Their service is impeccable. We waited almost two hours for another company that never even showed up. This company was there within 30 minutes. Very careful with the car setting it up to be towed. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wont hesitate to call them again!

My CLK 350 was stuck in the dirt/ sand in a driveway. I waited over five hours for AAA to arrive. Final I called tow truck company and they came sooner then expected. They were very cautious on doing the towing. They were very patient, polite, affordable, and knowledgeable. I was completely happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

Ignores obvious details, keeps pushing back pickup dates, and ignores messages. Too many excuses, breaks/loses OEM parts and dont take responsibility, Ruined finish on brand new wheels, interior with overspray, horrible paint quality especially for the price, might as well go to Maaco for the same quality a fraction of the cost. DONT COME HERE

Not only were they quick to repair my air conditioning system and damage on my bumper but he also covered my deductible while offering the most afforable price for the service compared to 3 other shops estimates in Orlando. My car was having issues with the starter among other things, and I felt comfortable taking it here to get all fixed up. The folks here at this shop are trustworthy and professional. It’s hard to find that in this industry, because lots of mechanics will prey on the ignorance of their customers to charge them for extraneous things that they do not need. I was told (in simple terms) what was wrong with my car each step of the diagnostic and repair process, which made me feel very comfortable. The prices for everything was very fair, I highly doubt that I could’ve gotten my car fixed for a smaller price. Great guys. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Had an awesome experience! Got into an accident and totaled the front end of my 2015 Honda, they redid my entire front end and it turned out looking brand spanking new! They had my car for maybe 3 weeks, communication was on point, price was fair considering the damage done. Highly recommend!!
