My 2017 Toyota Corolla was hit while parked early last month, this was my very first time filing a claim. I was very nervous while I researched as there were many body shops with horror stories for reviews. Everyone who knows me, knows my car is my baby, so giving away my keys and leaving my car in the shops hands was hard enough, but then there’s the challenge of a 3rd party claim adjuster trying to cut corners.My repair was speedy and when I was called for pickup, I was skeptical and a bit anxious as I have a black car and I read that getting the paint to match the rest of the body can be challenging. I was greeted by Miguel, the owner. He walked me to my car and I was quite in shock. Not only did it look amazing, but I discovered he had detailed the car (internal and externally). He explained to me what was done, how he did have to fight to get the right parts as the adjuster was adamant on a workaround. This was probably the most telling part for me, the adjusters work for the insurance company, but Miguel works for his people/clients. I was so impressed by his work, I will be seeking other standalone services with him and will certainly seek him should I need any work done. Happy to say I will have no issues handing over my keys this time. Thanks again, Miguel. :)

Miguel did a superb job when restoring my Mercedes E400 Cabriolet. I hit a concrete tire stop that had a piece of rebar sticking out. Once I backed out of the parking space, it ripped off my front bumper. Miguel replaced the bumper and even buffed out a few scratches on my hood, out of the kindest of his heart. I have complete faith in Miguel and Ultimate Auto Collision Center -- I wouldnt hesitate to use him again. I also want to add that my car was returned to me absolutely sparkling. You deserve it to yourself to at least get one of your estimates from Miguel at Ultimate Auto Collision. I went to four different body shops and needless to say got four very different prices. The two highest estimates left plenty of doors open for additional charges beyond their high estimates. Since I was paying out of pocket that did not make me feel warm and fuzzy. Miguel looked our car over throughly and said there was a possibility of a sensor needing calibrated but as long as it didn’t need replaced he would take care of it. Our car was repaired expertly and on time so I have zero complaints. Like I said at least make one of your estimates from here, you won’t regret it.

I have quite high expectations of service providers and Miguel/Ultimate met them all. He made things very easy for me - at the first meeting he explained everything I needed to know with humour and courtesy. When I collected the vehicle, the quality of the work seemed very high and Miguel had thrown in a couple of extra customer services, as well as giving me my vehicle back very clean inside and out. When I first took the car to the shop, it was in horrible shape. The car had been damaged on the driver side. The door couldnt even be opened because of the impact. The car had to be towed to the shop. When I picked up the car, it didnt have any sign at all of the accident. It actually looked like new. We had front end damage on our Fusion and were told this shops rocks. They were great to work with: courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. However, the hood of our car (which was painted by them) is faded badly and appears that there is no clear on it anymore. I am hoping that they will stand behind their work and re-spray our hood.UPDATE: We had lived with our hood looking terribly for almost fours years now, but we thought we would reach out to the shop. The least they could say is “no”. However, after explaining what happened, they suggested we come in so they could assess the hood. They said that the reason for the faded paint was poor materials and agreed to re-paint the hood at their cost. They did so and the hood looks great! Hats off to these guys for standing behind their work fours years past the initial repair. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, they will be my first stop.
