The owner Jeanette personally reaches out to her clients to make sure everything went smoothly and if you weren’t satisfied for any reason she would always try her best to accommodate you. I travel almost an hour just to get blessed with their impeccable service and if you’re looking for a new place to try, look no further because you will not be disappointed when you walk out their doors.

Updating my previous review. I was contacted by Jeanette promptly and she was understanding and warm about the scheduling snafu. She rectified the situation quickly.**Note - the tech absolutely said 30minutes. It was not 10 - Im sorry but that is simply not true. I would have waited up to 15, but could not do 25-30min. While I am pleased this was resolved - the response was necessarily snarky. I wish I had seen the response first, wowzers.

The first eyelash lift I got here didnt really lift as I wanted and have seen it lifts but Jeanette contacted me and let me know she could re do it for free. She is so nice and does everything she can to accommodate you. Thank you Jeanette for the service and how nice you were to me. Next time Ill book you personally as I know you truly are a professional. 🙂🙂

When it was completed they were perfect. I slept the first night on my back and side so I wouldn’t mess them up. However, when I woke up about 8 individual lashes fell in the sink. Then Day by day I lost more and more. I know people say that happens, but I didn’t think it started the next day. I guess I’ll go back to strips. But, the service was awesome and the place was very nice and clean. Maybe individuals just aren’t for me.

Lashes done here and brows tinted, and loved my outcome. Staff is very kind and the salon is adorable and clean. The lady at front desk helped me book on the phone and was very sweet.

I got eyelash extensions on Thursday and my right eye had significantly more lashes than my left eye but my biggest issue is that three days later all of my lashes are gone. I slept on my back and side and I have not worn any makeup since my extensions, I even bought the $16 lash cleanser they recommended but my lashes still all fell out after only 3 days. Also the lashes were very cheap looking like little spider legs. I specifically asked for the cat eye shape but there was zero tapering in my lashes, all of the lashes they used were the same length and looked ridiculous. Staff is very nice and friendly and the atmosphere was very cuteedit* I do not use my real name on my google account, thats why you cant find Luna in your system. Luna is my cat

Today I received a brow lamination/tint and lash lift/ tint from Katelyn at the location near Hobby Lobby. This was my first experience with these services and it was great. I was greeted by the front desk upon arrival and everyone was very friendly. Katelyn explained everything to me as she was completing each step and told me what to expect in the next days and what to do for aftercare. Jeanette ensured my experience was great by following up with me at the end of the appointment. I highly recommend the Vanity Bundle and will most definitely be back for service again.

I was hesitant at first because I have never had lashes, I came in and the experience was wonderful, I was falling asleep and was surprised that lash application is not painful. I was greeted with wine and while waiting offered a snack. Custumer service is above and beyond with the little details

I enjoyed by experience in getting the lashes, it was relaxing, everyone is very nice and friendly, the studio is cute but the reason for my low rating is bc the lashes only looked good For LESS than a week. I got the hybrid look by Jeannette. You can see what my lashes looked like right after getting them done, and what they look like exactly 7 days after. I was told multiple times before leaving that it’s normal to lose 1-2 lashes per day. Let me tell you, these extensions were falling off more than 6 per day. When the lashes shed, they never shed with my natural lash, telling me that they were not attached good to my lash and that’s why they were falling off so fast. The caveat in this, is that, if you want to pay the refill price, you have to have more than 40% of extensions remaining, otherwise you’ll get charged for the full initial price. This was a huge waste of money, I’m disappointed, and I will not being returning.

I came to Vanity Beauty about two weeks ago for a Volume Full set with Jeanette (I believe she is the owner) she was very informative and attentive and ao kind. I came in to the second location by Hobby Lobby and the place is very clean and beautiful. I was greeted by the very sweet receptionist who helped me book on phone. The booking was fast, and my lashes are still looking good for two weeks in. I am happy to be back soon and get future services with Vanity.

