Friendly employees who will go out of their way to help you in any way! Was approached several times asking if they could help me with something. The store was crowded which made a little hard to view all products. The store was very clean! They have a little bit of everything in there when it comes to beauty products! I highly recommend!

This store is located in Hanes Mall on the upper level between Belks & JCPenney. The employees happily greet u w/ warm smiles when u walk n the door. Upon entry they will hand u a cute little bag 2 hang on2 ur arm & carry around while u try out different items... then u can look thru & decide which of the items u would like 2 buy. The store is full of make-up such as lipstick, eyeshadow, mascara, foundation, eyeliner, etc. They provide other beauty products such as: false lashes, face masks, make-up remover, face primer, feet masks, liquid self tanner, etc. In the back of the store is the fragrance area where they provide cologne for men & perfume for ladies. I just bought Sunkissed Hibiscus by NEST (1.7oz for approx $80) & it smells just wonderful!!! They also provide much smaller options of almost everything that they carry....the Travel Size Items!!! Some items are quite pricey but the quality of each item makes it totally worth the buy. A few items that they sell are a 12-color eyeshadow palette $49, mascara $26, foundation $43, hair dryer $399, flat iron & styler $250, pillowcase $89, treatment oil $34, teeth whitening kit $119, self tanning drops $29, body lotion $55, exfoliating body treatment $58, Viktor&Rolf flowerbomb $165, Jimmy Choo man $92, foundation brush $30, eyelash curler $15 + tons & tons of other items that they have online as well as in the store 4 u 2 check out, take home & play with!!!! They do require that customers as well as employees wear their masks @ all times & practice social distancing.*Also make sure that the coupon u r using can b accepted @ this particular store. My bday gift certificate was accepted @ this store but the Sephora store n JCPenneys would not take it!!*

They color matched me a while back so I bought the color and wore it for a while. I wanted to try a different foundation after a while because I noticed the one that I had was drying out my skin. When I went in to find another color match, the lady told me the color I had on made me look orange but I told her that another employee told me that was my match months before. They used that thing and tried to match me with another color and when I left I noticed it still was not the right color. My grandmother can pick my exact shade just from looking online better than these girls can with An actual device. I really only come here to shop anymore. I never ask the employees anything anymore because it seems they don’t really know much about makeup.I’ve honestly gotten better advice from other customers in the store than I have from the actual employees

Wonderful staff here. They really want to help you find what you’re looking for. I’ve had a couple makeovers here too. Both times the staff have done a great job in teaching me about makeup and answering all of my questions.

I absolutely loved my time here at this Sephora it was my very first time getting my make up done there and my first time actually ever going to Sephora and I was so overwhelmed but everyone was super nice&friendly it also was my birthday and I was getting my makeup done and Nina was AMAZING!!!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me feel beautiful and we got along so well she made my experience very enjoyable and fun i will be back just for her she was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!

Sephora is great, lets get that straight. However, the staff at this location acted like I was a bother when asking if they carried a specific product. They need to work on their customer service skills.

I dont normally leave negative reviews about retail stores because I used to work retail, but this is the 2nd time I have walked into this store ready to drop money on something and not a single soul was willing to help me with my purchase. The palette I wanted to purchase is locked up. I made eye contact and then attempted to speak to 3 separate associates, all of which ignored and walked away from me. I know it was busy, but really? I wasnt there for a makeover, so I meant nothing to you? Ill just go to Ulta instead.

The people are great, and they listen. They know my health issues, and they greet me not only with the normal greetings, but with concern and care, that is worth *so* much. Theyve helped me make decisions when I struggled, and theyve made sure to text for extra care with me any time I come in. This is my happy place (lol...til you get to the register to pay hahaha 😬🤣). Def treat yourself to the experience if you never have before; youll be pleased 😊

So Maybe it was just my mood that day but I def felt like the one chick was trying to rush me out of the store. I went in simply to buy a specific eyeliner but stopped at the back to smell some of the Prada perfumes (love Prada Candy in the pink bottle. Hadnt realized there were so many other kinds out). From out of nowhere a cashier (still standing behind the counter) just looks my way and asks me if Im about ready to pay. Considering I wasnt even in line yet, it just came off a bit rude. Thankfully the other cashier is who checked me out and she was very friendly and answered the couple of questions I had. May return or may just purchase the eyeliner on line somewhere next time.

WOW! the experience I had today was so great! I have been to Sephora before but it was never pleasent until I met Autumn. She assisted me today was absolutely amazing! She was personable, sweet, funny and very knowledgable. This was the best experience in Sephora I have ever had and will come back strictly for her.

At the big Sephora, they give me dirty looks because I’m really short. Also they kept on fallowing my friend which I know is their job but it was a little excessive. But other wise the products are great!

Everyone that works here is super rude. Then I was followed around the store like a criminal. I refuse to shop in this Sephora anymore. The one in JC Penney is much smaller but the people are much nicer.

Are there any proactive associates that work at this location? It seems as though, the previous times that I would step foot in Sephora, I didnt get greeted, and the employees are ultra stand offish. When I got lucky to get noticed by one employee, she didnt seem knowledgeable about lipstick tones at all. This is why I am a platinum member with ULTA (near this location), because their customer service skills are up to par, and their employees use and are knowledgeable about ULTA products. Now, ULTA carries Mac Cosmetics, which made me so pleased to know.

So I walked in looking for a specific item. They were out of stock on the floor so I asked an associate if they had more in the back, and she said she would go look. I stood there for at least ten minutes while she walked right by me multiple times and did not let me know if there were any in the back. I have to say I am more of an Ulta girl but sometimes Sephora carries things that Ulta does not! I will not be back to this Sephora location!
