Computer Solutions is this best, I purchased a desktop from them in 2016 and I still have it I have never had any problems with it use it all the time. I also purchased a laptop from them a month later I use it everyday at work, as well for church and personal life. Never had I had any problems with it. I referred several of my relatives to them who also have purchased desktop, laptops from them and they Bragg on these guys as well. No matter when I contact them for someone wanting a computer they respond so faster. They really care about there customers. Five stars isn’t enough for them I would give them 10 plus. You want good & honestly people for your computer needs give them a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you for all you have done for us.

We cant say enough good about these guys!!!I cant even remember now how many things we have purchased from them over the years. The laptops have all been great quality with no issues at all. Theyve done service work for us like repairs and adding memory, batteries and other things along the way. They always do what they say and its done when they say it will be done AND they always seem to do a little more than promised. I asked for a certain amount of memory and they found more for the same price so I got much more than I thought for the same price. Super great people to work with.

Sam and Chris are absolutely fabulous at what they do. I have purchased 4 laptops, and 4 android boxes from them, and have been given the royal treatment every time. Very nice people sure. However I spent a lot of money to improve my computer for my business. Told them I didn’t mind spending the money to speed it up make it right. Today I had another company come in only to tell me they basically have to do the same things plus more. So I’m getting ready to spend a bunch of money again for the things they claimed they did. My advice is be careful with this company.

Sam and Chris was amazing! Very informative and helpful. They wanted you know what you were getting and what to expect. I have a laptop that is over 10 yrs old and I thought it was beyond repair and I would have to buy another complete altogether, but Chris was able to upgrade it and make it faster with all the latest additions for a great price when everyone I had been too told me they couldnt do anything for me. Awesome Family Business, Bought my wife a laptop, never had a issue, battery was being weird and they fixed it right off ordered a new battery for free, they are a great team, they offer a whole bunch of services, and repairs as low as 20$ 40$ and such, and they cover their work, I recommend them over any computer place in the triad hect even the state, knowledge is awesome, computers and equipment available and ready for installing. My sister has gone to Computer Solutions for her computer issues and just recently bought a TV box from them, both my brother and I and his wife wanted one,, well Fred and Tina had an appointment today and what a wonderful experience, both Sam and Chris are so customer centric and friendly, they both took time to thoroughly explain to both my brother Fred and I how the box works, while Sam was going over that with us Chris was working on my sister in law Tinas lap top, Chris cleaned out the laptop, and got it working really quickly, and also explained about the virus it had... this was great customer service, they fixed her computer, educated my brother and I on the TV box,, and also set it all up so all he had to do when he got home was plug it in and also said that he could call for tech support. I will recommend them highly. Thanks Sam and Chris for such great customer service and Computer Services.

My daughter needed a computer for college for her graphic arts program. After a failed attempt at purchasing a computer from Amazon I found Chris and Sam. I didnt know exactly what she needed and met with them.They are they nicest people you will ever meet. They are extremely knowledgeable about all things computer, kind, and patient. They do not pressure you into buying anything. They just give you the information you ask for and try to save you money. They recommended products and ideas that would save me money but also gave the computer the performance it needed.My daughter ended up with an amazing computer for I would guess at least half the price it would have cost had we bought it through Dell or HP. She is extremely happy with it. It even has a 32 smart tv for the monitor so she also now has a tv in her room. After we brought the computer home we had a couple questions when we were setting it up and they answered our questions almost immediately.I also bought a smaller computer for my home office. They charged me about the same that Goodwill quoted me for one of their used donated computers! It works great and its nice to have an extra computer in the house.They also helped me figure out what type of internet booster would work to improve my internet performance. Along with other suggestions to help it function better.They also fixed my laptop that was having trouble charging. They will diagnose your computer problem for free. They then charge a flat rate plus any materials needed. So you can get your computer fixed and not worry that it will be a huge unknown bill when all is said and done.They are just genuine people and I am so thankful my family has found them for our computer needs.

This is place is professional and affordable. I had called several places but no one guaranteed same day repair. My grand daughter saw their ad on Facebook. I love my games on Facebook. Cant be with out my computer. My grand daughter took my computer to them for virus removal. They did it the same day and charged her $40. My desktop is fast and I am happy. Thank-you again.