Jeanette the owner continued to try to get on contact with me to rectify the situation as they ensure all their customers get the best service possible. Jeanette offered to redo the lash tint and curl again or eyelash extensions for free.Ive never had such amazing customer service as Jeanette made me feel important and that my opinion actually mattered. She offered to redo my originally ornget a full set of lash extensions for free.

I had a brow lamination and tint done by Kate this morning. My brows have never looked better! Kate was super friendly and professional, and truly did a fantastic job. The salon is very clean and decorated beautifully. The owner is extremely outgoing and welcoming. I have already scheduled another appointment with Kate for next month! Go see her and the other talented professionals at Vanity Beauty. Definitely worth it :)

I been going to janet’s salon for the past 2 years, I have had lash extensions done with Janet, Taylor, Maricela, all of them are great and very professional very sweet and kind lady’s. I can promise that everything is done so professionally since step one which is making your first appointment, Freddy is very patient and can help you with any thing you need help with, online booking is very easy! They welcome you so kindly and the salon is so beautiful, very girly so you’ll feel like a princess. Lashes are very good quality and you can get different styles. For me is a very reasonable priceOver all I promise you won’t regret your experience with this wonderful team

Today I got my lashes done by Kaitlyn. I’ve had other lash techs do them before and although they looked good, Kaitlyn always does them perfect and they last a long time. She is so sweet and always brightens my day. I highly recommend her to everyone!! (She is seriously the best.) I love the whole team and environment, I would never go anywhere else.

I went here for 6 weeks consecutively for lash extensions and the fill ins. Everyone at the Peters Creek location was very nice and professional. I had both Chelsey and Rachel. Unfortunately I ended up with allergic conjunctivitis and blepharitis the day after on my 2nd time of having a fill in as diagnosed by the Opthalmologist I work for. When I called to cancel, the lady was very nice and understanding. I mentioned that I wondered if they had changed glues or lashes as the lashes would not stick well during my last fill in but was told everything product wise has stayed the same. She asked me who I had it done by the time before I had the allergic reaction. Im not sure what the person who was doing it, would have anything to do with that. She was very nice and said she hoped I would come back again for services and/or lashes again. I told her I wouldnt be back for lashes as I had told her I had allergic conjunctivitis. I would not recommend telling clients to try them again after they have had a reaction. When your body responds with an allergic reaction that means that you probably shouldnt do it again. Unfortunately I only got to have them for 2 days as I had to do lid scrubs as part of my treatment and they came off so easily while scrubbing along the lash line. Even though I had a reaction, I would still reccomend them for lashes as everyone is different.

Wow🤩! I naturally don’t have a lot brow :/ but my girl Rachel always has my back 💓 She gives a lot of attention to detail And I love that. It’s an easy 30mins service. I get the brow tint +wax which works miracles for me personally, given that brown are pretty important now days. These services just help shape my brows and helps me practice my shape for the remainder of the month after the tint fades away. So I highly recommend to book with Rachel. Also checkout her instagram her work speaks for itself. And if anything just do your research on what works out for you or just ask them they are the professional and will tell you what service(s) best fit your needs :)

I got my eyelashes done& the eyebrow tint and it came out amazing!!!🥰I have been to other places before and the eyelashes always bother me and I just started to think that was normal but not at vanity beauty lash bar! It feels like I have no eyelash extensions because it feels so light. They came out so pretty& I’ve had no problems with them at all. I went in for a volume set of lashes, not knowing much about after care or even what kind of set lashes I wanted. The lash tech talked me through the process and helped me decide on a doll eye lash set, and I absolutely love it. She did an amazing job and was so gentle and easy on my lashes. I actually took a little nap during the process and woke up to a beautiful set of eye lashes. I highly recommend Vanity beauty lash and beauty bar to anyone who asks where i got my eye lashes done. The price was very fair and affordable as well as the fill ins for them. I plan to keep coming back and become a loyal customer. Also, their shop is SUPER cute and very comfortable, they are welcoming and very informative.

