I came in wanting an estimate to determine if I should go through insurance and met the office manager, Janice. She introduced me to staff as they came walking by and explained how caliber repair process worked. Looking forward to scheduling with them.

The service was excellent! Reception was very helpful and I never felt lost. They took care of me like family. Kenneth my technician was above and beyond. Not to mention the actual repairs done to my vehicle was as good as new. Two thumbs way up.

We had damage to the side and front end of our 2017 mini cooper. Crista and the team at this location did an incredible job restoring it to like new.

Really trying to figure out why this company decided to run our car until the battery gave out. When we went to pick up the car, they said that they ‘turned off the battery’. We assumed maybe they unmounted it so that they could just work on the body damage. When we got the car home, the car hesitated to start, and the next day the car was completely dead. Meaning that instead of taking out the battery, for whatever reason, they decided to run the car while they did the work.. completely wearing down the battery.

I went thier to fix my door job.they didnot fix it properly.but endup dent on other side aswell.so they I have to went back again to fix those jobs.they waste my time.not recommended

This place is a great shop, all repairs are given a LIFETIME warranty. And the Workers were respectful at all times! Kenny was the employee that helped me. And let me tell you I surely appreciate it. Him and the other staff were very reasonable, polite, and calm. Back in February of 2020 I had crashed my car and was walked through the facility, it was kept very clean, very organized. Upon getting my new car back from them, they had given it a full interior and exterior washing. Cleaning my car was huge!Keep up the great work at Caliber. If you are USAA insured I do recommend going to caliber automatically. If you are not and have the choice to pick somewhere, Caliber is a great decision!

I brought my car into Caliber Collision after my car was struck by another vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the repairs; I needed my entire front end repaired, and let me just say they left my car looking brand new! I am especially thankful for the customer service as I imagined it to be a lengthy process but I was well taken care of and informed on the status of my repairs. This is the second time I took my vehicle to Caliber and I was equally impressed the second time around. Communication is important to me and Kenny was on point...always kept me updated. He even buffed out a couple scratches not related to the repairs...that was cool! I would definitely recommend this facility.

Pleased with the work done on a 2004 Mustang with special body trim. Corrected problem, detailed in inspection. Dropped off at estimate and picked up when done. Not a rush job, but timely considering winter holidays. Worked well with USAA.

Horrible Customer Service.The Collision Coordinator has a Short Fuse- Will cut you off while you are explaining your situation. He will mimic Mam Mam Mam to you as if you are arguing only to get control over the Conversation.Not fully transparent. And never fully understood your needs ( that you were trying to examine initially before getting cut off). Unfortunately at the end of the ordeal the communication becomes more of an issue lost in translation, because the Coordinator Kenneth tries to stay 2 steps ahead of you no fault of your own. Unprofessional behavior Condescending, combative and cantankerous.

Amazing experience!!!! As a woman, I have grown accustomed to being talked down to or taken advantage of when it comes to auto repair and auto body shops, but that was NOT the case at Caliber Collision in Woodbridge. I went to Caliber in Woodbridge to get my rear end fixed. The staff was really nice and friendly. Especially the manager I think his name was Rob. He explained how things work and made me feel comfortable. They even called everyday giving me an update which made me happy and put at ease knowing what’s going on about my car. I picked up my car on Friday the 16th and it looked like new. So for anyone who needs a body repair I 100% recommend caliber Woodbridge.

Received an vehicle damage estimate and was very upset with the lack of clarity and communication from the service rep. Received an estimate from their competitor just a few blocks away for $4000 less than what Caliber Collision was estimating...Probably won’t ever use this place again, and I do not recommend their business to anyone!

The customer service of yesterday was great but 4 yrs ago when i used their service. It was a disaster, the job was poorly done and even when i went there severally to complain, the insisted it was well done.They replaced my trunk door that was hit by another driver but after they so called repairs, there was a big gap between the door and the rim which lets outside nouse and air into the car. Also they refused to accept the fact that the exhaust was damaged by the impact of the crash even when they could smell the smokeBut the painting was good.Hope the learn to put the in their customers shoe and listen .

I had such an awesome experience with Caliber Collision. Not only were they extremely easy to work with, but my car was in perfect condition when I picked it up! They even cleaned and washed it! I was offered help with transferring all of my belongings from any rental back into my car. Their customer service by far exceeded my expectations.Brittany was so sweet and extremely helpful. She gave me some very good advice on how to proceed with another party paying out-of-pocket for my repairs and I am so glad she did! She went even further by helping me call the other party (multiple times) to obtain payment information upfront so that I wouldnt get screwed over in the end once the repairs are done. I appreciated this so much that I gave her a little thank you card when I brought my car in.Kenny was also very professional and personable. He kept me very well informed throughout the repair process. I asked if there was any chance that my car would be done early and he was honest with me and said they can tey but could not guarantee that. I appreciate people/companies who dont make any promises they cant keep. Upon picking up my car, Kenny took the time to show me what areas were repaired/replaced and what areas they repainted. Everything looked flawless! They even have a lifetime guarantee (just to clarify - the cars lifetime, not yours) on their paint. Cant go wrong with a company who stands behind their work!I would definitely recommend this place! Should my car ever need any repairs in the future Ill definitely be bringing it here.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing these people are at the Woodbridge Caliber location!!! I was in a horrible accident and my car was taken to another Caliber which was treating me like what I was going threw was no big deal. My car was there for a couple days and nothing had been done that point!! A friend recommended that I relocate my car to the Woodbridge location and OMG I’m so glad I did!! From the minute my car was towed there I was put at ease immediately. I had the pleasure of meeting the parts guy Donald and it’s like he held my hand and walked me threw everything that would be done and showed me compassion for what I was going threw. And I assume his boss must have overheard me kinda freaking out and came over to me and literally backed up everything his parts guy was saying to me. I don’t know how they did it but they took from 100 down to 0. I left out of there feeling good about my accident.My car was done in 2 days and was so clean and I couldn’t see where the damage to car had been!! I had walked in to get a estimate done on my car a lady in her upper 40sat the front desk ignored me and did not ackknowledge me when i was the only one there standing right in front of her even when i ask for help and said i needed an estamate on my car. I herd her mumbling insults at me saying that I looked crazy so i just left and walked across the street to the body shop across the street and got an estamate their on my car were they treated me how a customer should be treated and did not discriminate and refused me service based on my aperance the estimate on my repairs were over $5000 dollars who ever owns caliber collision missed out on my repairs from the lady working at the front desk i dont understand were all that hate is coming from i never did anything to her and just came to get an estimate on my car and get it repaired thats all.Until that lady is fired I dont recommend anyone wasting your time and coming here because I garentee you if that happened to me that it will most likely happen to you.
