Must say they went above and beyond! From the moment I dropped off the car to the moment I picked up my car they made me feel as part of there family. The job they did was spectacular left my car looking brand new! To top it off they close at at 5pm and waited until I got off my job and there which was not until 640pm. They are about the customers. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and if I ever in need again will use them!

It is my first accident in what I have been driving, my auto insurance makes the appointment and sends me to Williams Collision. I was worried about not knowing how they work. To my surprise, I arrived and they were ready according to the time of the appointment, the car that sent me my insurance is waiting for me. It did not take more than 25 minutes for what arrives, I left the place, they were very kind. the week after they call me that my car was ready. Arriving to pick it up, I was surprised. My car was like new, not only that, they cleaned it inside and out. I recommend them 100%. Thank you so much!

If you need a repair on your car or truck please give this company a chance! I got into a unfortunate accident 3 weeks ago, never been in one before and it destroyed my car, I took it here and they went to the extreme to make sure my car was treated like it was their own! They kept me updated, and spent countless hours to make our car look brand new, thank you so much Williams collision center and thank you to all the guys that gave it 110 percent to me and my fiancée, very grateful and I’ll always recommend this place to anyone that ever has a event like myself !

New to the Central Florida area, I asked my insurance company where is their best suggestion to go to repair my new vehicle from shopping cart damage. They suggested Williams Collision Center. They made the appointment for me and secured a rental (of which Enterprise is within the shop at Williams) if I needed it. Once I was there, the young woman at the desk introduced me to the 2 guys who would be looking at my car and the the Enterprise agent all who were waiting for me when I walked in. They were right there when my appointment was scheduled and took care of me right away. Damage was minimal and though I had a deductible, I wasnt charged for repair and didnt need to use my deductible or the rental. I was in and out of the shop in under 45 minutes and my car was back to new. Mark Tucker runs a great shop. I looked around while I was waiting and everyone was working on something Very nice people and did a fabulous job on my car. I absolutely recommend this shop for ANY issues you have with your vehicle paint or body damage. I hope I wont need them but if I do, they will be my first call. My experience with Williams Collision was horrible. My estimated repair schedule was 1 week. It was extended to 3 weeks. My vehicle was slated for front passenger body repairs yet Williams called me twice about unrelated mechanical issues and ultimately my vehicle died while driving home from Williams Collision. The same vehicle was serviced at my local Toyota dealer a week prior to dropping it off at Williams. There was no sign or diagnosis for the mechanical issues that arose while the vehicle was at Williams. Additionally, the body work is not seamless. My hood and fender are not flush on the passenger side where the repairs were completed. The fender noticeably rests above the hood on the passenger side. One of my fog lights isn’t working either. After calling me to inform me of an electrical issue where my headlights would not stay on, Williams took my vehicle to a local dealer that confirmed the after-market headlight they installed was causing the problem. When I asked why OEM parts were not being used, Williams blamed my insurance company. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a button was missing on the stereo console. Williams said it must’ve come off while they were cleaning the vehicle. I deliberately prefer to support small businesses. I chose Williams based on customer reviews. Apparently I only saw the good reviews. I would not recommend Williams to anyone I know. I am completely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Williams took no accountability for any of the errors/delays surrounding my repairs.

This place is TOP-NOTCH! My first inquiry for services was met with very friendly staff. I had my bed-liner sprayed in and, not only was their price comparable to their competition but, they also exceeded my expectations in every way. They didnt spray over any of my screws or plastic bed caps. Furthermore, they washed my truck inside and out. I am very impressed.

I had never heard of Williams Collision Center before it was recommended by a friend. They were friendly very professional and they cleaned my vehicle inside out. I highly recommend William Collision Center. My car looked as if nothing ever happened to it! Very satisfied with the results.

Very kind and welcoming people. They made sure I was aware of the entire process. Upon retrieving the vehicle and aside from the car looking like brand new, I was super amazed that they washed the car and even vacuumed/detailed the inside! I am the kind of person that gets nervous taking my car somewhere. I was astounded to see how professional this business is and how they go the extra mile for their customers. They are very transparent about all the bills and I have a complete understanding throughout the whole process. They are very professional and kind. I spoke with several people including Darryl, Mark, Darrius, & Amanda. My car was fully detailed! Surprisingly enough I was happy to pay the deductible, Its clear that they put in great time and quality! I will always recommend a Williams Collision Center!