I love this place so much! Everyone is so nice and the place is very clean! I had my teeth whitened just today and the results are amazing! My teeth are sooo much whiter! I’ve also had the cavitation Hollywood treatment done to my stomach, it’s completely painless, and you see instant results right after the session! You REALLY see the drastic results after 1 week especially! I have extremely bad anxiety and they are always super nice checking to make sure I am completely comfortable! Amazing place with amazing people, I recommend them to anyone that will listen!

I wish I had read all of the reveiws before hand. Most of the lashes fell out the next day. I was a little jumpy during the process, but she assured me everything was fine. I paid $130 plus $10 tip for 1 or 2 days of beauty...NOT worth it in my opinion. I was told they last 6 to 8 weeks and that I would just need a fill in. They looked incredible dont get me wrong; maybe for a special occasion Id get them. If they would have stayed in even 2 weeks or wasnt so ridiculously high I would have continued going. Unless you have $130 every 4 days at the max to spend Id save your money and buy a pair of lashes they sell there instead.

I love my lashes!!!Today was my first time getting eyelash extensions . My lashes are already long, but I wanted to give extensions a try. I was a little nervous, but I immediately felt at ease as soon as I was welcomed into the gorgeous atmosphere and offered a mimosa. The entire staff is so friendly and caring. Jeanette did an incredible job on my hybrid lashes, they look absolutely stunning. She was so careful and fast and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Make sure you dont work for a living during a pandemic.I made an appointment to have my lashes filled in end of December. We ended up having a Covid scare at my job so I canceled my appointment to play it safe. I did the two weeks of waiting to make sure I didnt have it. Shortly after returning to work, we had many people call off due to Covid (hotspot) so went into another 3 weeks of waiting to make sure everyone was cleared. I called to reschedule my appointment after the scares and was told because I didnt use my deposit within a month, it was lost. I am out $25 thanks to Covid and work. My apologies for trying to keep everyone safe at Vanity. Ill be a bit more selfish next time.

First and foremost one of the BEST salons I’ve ever encountered!!! Professional staff with exceptional service! After having a HORRIBLE and TRAUMATIC first experience at another lash tech, I was a little anxious and scared to ever try lash extensions ever again. But after a long 2 months of serums/vitamins I went searching for somewhere or someone to go to. Vanity was the best, Kaityln was more than AMAZING she took care of me and when I was having a little anxiety at some point, she calmed me down and talked to me. This was by far the GREATEST experience so far in my lash extension journey. I would recommend this salon 10x times over times 100 over!

I was to have Jeanette (owner) to do Lash Extensions, first set - Baby Doll set. ( by the way I had to put dow a $100 deposit) She got a bit of the glue in my eye, so they watered constantly while she was applying the lashes... within 24 hours all if the lashes had fallen out. Called and went back, full replacement of lashes (a cheaper set, not the Doll Lash set), this time they stayed in for 2 weeks before they all fell out (I thought this was typical, since I never had them before) I came in for a for a new set ( I guess they thought it was just a fill)... I called I was running 5 minutes late because of traffic bcause of a wreck. Jeanette was 4t minutes late and then had me reschedule my appointment for later in the week, and gave me a $5.00 credit for wasting my time... I waited 45 minutes for her running late, it wouldnt have bothered me so much if she hadnt stopped and got food and brought her child along with her. It was so unprofessional, I get a $5.00 credit for waiting for 45 minutes. So what am I getting paid $7.50/ hr for waiting on you? Minimum wage is higher than that, my time was wasted, I wasted gas to get over there for a service I never got. I am never going back, I will go somewhere else where they act professional.

I have been doing my lashes here for the Past 8 months and I am completely obsessed with them. Jeanette is not only the BEST lash tech in Winston Salem but also affordable. She will make sure your expectations are always met and will work with you to assure you leave her studio completely satisfied! I will recommend Jeannette without hesitations!

