Recently had work done to my 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser and they did a fantastic job. It looks brand new and I couldnt be happier. We will be seeing them again, but for a different vehicle. Lol!

4.50⭐CONS: LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Repair date written on the estimate passed. No phone call or text to let me know why this was happening and what a new date might be.PROS ALMOST OUTWEIGH THE CONS:Repairs surpassed any expectations I had. My 2015 Kia Soul looks better today than when I bought it. Passenger side window appears to have a darker tint than the original window. Wasnt expecting that so Im grateful.Grateful for the lady who assisted me with forms and the suggestion that I pay my deductible in any form other than a credit card because theyd charge an additional fee. I didnt get your name. Thank you for your help.While initial phone call left me hesitant to pursue this body shop, Im now glad I did. Family business wins out over corporate business. Please work on your client communication.+----------------------------------+----------------------------------+Edited after speaking with the owner regarding a survey from my insurance company: I was unaware that it was not their policy to call clients until the work was completed even if the initial due date of completion passed. Under the circumstances and the fact that I was still traumatized by the accident when initially speaking with the owner, I will gladly raise my star level. Maybe they will change their communication practices; maybe they wont. Id still recommend a family owned body shop over a corporate owned body shop.

They are by far the very best body shop! Very professional everyone was beyond nice. They had my truck fixed in record time with absolutely no complaints. Hopefully I’m not in anymore accidents but If I am I know where I’m going for my repairs!

Had some loose trim on a classic Lincoln they took care of in about 30 minutes at a fair price. Good as new showroom ready

The owner looked over my body damage and had a solution for it at the lowest possible cost. They did the job at the lowest possible cost and the job was done right. My dad had doors repaired here in the past and they did a great job at half the cost. I do recommend this repair shop because they do have outstanding service and the cost is very reasonable compare to other repair shops in the area.

My wifes Ford Edge got damaged when she was rear ended and had a bike rack on the back of the car. Not a lot of damage, but the plastic bumper needed repaired.Todd looked it over and said they could fix it without replacing it and save some money. They repaired it and painted it and it looks like new. Great job!

The best people you would ever want to deal with!!! My parents are snowbirds, my mom had an accident and we needed to get them home to NH quick because of health issues. Arrington repaired their car to make it road worthy the same day and got them on the road back home. Wonderful wonderful people!!!!! Thank you so much for your hard work Todd and Kay!!

Want to thank the owner and I believe his name was Rick for helping my daughter and myself with my car today. The radiator hose broke on my car today and they went out of their way to help us. Thank you some much for coming to our rescue today! It shows there is still good people in this world.

Arrington Body Shop of Winter Haven did not test product before installing and the product was actually faulty. Once they got their payment they could care less about customer service (they did not return calls, and the owner pretended to not be available one day). I worked with them for about a month and finally was given part of my money back but they took back the car part (which was about the amount of my returned money). It was no lost to Arrington but it cost me time and money. The owner didnt even tell me that he would remove the part on the day of my visit. I would definitely not recommend this company but instead would recommend you go to the Dealer.

Todd was very unprofessional. I just wanted an estimate on a door and he just walked off.

They claimed they were going to take care of us. then called and said they left a paint charge after they started work on it. said they would call back. never did. when it was ready, not all of the work was completed and they charged an extra $500.00 on a $1000.00 estimate. and they were rude. dont use them

Do not go to this body shop!!! I had minor damage to my BMW X3 front valence and bumper reinforcement (parts cost around $125 each) and either part could have been repaired but the guy who gave me a quote told me I HAD to replace them. In addition he told me that my parking sensor was broken when it was clearly working and he never even checked it out or ran a diagnostic. I not only manually checked the sensor but I ran a diagnostic as soon as I got home and it was working fine.They ended up quoting me a minimum of $1300!!!! FOR PARTS THAT COST UNDER $300 COMBINED!!! Completely fraudulent!!! Don’t go to these guys, they will take advantage of you. They’re looking for a quick buck and don’t care about the customer.Update: Got the parts for $170 and am having it repaired for an additional $175.

Dont do business with this people, very rude, dispectfull, break window dont replace it. I had to pay $314.00 due to over charge (hostage my vehicle for weeks). also 2 head light suppose to replace only received one, missing part from the hood, now i have to replace myself, no one is honest and stand up or not doing the right thing also missing the hook to hold the hood. I have So Bad bad bad bad experience.
