, the price was no where to be found. She grabbed another nail file that looked slightly similar and used that price. If my husband was not in the car waiting to get home, I definitely would have decided against the purchase of all my items and went elsewhere. I will not return to this location.

As always, great service and customer appreciation. This time we were helped by Nebyou, who knew his products well and was gracious in letting us share our payment of a joint gift, too.

I love this store. They stand behind what they sell and have the best refund policy in the business.

The Good: Can find just about anything you are looking for with regards to items for your home.The Bad: Prices for many items are not found. Probably due to the sheer volume of items there isnt enough room on the shelves to put prices for everything. They should have scanners throughout the store for price checks.

I do not go here alot. I went with my wife and it was about an hour before they closed. There were about 6-7 workers that I could tell and only two that were helpful. I asked a question of one guy who did not even turn and face me to talk to me. I think he was a manager. He continued to answer my question with his back to me. If it were not for making my wife happy I would not buy anything here. My wife asked another person who was to busy to help her and passed her off to another employee who did not to help her. So we finally found a helpful lady in another department that assisted us. This place is full of unprofessional employees.

BB&B is always a fun stop, but this was the first time I needed to get in and out in a hurry. I found the items I needed quickly and was on my way.

First time in this location but WOW is all I can say Robert went out of his way to find just the right shower caddy and as it was the last one made a great deal on it and was So Helpful through out our shopping trip! Don’t know her name in health and beauty No personally and was blocking most of the shelves we tried to shop them but that was overshadowed by our checkout with Rahi The Very Best In Customer Service!!!Was made to feel Welcomed and Valued as a customer He is A True Asset to your corporation and should be training Every Associate in his methods! I am Shocked to know he is only 21 but So Mature and Focused on customers a Breath of fresh air! I was in customer service for 50 years and have seen ALOT please Value & recognizance him as he is One in A Million!!!

They usually have what I need, and I always keep one of their 20% off coupons in the car or in my wallet. I like that you can usually find someone to help you that is familiar with the merchandise in these stores.