Amazing service, had an appointment at 11 and was running super late. They worked with me and got my lash taken care of. Taylor is amazing and talked through the whole process.

Love this place! I went for a lash lift and tint and Taylor done an amazing job! Everyone was super nice and the place is gorgeous as well!

UPDATEThis is in NO way false. Owner should take responsibility. At least you will be warned. Since she has been called out hopefully she will now wash her hands and take care to do lashes correctly and not result in anyone else wasting their money or risking infection. I should tell my friends to leave reviews as well so she can also call them liars. There is no way I have this much detail for it to be false. What a joke.Owner cannot consistently arrive on time for appointments. They also have some sort of system or employee errors where appointments made are not actually set. Happened to myself and a friend who showed up and was told she had no appointment even though she had paid a deposit online. Another woman came in while I was there and was told she had never made an appointment and said I actually made the appointment with you the last time I was here and just received a blank stare.Another friend went and had ALL of her lashes fall out within literally a few days! Not her real lashes, they are all still intact, the glued on lashes are gone. I asked if they cleaned her lashes because they never cleaned mine (despite my asking and being told it will be fine) and she said no. Now her time and money are wasted.They dont wash their hands or wear face masks. The owner doesnt even wash her hands after finishing one client, handling money, and starting a new client. Her hands felt almost sticky and smelled like food. I was freaking out and should have said something but it had already started off with her being late and not in a great mood. Rushing in and double booked... But no one wants dirty hands on their face, working with their eyes, and then being breathed on and talked over. Cleanliness is not a priority there.I also never got a set I was truly happy with. You tell them you want one thing and they give you another because they either arent listening or the owner is too busy answering her phone while working on you to care. I also had several lashes that were glued to anywhere from 2-5 of my natural lashes! I even had lashes put on crooked, sitting sideways on my natural lash. And not just one, multiple on one eye and I felt her yank out two of my other lashes while working on them so I can only assume they were glued on even worse and she figured shed just rip them out??? That was Taylor.There is no consistency here and thats what clients need. To get what they ask for done the right way and in a clean environment.Nothing that the owner can respond will matter unless she takes this to heart and admits, at least to herself, that she needs to fix these issues. This is a public review with factual accounting of what myself and other experienced so that others wont waste their time and to give the owner a chance to do better.There is NO excuse for not washing your hands between clients.There is NO excuse for showing up late or missing appointments as often as has happened there.There is NO excuse for putting on lashes without cleaning the clients existing lashes to at least ensure the new lashes can be bonded properly.There is NO excuse for rushing and using improper application techniques that leave paying clients with crooked eyelashes or gluing a lash to multiple natural lashes.Definite retraining needs to happen all around. I would not ever recommend this place again despite their prices being decent. Im sure some people love their lashes and each time I went I thought I was getting closer to them finally getting it right but how much money needs to be spent before they care enough to do it right and give you what you requested. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And anyone the owner is begging to leave positive reviews, you know as well as I do she isnt washing her hands before touching your eyes so cover that in prayer lol. I bet she washes her hands now. Kate did my classic lashes today, and they came out gorgeous! I enjoyed the atmosphere of the salon, and everyone was welcoming, professional, and nice. So glad I came here!

Jeanette’s new location is adorable. She has a very welcoming and relaxing environment. Has coffee water and cookies for her clients, I have been going to a Jeanette since she began doing makeup a few years ago, then I became her loyal lash client. She has always been very attentive and truly cares about her clients well being.

Kate always does a great job with my lashes and the rest of the staff is always so pleasant as well!! Love it here!

I came all the way from near king and it was worth my trip! I love My lashes! Jeanette did a wonderful job at the eyelash extensions I had in mind! Super cute place too and very clean! Plus she speaks Spanish now I can bring my mom to her since my mom only speaks Spanish!
